Lovely apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the sea front, ample free parking just outside the gate of the complex and within 3 mins walk of the bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Had a most enjoyable 10 days. Thank you Boris.

Rima's place is wonderful and fully equipped. the balcony has amazing views and fresh are and the place was spotless clean when I got in, everything feels new and fresh. full facility and beautifully located. will come again

The apartment is lovely, some small hill walking to the beach. The apartment is in a good location and the pool area is good. No air con so I’d say it would get hot in the summer. The balcony doesn’t get the sun, which suited us. The apartment was clean and has some good facilities including washing machine and big fridge / freezer. Alex (the host) was very responsive. I would recommend the apartment.

Andrea is very nice and answers within minutes. Although I did not meet her in person, I have an impression to have become friends with her. The appartement has everything one needs. You feel attention in every detail. A bottle of water when arriving, coffee for the coffee machine, shopping bags - all contributing to a feeling of being taken care of. Thank you Andrea!!

A szállás környéke csendes, de gyorsan elérhető a part, ahol minden megtalálható. Az apartmanban a bejutás könnyű és rugalmas. Az apartmanban rengeteg a parkolóhely, a vállfa (nőként ez nekem nagyon fontos). A konyha nem csak eszközökkel, de fűszerekkel is jól felszerelt. A terasz kellően nagy. A kilátás gyönyörű. Ha szeretnék találni egy negatívumot, az ágy puha (amit persze valaki így szeret), de a kanapé ezt is megoldja. Mindent köszönünk.

Guten Tag wir waren als Paar dort. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einer riesen Balkon mit Esszimmertisch und einem kuschelsofa mit Blick zum Pool. Im Wohnzimmer auch noch ein Esszimmertisch zusätzlich kann man an der Theke zur Küche auch essen.. Man hat also viele Möglichkeiten.. Alles befindet sich im einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bin sehr zufrieden und werde diese Wohnung falls sie frei ist gerne wieder mieten. Parkplatz für ein Auto gibt es rund um die Anlage. Es gibt auch verschiedene Eingänge um in die Anlage zu gelangen was sehr praktisch ist je nachdem man zb parkt. Es gibt in der Anlage einen kleinen Supermarkt der alles hat was man braucht. Notfalls grade über die Strasse ist ein zweiter etwas größerer Markt. In dem apertment ist alles was man braucht ob Handtücher oder zb Sonnenschirm für den Strand stranddecke. Usw, es wurde an alles gedacht. Kann das apertment nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank 😍 wir kommen wieder

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

We spent a lovely week in the house. The garden is beautiful and invites you to spend relaxing days outside. There are flowers everywhere and you can harvest various fruits. The animal neighbors were also a highlight. The house was clean, tidy and we can recommend it without reservation. You just need to know that the house is divided into two parts. Kitchen, dining area and living room in one part and bedroom and bathroom in the other. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Toujours un plaisir de venir dans ce logement que nous avions déjà loué il y a deux ans. Nous sommes revenus au même endroit car pas de mauvaise surprise, nous savions où nous allions. José toujours aussi accueillant et arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée. Logement simple mais efficace avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Quartier éloigné de la ville mais très accessible et proche des accès routiers afin de pouvoir visiter l'île. Nous recommandons ce logement et José 🤗

Armando ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der nett und zuvorkommend immer für uns erreichbar war. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Berge in der Umgebung laden zum Wandern ein, und das Meer oder der Teide sind nicht weit. Klare Empfehlung, wir würden sofort wiederkommen

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

Eine wunderbare Möglichkeit mit vielen Leuten direkt am Strand zu wohnen. Es ist so viel Platz, dass alle ihre Ecke finden, wenn man nicht gerade was zusammen machen möchte. Der Olivenbaum im Hof ist einfach traumhaft. Das eher traditionelle Ambiente muss man mögen, aber uns hat es gefallen. die Bilder der Annonce sind aussagekräftig. Es sieht auf jeden Fall nicht aus wie im Ikea Katalog 😁 Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen!

Schöne Unterkunft wunderschöne Lage am Meer. Dachterrasse mit Grill und Liegestühlen in der Sonne. Betten waren sehr bequem. Auf der Straße waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden es jederzeit wieder empfehlen!

Merci à José pour l'accueil! la maison était parfaitement équipée et impeccable! la vue est splendide et l'environnement très serein. nous avions des bananes et des citrons à notre arrivée. juste à noter que les matelas sont très mous, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde.

Prachtige vakantie gehad in dit goed onderhouden en proper appartement. Rocas Del Mar is een mooi vakantie complex met een prachtig zwembad met zicht op de oceaan. Ook waren wij zeer tevreden met de ontvangst van onze host Luca . Goede uitleg gekregen over de accommodatie en de omgeving . Luca is steeds bereikbaar indien dat nodig moest zijn . Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad .

Hector's apartment has a beautiful view as described in photos but is located in a very steep location. We didn't mind but someone could have a problem with that. However, it has a huge parking lot just across the street which is a great plus. Inside, the place was comfortable and has everything one could need for a stay. Hector is a great host, he gave us clear instructions how to get inside and also was very helpful with the check out. Overall, our stay here was short but pleasant. Thank you for having us.

Excellent location for exploring the North West coast of Tenerife . Very quiet location , on the beach and the bonus was the underground parking . Lovely walks to Garachico, Los Silos and Buenavista light house . Our highlight was visiting Punta De Teno lighthouse which can only be accessed by the local 369 bus from Buenavista del Norte . highly recommend Mundial 82 restaurant in the village . Best paella we have had for a long time .

Velká spokojenost! Ubytování bylo naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, čisté a útulné. Hned při příjezdu nás mile přivítali a po celý pobyt se starali o to, abychom se cítili co nejlépe. Krásný výhled na západ slunce byl opravdu jedinečný a dodal naší dovolené nezapomenutelnou atmosféru. Celkově vše splnilo naše očekávání a vytvořilo perfektní prostředí pro příjemnou a odpočinkovou dovolenou. Rádi se vrátíme!

First of all I want to say that, Zoe and Diego a great hosts.Hosted us at the complex.Warm welcoming.Showed us around explained everything.Also prepared with a lovely little hamper for us.About the apartment I want to say it’s nice,clean,quiet and very secure.Option for bbq.Perfect location.Supermarket just a few minutes walk away(Mercadona) The complex has a lovely heated pool with the capacity around 45.Never overly crowded.Comfortable and quiet.The beach it’s about 5 minutes walk away(playa las vistas).It’s located between los christianos and las americas.Can walk to this places/beaches easily within 15-20 minutes or can use electricity scooters that is very popular in the island.Also there are many other beaches by the coast line and hundreds of restaurants,bars,shops all along that you can enjoy.Many amazing activities to do also,as a family or as a couple too.We would definitely recommend.We have loved everything about Tenerife.❤️ Thank you Zoe and Diego!

Very pleasant stay. Situated in the perfect spot, everything at your doorstep. The apartment was stunning , clean and very welcoming. The host Ravi great was more than lo accommodating for our needs. We are already looking to come back. 100% recommend

Lovely duplex apartment, perfect for a week away. Large south facing terrace. Apartment was well equipped with all bits & pieces. Large TV and good wifi. Main entrance to the complex is through a steak restaurant which is confusing but once you have worked that out it is easy to find your way around. Beautiful view of the sea from the apartment and very central for easy access to beach and restaurants. Host was also quick to communicate and friendly. Would recommend.
