This spot was a perfect place for us to spend our first vacation together. we loved how private it was and the neighborhood was great to be in. we did not get to use the hot tub, but it was nice to have available to us and the back yard space was nice to sit and relax in. the space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. we will definitely consider this place in future trips back to denver!

The home was just as pictured and described. The hot tub and fire pits worked perfectly with some assistance from Jordan. She was super responsive to our questions and requests. We were even able to have a late check out which was very helpful. The location in Lo-Hi was super walkable and central to everything we needed. Self check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. In einer der vorherigen Bewertungen steht was von einem unangenehmen Geruch. Einfach die Tür zur Waschküche schließen, dann merkt man davon kaum noch etwas. Ansonsten einzig negativer Punkt für mich war, dass der Lock irgendwie etwas geklemmt hat. Aber einmal Bescheid gesagt, dann wird sich dem auch angenommen. Daher kann ich nur sagen, dass eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation bestanden hat. Alles war sehr sauber, auch das Bett war gut. Ich finde die Idee mit den kleinen Willkommenssnacks sehr süß. Man kann in der Gegend gut mit dem Auto parken oder auch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren. Und zu guter Letzt ist es auch eine sehr schöne und sichere Gegend!

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

We had a great stay! Chuck gave us a quick orientation to the Airbnb when we got there. It was perfect for our trip to Denver & very close to downtown!

We stayed in the Mulberry Cottage. Upon arriving you are met with a beautiful yard filled with beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. The outdoor space is setup with lots of comfortable seating to hang out and relax. At night, the garden is lit with warm glowing lights and a hot tub which makes for a beautiful little couples getaway. The cottage itself has everything you need. It’s a cozy little cottage that we found to be centrally located to lots of different Denver attractions. Parking was easy and overall neighborhood was safe and beautiful to walk around. We loved our stay so much, we look forward to returning!

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

Salil was an amazing host! This weekend we surprised my boyfriend and flew in his brothers / best friends from all over the country - Salil’s spot was the best spot to celebrate. We did a RiNo bar/beer crawl and this was the PERFECT location to do so. Everything is walking distance - from bars to really good food/dining (plus shopping for me while the boys did their own thing!). Salil had awesome recommendations of local places that I hadn’t even thought of even though I live in Denver! Sleeping for everyone was ideal, super comfy beds, kitchen was spotless, and the massive balcony offered even more space for us to hang out. With his place offering multiple stories, we could be as loud as we wanted on the main floor (also utilizing Salil’s awesome sound bar) & didn’t have to worry about the people who wanted to sleep being bothered by any sound. Definitely reccomend Salil/his place for any celebration or vacay whether you want a cozy stay in or want to hit the town!

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Moon's studio. Location is lovely, quiet, close to downtown and cozy restaurants and cafes. The studio itself is very comfortable and clean, with lots of natural light, comfortable bed, and TV. Moon is a lovely, gracious and responsive host. Was immediately available by phone when, in my post-travel haze, I had trouble with the gate and keyless entry pad. A great place to stay if you're visiting Denver!

It was decorated cute and quirky. Lots of character. Perfect for one or two people. You can hear the people upstairs at times but that was expected for a basement apartment.

Fantastic place for a get together! Wonderful location and the home is well stocked. Andrew is a great host and the price is right. Highly recommend!

Valissa is a really experienced airbnb host and has a wealth of information about the neighborhood. She is super quick to respond to questions and the apartment and garden are great. She takes care to make sure you have what you need - a wonderful stay.....we love Denver! Thank you Valissa!

This was probably the most fully furnished and loaded with amenities AirBnb we've used. Kitchen was UHmazing for people who like to cook. I was jealous and thrilled with the variety and availability of spices, utensils, etc. It was perfect too for our large crew - cozy vibe but at the same time lots of space for people to watch different shows, play board games, eat. Well located too for groceries and restaurants and not that far from other Denver area attractions. All questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. We'd definitely book here again if we have the larger brood in tow.

This is the second time I’m staying here. Aside from the shower not being so great everything else makes up for it. We made quick friends with her pug as it was out in the backyard when I took my dogs out. Had a great time, felt at home and loved the friendliness of the house. Would definitely stay here a third time when in Denver.

Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

Overall the airbnb worked for the trip I had planned. Their listing is very accurate, didn’t need anything extreme. The hosts were great! Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I have never had airbnb hosts this helpful. Ty you guys

Herbie was very nice we met him briefly when we arrived to the property and he gave us an extra hour in the check out time which was a huge help. Would highly recommend staying!

This townhouse is spectacular! The place is spacious, immaculate and well stocked. Location is perfect. You can walk to many restaurants, shops and activities. The host was very responsive. Rooftop deck was a wow. Highly recommend! We will certainly be back to visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rick & Terry’s place near Denver City Park! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right by the park and close to everything I wanted to explore in the city. The views from the property were stunning, and it was such a treat to wake up to them every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of adventures. The space itself was private and peaceful, offering the perfect retreat. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, were the amazing hosts, Rick & Terry. They were so kind, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. Overall, this was an awesome stay—highly recommend!
