Nice place with 3BRs/4 baths downstairs and 2 BRs /1 bath upstairs. Sitting areas (each a little limited) and kitchens on both levels. It worked fine for our group of 5 guys. Not in the greatest area but felt safe. Plenty of parking in the rear and conveniently located to restaurants and other businesses on Main St. The host was very responsive and accessible.

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

Stayed at Brittani’s place for a local rugby tournament with the team. The kitchen had everything we needed - including large pots, pans, mixing bowls, coffee pot, and fridge with ice and water hookup. The bathrooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the covered outdoor space is beautiful!

Drew’s a wicked host, the place is stunning. I can honestly say my fiancée and I were blown away. We knew it was good but we were shocked at the place. It’s amazing, I’d like to thank free for hosting us for our bachelor/bachelorette. So many memories made, thank you. Tessa, Davis, and party!

Everything was amazing. Not too far from activities. Easily accessible right off the highway. Place was clean, organized and very homey. We had 6 guests stay there and there was plenty of room for everyone!

This was truly a hidden gem! We were 4 couples and it was beyond amazing!! 4 bedrooms and each bedroom had their own bathroom. There was a lot of room where you could hang out, without being so crammed together. The house was filled with so many neat artifacts. When you first pull up the neighbourhood doesn’t look great, but this place is worth it! 5-7 minutes from Downtown. Our hosts were good, reached out and checked in when there was some severe weather. This will be on the top of my list for when we come back!

Christie’s place was the perfect spot to stop and rest after a long road trip. We only stayed one night to break up our long drive. Had all the essentials and the bed was very comfortable.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

This is a prefect location if you want to be near Bridgestone arena or Broadway. You can walk or easily uber to anywhere you want to be. The Latch app that is used for checkin and access to everything was extremely easy to use.

I love everything about this place it was very clean and the host was very knowledgeable about places to go in the area my friends and I had a blast will definitely get again.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

We were in Nashville for a long weekend to wrap up Spring Break, and Marshall and Carolyn's condo was perfect for our stay. Nicely decorated , clean and cozy, large bathroom with washer/dryer, and awesome balcony. When the weather was nice, the location was perfect for walking to dinner and bars, Broadway Street, Bridgestone Arena, The Listening Room Cafe. Marshall & Carolyn were super responsive to every question we had and I would highly recommend this property for parties up to 3-4.

Great place to stay near Vanderbilt and easy drive to everything else in Nashville! Comfy bed too! Coffee provided with creamer which is awesome! Thank you for a great stay!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Randi was very accommodating and responsive when we needed a place last minute. Great host! And her Nashville home is perfect. The garage is secure, the location is perfect for walking to everything and it’s very modern. Thanks again!

This was a perfect size condo for our family of 5. My boys loved the bunk beds and watching out the big garage window. The condo front door was around a corner from the main hallway which I appreciated. It was within walking distance to a nice coffee shop. We felt safe. We noticed the noise from the interstate because we live in quiet neighborhood, but it didn’t keep me up at night. Our host was lovely and helpful!
