An excellent experience from start to finish, would definitely stay again. A very welcoming place to call "home away from home" for a few days! Highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful, cozy, and spacious, perfect for our visit. It was also spotless, and the hosts truly thought of everything to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was great, especially being so close to Quincy University. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely return!

We stayed for a family Christmas get-together as the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The area is very private and safe, and the view is wonderful. Given that we stayed in December, all of the leaves were off the trees which allowed for even more panoramic views from the bluff overlooking the Quincy Bay westward toward Missouri. Also, as a given during December, we were not able to utilize the screened-in porch. This would be a wonderful place to sit in the spring and fall, or if you were lucky enough to catch a cool, low humidity, summer evening. The location is on the north end of the city, so all entertainment and shopping is a drive into town, though not too far. The beautiful neighborhood would lend itself to nice walks, weather permitting. Penny is a great host, and was very responsive to us for questions we had during the stay. Overall, this is a great stay if you don't mind the price, or can share it with family or friends.

Spacious home, with lots of areas for different activities. Some folks can be watching a movie in one room, while others are conversing in another. The back porch is very nice.

We loved our stay. This was a great house with lots of room. Lots of parking. Wish it had been nicer out so we could have enjoyed the patio. Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out.

We love this location; the house is awesome. It is centrally located, close to everything. It is a short walk or drive to Target, Hy-Vee grocery store and multiple restaurants. It has a nice little patio outside the kitchen, perfect for lounging after dinner. Plenty of space in the house to lounge around and watch tv. When we are in town, we look to see if Laura's place is open. She is a terrific host; we would recommend her to everyone looking to stay in the area.

I felt right at home! It’s a nice place to stay for short and long term stays. I was impressed with the decorations and beautiful view. I had no problems sleeping, it’s quiet and peaceful. The bed is comfortable with soft fluffy sheets. I would love to stay here in the future and would recommend to medical professionals and anyone working remote jobs or any business people who travel for work. This place is walking distance to hospital and local restaurants. Kris is very polite and accommodating :).

Patrick is always very attentive and there whenever anything is needed. I’ve been staying at Patricks when I’m in town over the last five years or so and it’s really a unique, comfortable place to be. There are many interesting shops near by and he has a very cool ice cream shop next door. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Marla's place. The place was easy to locate, check in was a breeze and the space was very clean. We had everything needed for our weekend stay and felt right at home. Marla is such a kind soul and even showed us around the farm. I would highly recommend this place.

Patrick is amazing!! His pace is unique and fun. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. If I ever have a chance to stay in Quincy again I will definitely stay here. Thank you Patrick for everything!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was available for cooking etc. Quiet area, slept well& would book this property again if the need arises.

Verrry cool place, lots to look at! Patrick and his son were great, and were available for any needs or suggestion! If your looking for a place unique with great photo ops this is the one!
