We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

Very responsive host. Acted on our 2 concerns promptly. Easy to use home, good layout, large enough open spaces for the whole family to congregate. Had children’s toys available and were much appreciated. Beach equipment was also available (sand sifting tools, buggy, etc.). Appliances were well-appointed, either new or only gently used. Large TV and the wall of recliner/sofa were much appreciated. We look forward to staying here again.

Had a great time in this beautiful area. The place was perfect with all we needed for a relaxing stay. Well equipped kitchen, towels, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed watching the osprey family right outside our window! Easy walk to pool and workout facility. Unfortunately the tennis courts weren’t available as there’s still some clean up that’s being don’t after the storm, but maybe next time! Great vacation!!

Very nice place to stay. Perfect location to the beaches and nice restaurants/hang out spots that were very close. Very quiet and peaceful. September is a quiet month - not lots of tourists. Lovely place that was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue was that the shower water never got above luke warm. I like hot showers. Otherwise, very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic home for my family - loved the private pool and the amazing backyard: waterside, peaceful, quiet. Lanai was great alongside pool, and outdoor half bath perfect for poolside! Hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Jeri Beth's home was magnificent in every way: comfortable, well-equipped, spotless, and with high-end details inside and out, not to mention a fabulous location with views of the park and water from the entire front of the house. The beds were super comfortable and we had so much space. It was peaceful to have breakfast and appetizers overlooking the park and water from the screened-in porch. The location is so convenient. We walked to restaurants, the Military Museum, the Farmer’s Market, and more. We visit Punta Gorda every year and look forward to staying here again.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can use the garage for your car. The air conditioning works well. The pool was wonderful. I think it is a salt water pool. All the appliances were in good condition. The washer and dryer are like new. There were minimal requirements for what you had to do which was very nice. It was easy to relax in this house. If you want to prepare meals there, the kitchen could use some oven and microwave dishes. I have suggested this to the host. I highly recommend this property.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

We enjoyed our time in Troy’s place in Punta Gorda. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is amazing and fishing from the dock was fun.
