We had a very nice stay; the house and grounds were immaculate, and as shown. They had two outdoor dining tables which are great for outdoor dining, four lounge chaises, and four Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed being outside on the pool deck in the afternoon after a day of touring. The pool was cold as expected, although, I know the hosts are planning a pool heater in the near future. The inside of the home was very cozy and welcoming, but still quite spacious. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Great stay! Thanks again!

This may be our favorite Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we have a pretty great track record of finding awesome spots. Ann was communicating with us even before we headed to her house for our stay. She provided great instructions for operating the fireplace and bluetooth devices and laid out all of the amenities of the farm. The entire property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We can't wait to come back for our next stay.

Affordable stay in a beautiful and convenient location. We loved being outside the city while still being so close to everything we wanted to do. Host was responsive, check in and check out were super easy.

I’ve stayed in a lot of air bnbs, and I think this is the nicest one I’ve ever been to. The cabin is gorgeous and the area is so peaceful and private. Everything is thoughtfully laid out and the amenities in the cabin are perfect for what we needed. A great home base for exploring the small towns north of NOLA, and also really easy to get into the city. Would love to come back soon! (Only thing I would note, the ladder to the loft is very steep, so that may be a concern for folks with mobility issues or young children.)

Excellent stay! Accommodated two adults, two teens, and three children with ease. Loved the location; felt secluded and private while close enough to walk or make a short drive to the lakefront, playgrounds, restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely return.

Myrtle cottage is everything we expected and more, but the true gem is Bobbie herself. She has a beautifully appointed house, meticulously clean and she has thought of everything to make you feel welcome. We frequently visit the North Shore and this is by far and away the top choice of all the places we have stayed. She takes Southern hospitality to a new level! We enjoyed the wildlife, beautiful surroundings and peaceful property. There are plenty of places to explore and visit within 20-30 minutes, and the restaurants in the area will not disappoint. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven and visiting Bobbie our resident Southern angel.

Such a cute cottage! Very cozy and comfortable :) the screened in porch is beautiful, sitting in there while it was drizzling was awesome. Merry was a great host, very proactive and communicative; though we didn’t end up needing anything it was good to know we could message her if we did!

We had a great stay and being so close to our family was a huge plus. Marcelle was a great host and always responsive to our inquiries. Would stay here again when visiting the north shore area.

So glad I found Rebecca's place. It gave me a comfortable, peaceful spot to get work done and unwind. I will definitely look to book her place again next time I'm in town to see family!
