We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was definitely dated but the new bathrooms were great. We are low maintenance and I can tell they are working to fix the place up. The views are hard to beat and the accommodations were perfect. They gave us unlimited ice which was super cool. Very nice grill that came in handy more than once. Highly recommend this stay for any golf trips to the Dale Hollow State Park course, about 20 mins away. One of the coolest courses in the state of KY. The lake itself is beautiful as well. We rented a pontoon from Sunset marina about 40 mins away. We’ll likely come back!

This was perfect for five ladies to enjoy peace and quiet and a pool. We drove 5.5 hours to enjoy Ralph's place. The pool was fantastic and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would gladly recommend Ralph as a host and this property!

This was perfect for our large group. We didn't want for anything. So many options with a view of the beautiful lake (pool and hot tub area, fire pit, large porch with the option to have windows opened or closed). Plenty of space to spread out or all gather together. No complaints here and would definitely rent again.

This was one of my family's favorite houses we've stayed in together! Loved the big front porch and how every room had it's own bathroom. Miranda was such a sweet host, adding personal touches like sound machines and baby monitors to make our stay even more comfortable. She had even decorated the house for the holidays when we were there for Thanksgiving!

Great family gathering spot! Our extended family (four generations including 8 adults and 2 children) returned to Joy’s place (our second stay) for Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect place for us to meet. The large kitchen/family room area allowed us to be all together comfortably, a huge plus. But when the hubbub got to be too much, the house had plenty of other spaces where people could hangout or relax with a book. Joy is a super host - very friendly, clear instructions, and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

As advertised! We were visiting a family member and it was a good place to do that. Much better than a motel room! Host was friendly and helpful. Nice large grassy and wooded area for walking. Back away from the street and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Was a great stay. Really nice house and great price. Super clean as well. Was perfect for our race team while racing at Cumberland dragway. Great people and easy to check into and out of. Thanks.

Beautiful surroundings

This home was a great fit for our family. It was clean and roomy. Well-maintained with lots of special touches - fresh cut flowers, complimentary snacks, and festive decorations. We loved the fire pit, arcade table, and the full-featured gym. Beautiful views and plenty of room for our large family made this a fantastic gathering place! Also, the owners volunteered clear direction with lots of helpful tips. It was a great trip!

The place is very cute. The hot tub needs some updates and clean water. The bathroom needs extra space to put like make up or toothbrush or toothpaste is just the sink there. I have to put my stuff on the floor The outside view is very nice. Big deck.We spent a few days there . We have a good time.

The Last Cast unit was amazing! The place looked exactly like the photos and was in excellent condition. The rooms were bright and plenty of night lights throughout the place for the dark nights. A perfect location if you are fishing at the Green Lake Marina.

I stayed in Kentucky for a business trip. Whitney is very friendly. She was always quick to respond to my questions and explain them well. I was able to stay at home comfortably without any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again next time

Great place to stay! Beautiful view!

Kelli was an amazing host! Here is what stood out: She was willing to let us check in early due to the weather She also was willing to refund our stay if we chose not to come due to the weather ( even though i didnt buy the coverage for it) Such a cute place! We even finished the cocktail puzzle that was provided. Would stay again!

Great place! My extended family spent a few days here over New Year’s and it was perfect! We spent most of the our time in the house and there was plenty of space to spread out when you wanted to get away but also large gathering areas to spend time together. Very clean, beautiful home! Lots of fun things to do at the house to keep us busy-we had a variety of ages. It was 10-15 minutes from town but it was perfect for what we were looking for! Would definitely stay again!

Freddie and his wife Sally were lovely, kind hosts. We had a long term stay of two months and they were always only a message away if we needed anything. Our stay was during the colder Winter months and his wife brought extra blankets, toilet paper and anything we may need in the event we were snowed in. Freddie even made a special trip out to retrieve a ball my daughters lost out past the cow fence haha. Very lovely ranch and we were very privileged to have the opportunity to stay in their home. My daughters were overjoyed seeing the cows in the pasture. Beautiful sunsets and a lovely property to let your kids run and play in the country. Thank you Freddie and Sally!

Kelli’s place was PERFECT for a Green River Marina weekend! We rented the full cabin which sleeps 10 adults comfortably and having 2 kitchens was amazing as well. We would love to come back!
