If you are going to be spending a number of days in Denver with a group of you, this place is perfect. It is in the area of Westminster, but you can get to downtown in 15-20 mins very easily. Close to freeway entrance, close to stores and restaurants too. This place was very clean, everything just as advertised. There was even plenty of kitchen supplies, including coffee as well detergent for laundry, plenty of pillows and blankets. Katelyn always responded super fast and polite and helpful with her responses. Katelyn's approach to making this place feel like home was spot on and the little extra's such as razors in the bathroom and plenty of bathroom supplies was awesome! We do hope we get to come back to Denver again and if so, we will definitely be reaching out to Katelyn for availability.

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

We had a wonderful stay the house was beautiful. The peaceful neighborhood is immaculate. The house had everything you could need on a trip. The host was speedy in answering back messages. My kids loved the house my daughter said “Mommy I want to stay forever I love this big house”! We would book this house again.

This place was perfect! The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Manny was super flexible when we asked to check in a bit earlier and was very responsive throughout our trip. The area was safe and near several restaurants. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again.

This house was so beautiful and our host Jill was incredibly nice and very responsive! She was easy to get ahold of when we had questions. My family and I were extremely pleased with the house! Jill even left out snacks for us when we first got there! The house was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home.

This place is definitely one of my favorite AirBnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The place was very spacious and warm, you immediately feel at ease as soon as you enter, not to mention the view from the backyard is stunning. The host was also very responsive and extremely helpful, would recommend this airbnb to all of my friends and family!

The house is beautiful and also very functional. We stayed over Thanksgiving with our large family. The kitchen and great room were perfect for entertaining all of us plus everyone had their own rooms/spaces to retreat to. This house had everything we needed and is just as described. Scott was very responsive (we only had minor questions) Very convenient to downtown Denver, the airport and Boulder. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an enjoyable stay at this very nice house. Super quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for visitors. The green belt out front is great for the grand kids. No street to worry about! And the safely fenced backyard was perfect for our puppy. The bed linens were very nice. And the kitchen is well stocked, the best of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. We hope this home is available the next time we’re in town!

Great house in North Denver! House was super clean, had modern amenities, great fenced in outdoor space. Perfect for pets and spending time outside. House is directly across from a wonderful park. Easy to get to north river and highlands. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay! We really enjoyed the house, lots of space for every one. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard but it would have been a great place to sit. Hosts were very responsive with all questions. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance! Thanks for the great place and hospitality!

Absolutely loved this house, this street, this neighborhood. Kimberly and Tonya are perfect hosts. If one wasn’t available the other was. Best Airbnb experience and they were so attentive. Everything was clean and perfect. I loved the absolute charm of the cottage. Location was perfect and walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Very quick to interstate as well. 😊 Outside of the house the hosts were absolutely lovely. I honestly would say best experience compared to other hosts. I didn’t have to buy garbage bags, and other essentials which in the past I had to do. When we come back to Colorado I would definitely stay here again!

Guillermo’s home was a great place for my friends and I to stay! The check-in was a breeze, his guide to Denver was super helpful and being close to the city/ popular things to do was amazing! We all personally loved the space his home had to offer, the spacious basement and Alexa’s in every room. If we ever decide to come back this will easily be our pick!

we had fun and slept well here! post the freeway and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go! our hosts were super responsive and pleasant! we enjoyed the hot tub and even got in a few games of pool!

I stayed at Britney's place wirh 9 friends and our stay was lovely. Plenty of space and beds, a quiet/calm neighborhood, had all the amenities we needed and was a quick 10 minutes ride to downtown. The bright colors and fun art were nice touch!

We enjoyed our stay at Anna & Brooke’s home. We found this location to be very convenient to downtown, restaurants, and many other attractions. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable and well suited for large groups with plenty of privacy for everyone. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we are in Denver.

Place was great! Short Uber ride to downtown. Huge inside, great space for our boys weekend. Easy check in and place was amazing. Deck was perfect for sitting and having a few beers and catching up.

Nice property. Great for our stay and a lovely place to rest up after a long drive. Our dogs really appreciated the great yard. The house was very comfortable, well-stocked and extremely clean. We would definitely book again if we are passing through the area.

We stayed with Tam for over 10 days with guests in all age ranges. The house has lots of room, the kitchen is beautiful and so functional. Loved being able to access the garage too! Definitely recommend for bigger groups!

My co-workers and I stayed here for four nights while attending a nearby conference. It was a fantastic way to save money and a perfectly adequate home. Everything was exactly as pictured. Some had mentioned only one sofa was there but both sofas were there when we stayed. As others mentioned, there isn’t a lot of art on the walls or extra furniture. For the price and location though it was totally fine. It was any different than I expected. The host was responsive and helpful and instructions were clear.

This place is amazing. I loved everything about it. History, layout, ease of use, just everything.

Stayed for 3 nights and was a perfect size home for 7 of us. The kids loved the playground in the backyard and although the nearby area can get weird fast, we never didn’t feel safe or at home. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for our family traveling with our dog. We will gladly return. Gracie is a fantastic communicative host.
