Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Fotoğraflar gerçekte göründüğü gibiydi ve Şeyma Hanım bir sorunumuz olduğunda hızlı ve etkili ilgilendi. Gönül rahatlıyla konaklaya bilirsiniz.

Georgia’s place was in a fantastic location to walk to all the local highlights in old town Istanbul and even over the bridges to the newer town. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house was large, and had just what we needed for our stay and was a welcome break from hotels. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

This was a perfect base for our four night stay in Istanbul. Grischa and Sergey have taken care to make things in the house comfortable for their guests. We were two friends and so had a bedroom and en suite each, and had lots of room. The place is also quite stylish and unique, spread over three floors. The house is in a really great location with cafes and restaurants and quirky shops all around, while also being quiet enough at night to sleep well. A five min stroll down to Tophane tram stop makes it easy to reach many of the main sites. I recommend wandering north up Cuca Cuma Cd to explore the local area more and to get lost in the local streets. We were very happy with the house itself, and my friend says she'd definitely stay here again. There are some things out host can't control such as the 'art installation' (furniture graveyard) out the back, but it's easy to ignore. Choose this place if you want to be comfortable and well located.

Don't miss out on this fab place! Stunning location in beautiful old building and huge private terrace with the best view ever; awesome! Everything in walking distance, and still the street is quiet. The apartment itself is big, plenty of chairs, armchairs and sofa. Beds big and comfy, seperate second toilet very useful. Perfect for a family of four or close friends, as second bed is separated from living room by a curtain only. Communication couldn't be better! Fast and helpful! They provide the rechargable metro card! Beware the stairs, 5th floor in an old building is quite a hike, but it's worth it!

Evden önce Emel Hanım ve Ahmet Bey in yaklaşımı ve iletişımı çok samimiydı. Ev açıklamalarda yazılanlardan daha iyiydi. Termal de bundan önce ki konaklamadığım evlerden temiz, büyük, manzarası güzel terası ise harikaydı. Kalabalık aılem ile ramazan bayramını huzurla geçırdik. Kendi evinizin konforlunu arayanlara çok dogru adres diyorum. Emel Hanım ve Ahmet Bey ile tekrar gorüşmek üzere hersey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Evin yeri çok iyi bir konumda , ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi , Manzarası harikaydı ve ev sahibi ile iletişim kurmak kolaydı .

Great for a couple, just 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and 5 minutes away from Galata Tower. Many places to eat and bars around. Just have in mind that streets are steep, I do not recommend to people with mobility problems.

I had a fabulous week at Ugur's place. I liked the cozy little apartment that was like an eagle's nest above the roofs of Istanbul. The place was very quiet considering being so close to the main street İstiklal. Most of the places I wanted to see (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Galaton Bridge etc) where easy to reach by foot, when you love a bit of walking. Ugur was very proactive and provided me with addresses of restaurants nearby. You must definitively try the Turkish breakfast at Van Kahvalti. Going to Istanbul in low season is advantage but be prepared that it may a bit colder than that you would expect. So bring warm clothes (like I did) and you will be fine. I had a chance to be there when Ramadan ended, well that night was a bit on the louder side. I highly recommend this place and Ugur is an exemplary host and wanted the best for me. Thanks Ugur!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Volkan. Arrivée tardive due à notre horaire d’avion, nous avons été très bien accueilli malgré l’heure tardive par notre hôte. Le logement est idéalement placé. Il correspond en tout point à la description de airbnb. Merci encore à notre hôte d’avoir rendu notre séjour idéal. Nous reviendrons.

An amazing place I couldn‘t recommend more!!! We felt right at home, the apartment is super spacious, clean, lots of natural light and beautifully furnished. Great area, nice little cafes and restaurants all over, very walkable and safe. Walking to Taksim or Galata Tower totally doable, while you can also take the Metro or Ferry. Thanks to Ceyhun for being super nice and responsive. My brother and I spent Christmas there and we had a wonderful time! Will come back anytime in the future

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

Excellent Bosphorus Villa – Perfect Family Stay Our family had a wonderful 10-day stay at this beautiful villa, which boasts a stunning view of the Bosphorus. The location was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing escape while remaining conveniently accessible. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was a true highlight! Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, always responsive, and eager to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this villa to families or anyone seeking a serene and luxurious getaway on the Bosphorus. Thank you for such a memorable experience. We hope to return one day.

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.
