we loved staying at the place. it was clean and taken care of when we did have a couple of things that needed fixing they were very responsive and sending someone right away. rooms were perfect. everything clean and organized would stay there again 100%

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Olena was a true Superhost—her communication before and during our trip was outstanding. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible with all the requests we had for our family, making everything so easy and seamless. The apartment itself was well-furnished, functional, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the stunning white sands of Saadiyat Beach, with plenty of great restaurant options just a short walk away. It was a perfect and relaxing home base for our family. Highly recommend, and would absolutely stay again!

The place is without faults. Close to all Yas island activities. Very close to Abu Dhabi airport. 75 minutes to Dubai airport. Half an hour to Abu Dhabi down town and one hour to Dubai down town. The host is great and very responsive.

L'appartamento risponde alla realtà. Ben arredato, confortevole. Ci siamo trovati bene con la Famiglia, la zona è vicina al Mall del World trade center e al Lungomare. Per la posizione:per alcuni Taxi è stato difficile trovare l'indirizzo perché è in una via meno trafficata, ma per questo non abbiamo avuto tanti problemi. Il palazzo sembra datato, ma fa parte di una zona comunque centrale della Capitale e vicina ai parchetti pubblici, al Lungomare ed alla spiaggia. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto e lo consiglierei .

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

Khalfan is hands down the best Airbnb host we have ever had. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, available, and accommodating — even before our arrival. The place itself was fantastic: spacious, spotless, and extremely kid-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. The compound was equally impressive — very safe and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a pool, kids’ pool, and gym. Located right in the heart of Yas, it was close to all the major activities. Our kids especially loved being so near to all the soft play areas and entertainment options. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — truly a 5-star service experience. Thank you, Khalfan!

Great place to have a quiet weekend with your family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Saeed’s villa. Check-in was smooth, and we were allowed to store our luggage early, which was a big help. The villa is spacious, spotless, and feels brand new. It’s located in a quiet, family-friendly community with a children’s play area right next door. Parking was available right at the villa, which made things very convenient. Saeed was incredibly responsive—he answered every question immediately or within the hour, which made the experience even better. The kitchen had all the basic essentials like plates, cups, and cutlery. For longer stays or frequent cooking, just note the pots and pans are limited, though it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, it was a beautifully maintained and well-managed property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Saeed’s place to anyone looking for comfort, space, and excellent hospitality.

This place was truly amazing and ended up being the highlight of my trip to Abu Dhabi. It was my first time visiting the country, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

I had a wonderful stay with Suhail & Family. The home was extremely neat and clean, The host was very responsible and made sure everything was in order for my stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, which made it easy to settle in. I really appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the environment was. Just wonderful apartments, filled with love and care. Very clean, many details and items that make your stay comfortable. We felt at home at dear Nada’s premices. Excellent location, there are shops and cafes nearby, a large shopping center near the apartments. We also want to note the quick help of dear Nada in the preparation of apartments for us. Finding herself in a difficult situation, she came to our aid and accepted us with all the amenities. We strongly recommend it and will be happy to return again in the future.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Gary and Sush were outstanding hosts, and their property was immaculate—spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The view overlooking Yas Links golf course is stunning, and the sunsets from the balcony are truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Yas Island to stay with them again.
