Really enjoyed being in this flat. Close enough to walk to the university, my daughter was here to teach. Also close enough for me to walk in to centre & even down to port. Is up 3 flights of stairs, which meant I hit my Fitbit’s flights target!! Close to Morrison’s and a Coop Parking very easy indeed Overlooks a single track railway line which had a goods train running once or twice a day. I found this fascinating. Also looked on the web to find out why there is a train track between Canal Place and Canal Street and not - a canal - Did not need to bother Cameron much, but he provided access details that worked perfectly and was flexible on check in and check out, which was really helpful. Would love to book again.

We loved the apartment! Absolutely fantastic. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Also, great location, very close to many attractions and beach. Apartment has wi fi, tv with amazon fire stick, so in the evening all family can have a moovie night. Very lovely, nice and tidy apartment. We look forward to coming back there.

Stayed here with friends for one night for a dear friends wedding in Hazlehead Park. Plenty of space to get ready to head out!

Lovely stay, exactly what we needed

We had a very good stay at Klaus' apartment in Aberdeen. Close to everything. Safe. Clean. Spacious. Great WiFi. Slept well. Cooked own meals. Watched the AFRICON match between Namibia and Angola on the TV - great choice of channels. It was perfect for us while my daughter participated in a swimming event at the Aberdeen Aquatics Centre. Absolutely great location! Had everything I needed to be able to work remotely and see all the local tourist spots! Duncan was very accomodating!

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Michaels Unterkunft. Das Apartment hat alle unsere Erwartungen und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt und an den Strand. Besonders empfehlen können wir das kleine Café um die Ecke, welches uns immer das beste Frühstück bereitet hat. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und das Haus ruhig. Der Kontakt mit Michael verlief ohne Probleme und seine Empfehlungen für die Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich.

Host was very helpful, communicated well and responded very quickly. The property was lovely and clean. One small issue which was dealt with quickly. Will be happy to use again in the future.

Lovely little flat and perfectly clean. just exactly what we needed for a 5 week stay. Great shower and comfortable bed. It's worth noting that there's no microwave or toaster (as in the listing) but we didn't miss them as much as expected. Gillian offered a cleaning half way through which was nice.

The place was my home away from home. I had absolutely everything I needed. Located in a quiet area but also close to center and shopping areas. Sophie was a great host, very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at the Holburn Street flat! It’s cozy, spotless, and just a short walk to a large retail park, Robert Gordon University, and near the city center. Highly recommend!

Great location for town, clean and comfortable, great shower and got parked close by in crombie road car park. Big flat and cozy.

To begin with, the place was at the perfect location to the city centre. It was an easy check in. The place was squeaky clean and big. The host was lovely, she was so responsive and we even booked another night because we were really comfortable!! The host also keeps a green book with any sort of important details and rules. This book also has good recommendations. There’s also pamphlets in the kitchen. Overall, my family and I enjoyed living there so this definitely gets 5 stars :)

Beautiful place so quiet for a city. Easy bus links into town. Very clean and tidy beautifully staged period property on a beautiful tree lined street.

Well worth the price! Clean with all the comforts of home. A large, comfortable lounge area. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking necessities. Great WiFi and TV options. Plenty of parking space and close to 2 bus stops. Quiet block of flats the outside was well kept as well. Wonderful 9 day stay.

Colin is an amazing host, very accommodating, gives clear instructions, respects your space and privacy and is always easily reachable via the phone. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed. It is in a great location that feels safe; guiet neighbours, all amenities are withing walking distance. It is a good property for city break or someone working at local hospital.
