The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

We had a lovely stay in Athens here! The space is walking distance from some great restaurants, parks and cafes as well as the acropolis. Thank you Katerina for hosting us!

AMAZING! I loved every second of it. Literally was able to guide ourselves by looking for the acropolis and agora. Amazing place to stay, and amazing hosts!!

This home was AMAZING 🤩!!! The pool, the bed so comfy, the tv in the living room was like 95 inches wide!!! It was like a movie theater!!! Had all the amenities and more!! Wish it was my home!! Great job stavros!!! Looking forward to stay again in the summer at your place! Thank you!!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our host was super helpful throughout the entire experience. We enjoyed the location as it was not in the center of Athens, but it was really close to the metro line that took us both to and from the airport and to and from the center of Athens. The place was a great size for the 2 of us and had all the things that we needed.

It was really nice to stay at Kosta's! The location is great - close to Psyri and in a walking distance from a lot of things to do. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, except upon arrival and depture. The house was cozy and welcoming and nice snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was very cute. The upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Every days they played a lot of instruments and dragged a lot of furniture. On the weekend it was until very late at night and in the middle of the week until around 11 at night.

Iason was a fantastic host!!!.. We adored our stay at his place… The beds were comfortable, we had more than enough room, and all other amenities were as expected!!.. Highly recommend Iason’s property for your Athens vacation!!

My first time in Athens and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The home was as described and was very well suited to my taste.. perfect minimalist approach with the right balance of modern amenities. Pygmalion is very prompt and had great suggestions. Thank you for the great suggestion of the terrace bar.. it was a perfect 360 end to my vacation.. Had a week stay and was able to work from there.. The location is spot on with easy access to restaurant, cafes and the tourist attraction.

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

I had a great time at Maria’s place. She’s very responsive and ready to help. The house had more than everything I need. Iron, hairdryer, a lot of kitchen utensils, heaters… Also, no one has mentioned but the radio in the house is an amazing detail. I had the chance to listen to Greek music all the time while I was in the house. Very close to the metro station. I’d recommend staying at Maria’s place to everyone.

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

appartement sympa de part sa localisation a 2 km du centre ville ou vous avez toutes les animations sans l'inconvénient du bruit donc au top. transport en commun au top train a 600 mètres , métro a 800 mètres . Gare routière a 2 kms Manque juste un micro onde dans la cuisine... j'ai apprécié de trouver tout le nécessaire pour débuter le séjour ( papier toilette, sel , poivre , produit vaisselle ect ) a nous de réapprovisionner quand on pioche dedans et pour ça MERCI . N'hésitez pas à louer... pour vous perdre dans les rues animées d'Athènes

Εξαιρετικό το σπίτι σε μία πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και άψογη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη!

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. If it is available you should immediately book it. Athens is a very busy city and this is a lovely respite from the busy and hectic days. I am someone who likes to go go go but this place was so amazing that I actually wanted to spend evenings there :-) the Jacuzzi is perfect for two people and has a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Also, the layout is really nice and open and just feels like home. I tend to be picky about lighting and the lighting is beautiful with outdoor accent lights and high-quality furnishings. Some people commented about the shower being wide open which is true but the bedroom is around the corner so unless someone is standing at the kitchen or sink they wouldn't really see you. I don't think you could find a better place or a better deal for the cost of this place. In terms of the host, they are SO responsive and made traveling easy (early check-in, late check-out)... Eveeything we needed...
