Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Acropolis

We visited Evelina‘s place over our Christmas vacation and had a great time. The apartment looks just like the pictures, it is very spacious and cozy, fully equipped and with very comfortable beds. Location is great, super close to the metro station and in close proximity to bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Will definitely return, thank you for everything Evelina.

First, the place is stunning. As shown in the photos, it’s an older building and the decor matches that well. The ceilings are quite high (12’?) and the unit is surprisingly sturdy - floors are solid and don’t creak, doors and windows work perfectly, sound insulation is good. Great location in an interesting neighbourhood, close to transit and restaurants. Christos was very friendly and welcoming. Overall an excellent choice.

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Υπέροχη μεζονέτα με ωραία διακόσμηση, πολύ ευρύχωρη, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Μαριάννα εξαιρετική host πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το προτείνω σε όλους είναι θαυμάσιο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Marinas apartment was so beautiful and we had a wonderful 2 days in a lovely part of Athens. The beds were super comfy and the views, especially from the roof terrace were amazing. We loved the areas, central yet peaceful ….there was even a great coffee place, Kains, just around the corner! Marina was a wonderful host, so kind and so sweet and gracious when I had to message her to let us in when I arrived very late as I stupidly had not downloaded all the instructions for entry into the apartment so couldn’t see where to use the fob key! We would always wish to stay again when next in Athens !

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

非常棒的民宿体验，我们三家人，休息时相对独立安静，相聚时欢乐温馨，民宿位置非常好，离卫城很近，晚上可观赏卫城的夜景，周边美食多多，是一个让我们非常满意的民宿。

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. The hot tub with the view of the Parthenon was incredible. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet so we slept very well. We walked everywhere we wanted to go from the home and it was safe and always comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Babis place was very comfortable, relaxing, and private. A few minute walk from the metro and super market. Lots of nearby restaurants for quick delivery service. Would definitely stay there again.

πολύ ωραίο σπιτάκι,ωραία ατμόσφαιρα,πολύ φιλικό,αξίζει για ένα ζευγάρι να περνάει ωραίες στιγμές και κοντά σε όλα (πχ Athens Metro Mall)

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für eine entspannende Atmosphäre sorgte. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Alimos, von der aus man einfach und schnell ins Zentrum gelangen konnte. Zudem gab es direkt vor der U-Bahn Station einen Kiosk. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns herzlich empfangen.

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

Romanos é un ottimo host, é velocissimo nelle risposte e le sue indicazioni sono molto utili e precise. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio, una parte della vista dalle vetrate da su dei condomini vicini ma il resto dalla vista sull'acropoli é fantastico e compensa ampiamente il resto!! La zona è molto vivace e ricca di ottimi locali, abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di marzo e con le finestre chiuse l'appartamento è anche molto silenzioso. Dista 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro (vicino al parlamento) da cui partono due delle 3 linee della metro di Atene. Esperienza molto positiva e consigliata!

Host super gentili ed appartamento meraviglioso

Kyriakos war ein wunderbarer Gaastgeber der immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat und sehr proaktiv war. Das Haus haben wir für eine Messe in der Nähe gemietet und es war äusserst praktisch. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder dieses Haus mieten! :)

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Very spacious, ideal for large groups. Quite private, at least during spring months. Strategically located in the southern suburbs of Athens but also not a long drive from city center and other areas.

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

We stayed at the villa for six days as a family of 11 and all had a truly fabulous time. The villa is new, spotless and beautifully designed with high end furnishing. The outdoor is stunning and the pool - a real gem. The owners thought of everything, including a pool for toddlers that is part of the main pool. The rooms are spacious and indulging and the views from the villa are spectacular. There are multiple dining areas for large crowds so you could spend one meal overlooking the beautiful pool and garden and the other - overlooking the adjacent sea. Lastly, the owner George, was 100% available for us - kind, generous and extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

The location was idealpeaceful yet close to the beach 3 min by car, allowing me to enjoy the best of the surrounding area with ease. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring that every detail of my stay was seamless and that I felt completely at home. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. The house is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a luxurious yet cozy getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. ⚡️

Η διαμονή μας στη βιλα ηταν εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε καθε προσδοκία! Η επικοινωνια με την Κάσση και τον Βασίλη ήταν άψογη, και μας έκαναν να νιωσουμε αμέσως σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η βιλα ηταν πεντακαθαρη και πληρως εξοπλισμενη. Η κουζινα ειχε τα πάντα, και οι εξωτερικοι χωροι ηταν υπέροχοι, με καθαρη πισινα, κήπο και μπάρμπεκιου. Η Κάσση μας εξήγησε αναλυτικα πώς να χρησιμοποιούμε τους χωρους και μας βοηθησαν και με παρκοκρεβατο για το μωρο μας. Οι κρεβατοκαμαρες ηταν ανετες, καθεμια με μπάνιο, ενώ υπηρχε και χώρος ψυχαγωγίας στο υπόγειο με ρετρό παιχνιδομηχανή που μας ταξίδεψε πίσω στα παιδικά μας χρόνια! Αν και η περιοχή έχει κάποια άχτιστα οικοπεδα τριγυρω, είναι ήσυχη και νιώσαμε ασφαλεις πλήρως καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ψάξαμε πολύ για να βρούμε ενα μερος σαν κι αυτο και ειμαστε απολυτα χαρουμενοι με την επιλογη μας! Συνολικά, περάσαμε φανταστικα και σιγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μελλον.
