J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement ! L’appartement était parfait, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Haus in Paris! Die Lage war perfekt für das Disneyland und Paris. Die Haus war geräumig und ideal für unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern. Am schönsten war der Garten und der Pool. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die kinderfreundlichen Annehmlichkeiten und Freundlichkeit von Caroline. Sie war bei allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

We've just had an incredible week at Béatrice’s house. First of all, it's so spacious, across three floors & a basement, with tasteful decor, air conditioning, fast WiFi, and all the mod cons. The garden & private pool are beautiful - you feel like you're in the countryside, despite being a few minutes from a bustling town centre. Gaston the cat is gorgeous, and loves attention. The location is perfect - you're not in the city centre, but you're a short walk from a train station which will bring you to St. Lazare in a matter of minutes, from early in the morning 'till very late at night, making the whole city easily accessible. Béatrice has been very helpful and responsive. Checking in and out is a breeze. It's an absolutely perfect property. Thank you!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Le studio est à 5 minutes de la dernière station de Metro ligne 4 (Bagneux), ce qui le rend à 1/2h de la plupart des centres d'intérêt de Paris. La déco et l'équipement sont neufs, il est lumineux et ensoleillé toute la matinée, et d'une propreté totale. Pratique, ergonomique il y a tout (Netflix, de la littérature sur Paris, jusqu'à de la poudre de gingembre parmi les condiments) et il ne manque rien. Notre séjour fut réussi, grâce à ce logement parfait décoré avec goût et à sa maîtresse de maison aussi cultivée que généreuse. Merci Nelly, Charlotte et Michael.

Perfect place , very clean , had everything, Beautiful outdoor hot tub and beautiful greenery, very nice and private, Also had gym were u could workout Very beautifully decorated , very peaceful. Host was amazing and very friendly, easy to communicate. Will definitely visit again 👍

Great place. Right by the river and 5 minute walk to the underground metro that takes you everywhere. Host was very helpful and provided video instructions for everything you could possibly need. Bottle of wine in the fridge and free bike passes included which was awesome! Only complaint would be how noisy it is at all hours due to traffic and the sirens in the night but that'll be the same anywhere if you're staying in the city lol. Would totally come back if we are in Paris again.
