Loved that the hot tub was ready to go and clean!

This place was perfect! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Manny was super flexible when we asked to check in a bit earlier and was very responsive throughout our trip. The area was safe and near several restaurants. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again.

This house was so beautiful and our host Jill was incredibly nice and very responsive! She was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. My family and I were extremely pleased with the house! Jill even left out snacks for us when we first got there! The house was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home.

This house is amazing! Made our trip even more special. It was 9 of us with kids. And everyone felt comfortable and homey. Space enough for all of us. Comfortable bedrooms. Stayed for 3 nights and was a perfect size home for 7 of us. The kids loved the playground in the backyard and although the nearby area can get weird fast, we never didn’t feel safe or at home. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Kyle's place was great on a few levels. Location was prime near Union Station. The building is new and has nice amenities. The apartment itself was well furnished, decorated, and comfortable to stay in. Kyle was very responsive and clear with check-in instructions. Would book again if I can.

We had a great time at Ben’s place! Amazing location, very convenient parking options via mobile app (paid, but reasonably priced around $30/night - and most importantly, safe), and the comfiest couch! The bidet was a nice touch too :) Ben was responsive and very helpful over chat as we got ourselves settled in. Although this is his home, Ben was never there while we stayed, so it felt like a private space. He kept his personal belongings out of sight, so we didn’t have to think about them. Thanks Ben for making our stay comfortable!

I'm so glad i found this place. It had everything i needed and more and is in a great location. Close to Downtown Denver, with a beautiful view of the high rises. The photos are exactly what it looks like and the place is immaculate inside. The parking was a bonus, the garage was enclosed & very secure. it required a garage opener and was easy to get in and out. Victor is as amazing as the rental; he was very quick to respond & very quick to check in and make sure that i have everything that i needed. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. Go ahead & book it now, you will not be disappointed!

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

I had such a great stay here! The hot tub is very nice, especially after a long day of driving, hiking, or walking around the city. It’s in a great location, and a very safe neighborhood (which can be tough to find in Denver for a good price). With the pull-out couch this place could easily sleep 3 or 4 but plenty of room for an air mattress if needed.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!
