Beautiful apartment with all the comfort you need. Nice touch of bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Paulo met us personally and showed us around, leaving phone number for any problems (we had no need to use it). Bed is comfortable and clean, with lots of storage space. We only used the main bedroom so can't comment on the other, but it looked fine. Bathroom also clean with lovely powerful shower, heated towel rail, shampoo and shower gel and also towels that are actually large enough to wrap around you. Plenty of sockets, a coffee machine with a few pods ("Uno" type if you want to bring your own), sugar, jams and condiments provided. Location in a quiet alleyway near lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights, train station, Guglie or Madonna dell Orto waterbus stops from the airport (about 10 mins to each). I would not hesitate to stay here again. Casetta singola con giardino in cortile interno. Ben progettata, luminosa, silenziosa e arredata con gusto e semplicità. Vicinissima al centro. Ospiti gentili ed accoglienti. Il giardino è una meraviglia. Grazie alla mamma di Luca. Parcheggio in strada non proprio economico.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr schön und stilvoll als italienisches Landhaus eingerichtet. Es liegt mitten in der Natur (ein Auto ist erforderlich) neben dem Privathaus und den Weinfeldern. Der Kontakt mit Nicoletta bzw. ihrer Tochter ist super freundlich, sehr schnell und hilfreich. Sie hat uns zB einen ganz ganz tollen Kochkurs vermittelt und Tipps für Cafés und Restaurants gegeben. Gerne wieder!

We loved this place. The neighborhood was perfect, the house had everything we needed, and a quiet garden to sit in after all the excitement of Venice.

Beautiful accommodation, Elena was really kind and responsive and allowed us a flexible check in and check out. Also absolutely adored the dog Lily running about outside, super friendly! Would love to stay again 😊

Siamo stati benissimo nella casa di Luigi e Loretta, persone gentilissime. Casa perfetta, pulita fornitissima di tutto, anche dei prodotti per la colazione e il caffè, pratica per gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con l' autobus avendo la fermata di fronte casa. Torneremo di sicuro al prossimo giro a Padova!

Замечательное место для проживания семьи, особенно большой . В апартаментах есть все необходимое для максимально комфортного времяпровождения. Отличные кровати, две ванных комнаты , отлично укомплектованная кухня , стиральная машина , холодильник. Из каждой спальни есть выход на большой балкон . Большая гостиная , где можно обежать и ужинать. Хозяин жилья очень приятный и дружелюбный. На сообщения отвечает очень быстро . Мы обязательно вернёмся в это место.

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison avec un beau jardin. Le séjour à été très agréable malgré la présence de nombreux moustiques. les hôtes nous ont mis le nécessaire à disposition pour limiter la gêne. Le logement est très bien situé pour se rendre notamment à Venise.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Andrea per 2 notti. Eravamo tre famiglie con bimbi, per un totale di 9 persone. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Andrea è stato un host cordiale e preciso nella comunicazione e nel check in. L'appartamento è molto grande, dotato di 2 bagni, con un parcheggio interno molto spazioso. Abbiamo visitato i dintorni (Padova a 20 minuti, Verona a 50 minuti, Vicenza a 30 minuti) in maniera molto comoda. Nel quartiere è presente sia un supermercato che una pizzeria.

Gianni, Alberto and Elizabeth are amazing hosts. They’re very hospitable and friendly. They shared a lot of delicious food with us during our stay. The house is located next to the bus stop, easy to get access to, and it’s equipped with everything you’d need and with smart devices. It’s bright, clean and spacious. It was a truly wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at here! The place was incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were quiet. Wow! We could not have picked a better place to stay for our 2 night trip to Venice. This little house was perfect for a family of 5 including two teenagers. Michela has thought of absolutely everything you need, there are comfortable beds, lots of space and the house is spotless. There are even clear instructions left to find your way into Venice (which only took about 30 minutes by bus and was so easy to find). But above all Michela is just the kindest and loveliest lady who went out of her way to make our stay extra special by putting up a birthday banner and balloons for my daughter. This was so thoughtful. Thank you SO much Michela! We absolutely loved our stay at your house and would highly recommend.

Persona molto gentile e disponibile, casa molto carina e con tutto l'indispensabile, inoltre zona molto tranquilla e isolata, anche per la nostra canina. Grazie a tutti voi per averla sopportata anche quando ha pianto per la nostra assenza. Posto molto comodo per dove dovevamo andare e vicino ad altri molto interessanti, che magari potremmo visitare in un futuro prossimo. Quindi, tirando le somme, ottimo soggiorno, da ripetere!

Чудовий будинок та привітні господарі готові допомогти і пояснити в разі потреби . Помешкання цілком відповідає зображеному на фото , 2 спальні , простора вітальня ,кухня , ванна з усім необхідним. Спокійний ,тихий район з добрим сполученням з історичним центром Венеції. Ми гарно провели тут час та насолодилися карнавалом у Венеції.
