Tolles Haus in bester Lage! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Das Haus ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und wird aktuell modernisiert – besonders die Küche bekommt ein Update, was sicherlich ein Plus sein wird. Die Strände sind sehr gut erreichbar, und es gibt mehrere zur Auswahl, was wir besonders geschätzt haben. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

We loved our stay! The apartment was sparkling clean, huge and cozy. Perfect place for relaxing stay. We felt like home immediately. The place is bigger, than it appears in photos, the kitchen is well equipped, very cozy terrace. Apartment is located in a calm street, the beach is very close. Very comfortable private garage. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, making our vacation even better. Highly recommend!

Het is niet voor niets dat we binnen een jaar terugkeerden naar Las Aguas. Wat je krijgt: veel leefruimte, klasse, uitzicht, locatie, mooie natuur en tal van voorzieningen /activiteiten binnen redelijke afstand. En géén massatoerisme. Maarrr... als je erop uit wilt, heb je wel een auto nodig. Voor ons dé perfecte plek voor een zonnige break.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Tenerife. The highlight was definitely the stunning ocean view—it was truly breathtaking and made our time there even more special. The house itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the swimming pool was a great place to unwind. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, always available if we had any questions. Their hospitality made our experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Tenerife.

Pedro’s house is wonderful: it is quiet and big for one person. What I especially liked is the terrace in front of the house: when needed shadow, else sunny. I worked here for six weeks and internet was good. The electricity infrastructure is not very good in Abades, so there was indeed 2 hours no electricity. But that was the only negative point in 6 weeks. Pedro is reacting very fast on questions. So hopefully I can use his house once again !!😊😊

Die Villa liegt am Rand einer Bananenplantage, abseits von den restlichen Ferienhäusern der Anlage. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. So waren wir schnell am Playa de Sant Blas mit einem wunderschönen, nicht sehr belebten Weg direkt an der Felsenküste. Ein Holzsteg führt zur kleinen Hafenstadt Los Abrigos. Man ist aber auch in 15 Minuten an den belebten Strandpromenaden von Los Cristianos oder Playa de las Américas. Lediglich das Parken ist dort schwierig. Die Außenanlage mit kleinen gut beheiztem Pool war sehr angenehm um sich im freien auf eine Liege zu legen. Der Pool ist etwas klein und nur zum plantschen geeignet. Im Haus gibt es eine gemütliche Fernsehecke. Mit sehr schnellem Internet und den Apps auf unserem mitgebrachten Receiver konnten wir Fernsehen wie Zuhause. Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus normal ausgestattet. Sie verfügt leider über keine Spülmaschine. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und beabsichtigen es wieder zu buchen.

La ubicación del alojamiento es increíble. A un lado, vistas del Teide. Al otro lado, vistas del mar. Recomiendo encarecidamente pasar tiempo en esta ubicación, muy tranquilizadora y relajante. En caso de que te guste correr, puedes ir corriendo hasta la Playa de los Patos para bañarte y volver. Si eres un grupo grande y buscas un espacio amplio, cómodo y desenfadado, este es tu sitio. Muy comunicativo en el check-in y flexible con la hora del check-out. ¡Gracias por acogernos!

Nothing to complain - good central location, great sea view from balcony, fully equipped kitchen, hosts helped us with some particular kitchen stencil needs, very bright apartment, grocery store nearby, parking option (ask host). Just enjoy the sunsets:)

Byt je skvělý a na fantastickém místě. Bazén je se slanou vodou a skutečně vyhřívaný. V lednu svítí slunce na balkon cca od 17h. Je vzájemně vidět na sousedy v protějším domě. V bytě bylo všechno, co jsme potřebovali - jedná se o opravdu vynikající volbu pro ubytování.

Very user friendly homely (not too pristine) apartment with everything we needed incl reliable wifi (& things we didn't need .. TV, coolbox & packs, toaster, microwave, kids stuff ) Ideal if self catering (wide range of utensils & store cupboard ingredients just like home! ) Immaculate good size fridge & freezer. Washing machine a great asset. Hair drier. Beds firm & very comfy, blackout curtains etc Clean compact friendly safe & resort. Quiet in eve. Doesn't attract lowest common denominator Brits like rest of island can. Tremendous buses, bus stop 2 mins away. Itsa bus app = easy journey planning eg to Tenerife DC footy match, so family friendly. Local taxis cheaper than Uber Big choice of walkable restaurants/cafes/supermarkets (incl veggie / vegan) with well cooked healthy fresh food. Good moochy shops Go walk Mount Roja if not too windy Boardwalk great for people watching incl kitesurfing. Trial & error = best way to choose where to go on beach Absolutely loved it here

Oliver oli hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias isäntä. Hän ohjeisti meidät hyvin asunnolle. asunto sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla Puerto de la Cruzissa; ravintolat, ostoskeskus ja merivesiuimala olivat kävellen lähellä. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä Oliverin asuntoon ja hinta laatu suhde oli erinomainen

Estancia Perfecta en un Apartamento de Lujo. Tuve la fortuna de hospedarme en un apartamento increíblemente moderno, la experiencia fue simplemente excelente. El apartamento está impecablemente decorado, con un diseño contemporáneo y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. La limpieza es sobresaliente. Las áreas sociales son un verdadero plus, ofreciendo espacios amplios y bien equipados que permiten relajarse y disfrutar al máximo. La ubicación del apartamento es única, situándose en una zona estratégica que facilita el acceso a diversas atracciones en el Sur y al resto de la Isla. Es el punto de partida perfecto para explorar la ciudad y disfrutar de todo lo que tiene para ofrecer. Pero lo que realmente hizo especial mi estancia fue la atención del anfitrión, el Sra Susana. Desde el primer contacto, fue extremadamente amable y cordial, asegurándose de que todo estuviera en orden y de que no me faltara nada. 100% recomendada. Volvería con los ojos cerrados.

Dominique responds quickly, gives good advice( basically about anything regarding your stay in el Médano) and takes care of his guests. One can feel really welcome at his place. It’s quiet residential neighborhood/ good bakery Victoria at the same street. El medano is small town so it’s walking distance everywhere- beach, shop, restaurants. There is local playground nearby if you are with kids.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Ernesto fue simplemente perfecta. El apartamento cuenta con una ubicación inmejorable, a pocos minutos caminando de la playa, restaurantes y cafeterías. Es muy luminoso, acogedor y está equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Ernesto, además de ser muy amigable y atento, nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para comer en la zona y sitios imperdibles para visitar en la isla, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial. No tengo absolutamente nada negativo que mencionar. Mi estancia en El Médano fue maravillosa, ¡sin duda repetiría!

Pristine apartment. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. All we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a perfect location close to bars and restaurants but quiet inside the apartment. The pool was extremely quiet with only the three of us using it during the day. We were told that it is always like that. I cannot recommend the apartment enough. The kitchen was well equipped Communication from Rita was perfect and the offer of collection from and to the airport was an added bonus.

Excellent and cozy place, and amazing view !The hosts were very responsive and lovely. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions and for being flexible with the check in time, even allowing us to drop off our luggage before the check in time. Great location as well with a free parking spot just at the entrance and a supermarket nearby. We felt very safe with the security system. As for the noise warning we expected it to be louder but we honestly slept like babies haha, probably cause we are used to noisy and vibrant streets (back home).

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

Emplacement peu pratique sans véhicule,

When we arrived at the apartment, Fabio was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was lovely and bright with a great terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly by Fabio. He speaks very good English and responds quickly to text messages. When leaving, Fabio arranged our taxi for us and also allowed us leave our luggage in the apartment until it was time to go (evening flight). The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, etc. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again. Thanks Fabio for all your help.

Velká spokojenost! Ubytování bylo naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, čisté a útulné. Hned při příjezdu nás mile přivítali a po celý pobyt se starali o to, abychom se cítili co nejlépe. Krásný výhled na západ slunce byl opravdu jedinečný a dodal naší dovolené nezapomenutelnou atmosféru. Celkově vše splnilo naše očekávání a vytvořilo perfektní prostředí pro příjemnou a odpočinkovou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme!

Lovely large apparment in an excellent location within a well maintained complex. The two main bedrooms have comfortable beds and have plenty of storage for clothes. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has a cabin style single bed than can extent to a small double. Good for one or two children as it shares the Jack and Jill en suite bathroom. The large patio has a good mixture of sunshine and shade from around 9.00-17.00 hours (Jan/Feb) It has two comfortable sun loungers and a table that seats 6. Both smart televisions allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime etc accounts. The pool bar offers good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The pool areas are good, with one pool being heated. The complex no longer has table tennis or pool tables in the indoor area (as of Feb 25). Overall a lovely apparment is a nice complex, we would be happy to return again.

This accommodation was amazing and very clean. I had a great stay with my freinds. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Would highly recommend to stay in this apartment.

We chose this accommodation for our holiday with family. It was great that each room had its own bathroom, even a toilet on the lower floor and a take. Another great thing is the private garage, so it's always nice in the car and no one outside scratches it. The apartment is clean and you will find everything you need in it. The complex is located about 10 minutes walk from the city center, the nearest shop is just as far. The beach is very close and it is quite empty, which I take as an advantage. Another great thing is the private pool for the whole complex, but there are not too many people and it is a nice place. What I appreciate a lot is the service of the hostess Maria, who is really helpful at any time, gave us a lot of tips on local events or advised us where to go for a meal or what to skip. Whenever it was needed, she answered my question via text message or arrived in a few moments and sorted it out. Highly recommend and give 6/5 stars :)
