Beautifully designed home located in the city center. Nice and quiet neighborhood also. Great host and communication.

Rekik & her husband Ed were very welcoming. I felt right at home. I came during the rainy season which is just as good of an experience if you have the proper gear (which I did) & itinerary. Ed, supplied me with a map & books to get informed about the culture and historical places around the city. They also suggested the neighbor next door who's a taxi driver that took me around town which made it much easier as I am not familiar with the bus system. Martina's place is in the foothills of Yeka, a sub-city in the northeastern portion of Addis. It is a two-minute walk from Menelik II hospital and within walking distance of a relatively expensive Italian restaurant and a nice coffee shop/bakery (Koba Patisserie). The Airbnb/house itself is in a compound shared with a local family with two (very quiet) children. It has plenty of green and grassy areas, which is a huge privilege in Addis. Two cats and three friendly dogs share the space and are very protective of all the residents (and visitors!). The place was clean, had everything I needed (including snacks/breakfast from Martina), and entirely as advertised. I would recommend relying on mobile hotspot for internet, although even that can be spotty.

انا ممتن لعائلة Kidist كثيراً لاني مرضت خلال اقامتي لديهم، كانت الجدة تقوم برعايتي وتقديم المشروبات والمأكولات الساخنة لي حتى تماثلت للشفاء. اما الغرفة فهي كما في الوصف مريحة ونظيفة ولا تشعر بالازعاج حواليك.

The heart taking view, the peaceful atmosphere, the squeaky clean furnished apartment made my stay beautiful. The working place is very good and worth to pay and stay. I would like to come and enjoy the place again. Bethlehem was a very good host and responsive. I recommend the place for anyone who would like to come and enjoy Addis Ababa.

This place is very zen full and peaceful. The river next to the house make a waterfall noise which i find relaxing. The interior is also very well organized and decorated. I highly recommend this place.

This was my second time staying at this property. Great place, very central with easy access to local shops, banks and restaurants. Not far from the airport either, staff are extremely friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I had everything I needed. This will always be my first choice when visiting Addis. Thank you!!

The positives are many in this apartment. The cleanliness is very high. The furniture is new. It contains all your needs as a tourist. A very helpful person was helpful in helping me immediately. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi network is cut off every day and the problem could be from the internet company

Henock was a great host. He was responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
