My stay at Onur’s place was fantastic! The staff, Emrah especially, were incredibly helpful, offering tips on local tours and restaurant recommendations. When I found myself a bit short on cash for a taxi, they were kind enough to help me out. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

Ozlem’s place is a cosy, family-run inn that radiates warmth and love. We could not meet her, but her family warmly welcomed my husband and me, going out of their way to communicate with Google Translate. The inn matches the inviting pictures. Our small but functional room had clean bathrooms. We had a minor issue with the bathroom flush, but they promptly provided another bathroom and fixed it by the next day. It's within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and Basilica Cistern. Irma treated us to a delightful breakfast spread every morning, with unlimited Turkish tea and delicious vegetarian options. Special thanks to Mehmet for ensuring our smooth check-in and check-out and calling a cab to the airport. He even treated us to Turkish tea on our last night! We experienced Turkish hospitality at its finest, thanks to Ozlem’s family(Ilias, Irma and Mehmet). Added bonus: all the cats you meet outside. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

This apartment is absolutely stunning - the view is just something else The location is perfect with Taksim square only a short walk away Duygu was incredibly friendly and very responsive, she helped me with anything that I needed! Pics don’t do this place justice, you have to see it for yourself

A would highly recommend Marmara Guesthouse. All the positive reviews (which is why I booked here in the first place) were 100% accurate. Great breakfast, lovely rooms, fab location. The receptionists were great and deserve a special mention- they gave really helpful advice on things I should do in Istanbul (I highly recommend doing a Turkish Bath btw!). A very enjoyable stay. A gold star ⭐ . Thank you. 😊

This was a great location to visit the local sites. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia are only few minutes walk away.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

Eau très accueillante, très gentille facile d’accès pour l’appartement appartement comme sur les photos, petit souci de dernière minute au niveau des horaires l’autre a été très conciliant. Je recommande vivement.

Big thank you to Omer at the Palmera Old City Hotel!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and was very happy to have all of Istanbuls most beautiful monuments and great restaurants and shopping areas very close by. My favorite thing about our stay was how accommodating and friendly all of the staff was at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Istanbul and I’ll be sure to come visit again!

Wonderful stay, responsive host who helped me when I showed up a day early and had booked the wrong day. Beautiful hotel, quiet street that was centrally located and walkable to all the monuments, will definitely stay again when I come to Istanbul. They gave me recommendations and some cookies! Very kind people.

Serdar bey aşırı ilgili, samimi bir beyefendi. Daire önünde bize yerel tavsiyeler sundu, aşırı ilgiliydi. Dönüş biletimiz biraz ileri saatte olduğundan dolayı çantaları da bırakabildik. Daire temizdi. Havlular ve banyo temizdi. Uzun vadede kalmaya da uygun. Mutfak aletleri yeterliydi. Resepsiyondan ütümüzü kolayca aldık. Her şeye rahat erişebiliyorsunuz. Mesaj olarak da Serdar bey anında cevap veriyor. Muhit çok iyi yerde. Birkaç dakikada istiklal caddesine çıkıyorsunuz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Gece geç vakit gidebildim, 3 kat merdiven çıkınca eyvah dedim ama, minik bir balkon olması iyi oldu. Eski bir ev olmasına rağmen çarşaf ve havlular çok temizdi. Herşey kolay ulaşılabilir durumda. odada bardak ve su ısıtıcı var ama bir de birkaç bardaklık kahve olsaydı güzel olurdu ama starbucks hemen ön caddede yani sorun değil.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft in einer zentralen Lage, ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum Taxims entfernt. Die Kommunikation war großartig! Sofort wurde auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und schnell geholfen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und für 2 Personen komplett ausreichend. Ein wahres Goldstück im Herzen Istanbuls. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter, denn Preis-Leistung stimmt hier vollkommen.

Tam bir fiyat/performans konaklaması. Yeri çok Merkezi, güvenilir. Odada kısa dönem kalacaklar için ihtiyaçları karşılayacak herşey mevcut. Oda temiz, giriş kolay. Çok teşekkür ederiz.
