Fantastic stay at this beautiful house. The hosts have thought of everything and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The sky at night was amazingly clear and the stars were incredible.

stayed here as we had a wedding 10 mins away. was a lovely, warm and cosy place. well fitted and beautifully done. really accommodating especially as we had a baby and needed cot. we also left something behind and Sandra made sure we got it back! thanks a million

We really enjoyed our stay. Derrywood is a short walk from the centre of Braemar. It is a great base for exploring the local area and hiking the Munros. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well equipped and the hosts very accommodating, approachable and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Our third visit and it won’t be our last. We love the location and the cottage is so cosy. It’s quickly become our favourite getaway and this was a January holiday rather than a summer one and it’s just as magical!

Not sure what I can say about Lorens place that hasn’t already been said on previous reviews but this place exceeded our expectations. I will never get over waking up to that amazing sea view it was something else. There is everything you need for your stay, nothing has been forgotten. It’s clean, warm and cosy and I actually want to move in permanently! Johnshaven is a lovely quiet fishing village with a village store, a pub (had a great meal) and there is a gorgeous Lobster shop where we got an amazing lobster toastie! We had amazing weather on our 4 night stay, and it’s not if we will come back it’s when! Thank you Loren for being an amazing host. Sally and Matt 😊

Kate’s property is a very attractive renovation. I love the touch of including the process pics in a book for guests to view and appreciate. We could walk everywhere we went. It was a lovely, clean house with everything you need. :)

A home away from home and it was hard to leave! Everything as described if not better, all you need to make the stay as comfortable and practical as possible. Bike wash was an added bonus too, great touch especially for the area. We highly recommend staying here and visiting Aboyne/the local area, it’s stunning with so much to offer. Perfect location :)

We enjoyed every second we spent at Scott’s place. I can’t say enough about how comfortable and well thought out everything is. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and then some. Scott was very friendly and helpful and the welcome pack he left was a wonderful touch. The beauty and serenity of the region is unmatched. Can’t recommend Scott and his properties enough! Can’t wait to be back.

The self check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The apartment itself is wonderful. It is spacious, clean, quiet, and very cozy. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Graeme and Laura were always friendly and helpful, making sure we had settled in and asking if we needed anything. The host left an apartment guidebook with everything you need to know about where things are or how everything works, including some local menus, which was a great touch. Overall, this is an amazing apartment at a very good price. No complaints at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again. Thank you Graeme and Laura, for hosting us.

The flat was warm and welcoming , spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We found that everything we needed Joy had thought of and it was supplied. Beds were very comfortable . Instructions and suggestions for the areas amenities were clear and comprehensive. We very much enjoyed our stay .

Jason’s apartment was perfect. Close to everything it made it easy to explore the city and was easy to get out and drive around to check out the surrounding area. I would recommend his place to anyone going to visit Aberdeen.

What a wonderful place for some much needed R&R. Carols place exceeded my expectations, the photos don't do it justice! It was immaculately clean, very well thought out, homely and very comfortable, the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in and I can't wait to go back. We were 3 of us in the apartment. Everyone kept praising the apartment. This is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect! This apartment will always be the first for me anytime in Aberdeen. Hellena and team were very proactive and always there to help. The kitchen is modern and great. Everywhere smells great. The bathrooms are lovely, squeaky clean. The beds are top notch. Apartment is sound proof. Peaceful. Best to relax. Sleep during the day and at night were so calm. For me this is 99%. Please Hellena and Team, keep up the good works. Keep up the standard and well done for this apartment. Will definetly be coming back soon.

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

This was my second time visiting Linda at the pines while on placement. Linda and her husband were both extremely helpful during my stay and the air BnB was amazing. They also went out their way to help when I was stuck in the snow! I hope to visit again!

Very nice and comfortable place to stay and near all amenities.

Been staying here for over a month due to work. It has been perfect for all my needs. The Annex is attached the hosts house but it is very private and peaceful.Will definitely stay here again.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Great location for walking. Nice comfortable and clean accommodation. Our second visit - much enjoyed.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

We had a lovely stay, clean, bright and we'll equipped. Just 25 minutes walk or a ride on one of the regular busses to the city centre.
