I have visited Banff many times, as my family lives there. However, I was visiting with friends and family who loved Banff and the location of the accommodation. Waking up to the fabulous harbour and the best early morning sun rises was a delight. The lounge balcony is a great place to take in the views. It is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and pubs. I can vouch for an excellent sleep in the double bed. It was a brilliant place to stay, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Wine, milk, and jams were just a few things the wonderful hosts thought to have available for our arrival. It was an exceptional place to stay; we had the best time.

Flat was clean and cozy. We really had a lovely time there. It was very near a bus stop for us to get around and near lots of food options. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great value tidy accommodation on good transport routes to Aberdeen and the countryside.

Gemma was amazing with communication throughout, despite her being on holiday - she ensured that I was well informed and kept up to date. The place was lovely and cosy for us, in an extremely stormy and windy period in Scotland. Would highly trust and recommend!

I booked the flat on behalf of my mum, her husband and two young children who were visiting family in Aberdeen. Colin communicated well throughout and was a great host! My mum said that she had a great stay and that it was a beautiful flat in a great location with plenty of buses and things to do nearby. Lots of nice touches like milk in the fridge, cereals etc. Warm and cosy, and suitable for the children. The private parking was a plus point. She gives it 5 stars and would stay again! :)

Lovely wee flat, very clean and cosy. Great location for our needs at the University. Lorna very kindly changed our booking at the last minute, which was a massive help. We would definitely recommend!

I would recommend this flat for anyone visiting Aberdeen. I was never more than a 20 minute walk away from the places I visited and the friends I met. Rosella was there on my arrival to show me round the flat, and was friendly.

We were looking for a three bedroom Place while working in the area We did not expect to get somewhere like this on our budget it is better than some hotels I have stayed in Every thing you need is in this apartment Two rooms en-suite and another er bathroom downstairs We were working late and Angela was kind enough to wait for us as it is a met and greet welcome I would definitely recommend here for anyone visiting the area Regards Kevin

Our stay at this Airbnb in Kingseat was a delightful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Ample parking was available, which was a huge plus. The house comfortably accommodated our group of four, making it ideal for a small family or group of friends. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in Kingseat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings are just so peaceful and beautiful, I wish we had more time to really enjoy it more. Celia was so helpful and gave us a great recommendation for a beautiful store to buy gifts in. Everything in the rental was as described and we would stay here again as well as recommend it to everyone!
