This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent. Just a short minute walk to the beach with a kiosk at the beach entrance. Unit was clean, however, the bed linen was more uncomfortable this stay. We needed to extend our stay and we were contacted within minutes of our enquiry and it was sorted immediately. We would not hesitate to book again.

Perfect location , apartment was as exactly as described & felt like home. Spacious with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Peter was very responsive & pleasant to deal with . We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend !

Venue was close to everything and there was no need for a car. Easy to access public transport if necessary. The place was well equipped for up to 5 people, and the bottle of bubbles on arrival was well- received.

Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

Perfect Beachside Stay – 5 Stars! My partner Kaitlyn and I had an amazing two-week stay at 199 Swan Terrace, Semaphore, SA 5019. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with fantastic running routes along the coast. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We had one minor issue, but it was fixed immediately, showing their great attention to detail. The home had everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and conveniently located Airbnb, this is it! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Semaphore. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family and I had an awesome stay at Amy’s place. It is a lovely apartment located in a beautiful suburb, close to everything like the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the supermarket and lots more. We felt very safe in the apartment building as we were surrounded by very friendly and kind neighbours who even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable, and Amy has stocked the place with all the amenities you need. Amy was a very kind host, always quick to answer and she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Amy for everything!

Located ideally for an Adelaide visit, this penthouse is lovely. It is furnished beautifully, has quality amenities and to top it off, fantastic views. We particularly loved the view of a lit up Adelaide Oval. Check in and checkout are simple with very clear instructions provided by Josh. Highly recommended as a place to stay whilst in Adelaide whether for leisure or work.

The house was a perfect option for visiting friends in the local area. Clean, tidy, easy to find and a few nice touches like a light breakfast provided and tea, coffee etc

This was a great place to stay for a family wedding in the Adelaide Hills. The bedrooms were a generous size and the two living areas were a bonus as was the outdoor deck. Great proximity to the township itself with easy access to the supermarket, some great coffee shops and other general amenities. It perfectly fulfilled all our needs.

Sarah’s place is quiet and comfortable, with convenient access to shops and a short drive into the city. We were so impressed by how perfectly clean it was when we arrived, with plenty of generous touches to make us feel at home. We were staying to support a family member during a time of illness and having a safe, comfortable home base near family and familiar surroundings was a gift. Thank you Sarah.

Tania’s place truly has everything one would need whilst staying in a home. Everything fully furnished including adapters that caters for usb cables. Lovely to be allowed early check in and to see Haigh’s chocolates on the table. The place is incredibly clean. Beds and pillows were comfy with Sheridan bath towels. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the size and presentation of Eric's unit. Very clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and hot shower. Good outdoor patio area and safe garage parking for our car. Eric was prompt in responding to our emails. We must apologise for leaving 30 minutes late on our departure day - Eric and his lady turned up at 10am to clean the unit and we were not quite ready (due to me being a bit slower these days after recent cancer treatment.) Hope we did not inconvenience them too much. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you.

Amazing stay. Husband and 1.5 year old stayed 3 nights to escape renovations and the Fringe festival mayhem. The home is set on a large property which I would say is one of the Hills most beautiful. Peaceful surrounds, horses, goats and ducks to greet you in the morning and evening. Tastefully furnished home with high-end finishes in a luxe farm-house feel. Larger than expected, with loads of natural light. A perfectly maintained tennis court which we made good use of. Beds are comfortable, bed and bath linen is good quality, breathable. The home is quiet with the doors closed, flushed with calming natural sounds with the patio doors open. Block out blinds were perfect for our little one's midday nap. The host was kind, warm and accommodating when we barged in early by accident. She gifted eggs from the chooks, cherry tomatoes from the on-site veggie patch and everything you need in the cupboards to get comfortable. We are going back next weekend to escape the last week of the Fringe!

In all my time using AirBnb, Mel & Tim's house is quite easily one of the most stunning properties that we have stayed at. So comfortable, fantastic pool with money can't buy views and sunsets. 3 very comfortable bedrooms with lots of space and comfort for entertaining. The kitchen and amenities are resort worthy. don't look anywhere else, it is simply the best value property to stay at when visiting Adelaide.

We loved our stay at Deb's. This was our first Air BNB experience, and we can't imagine it could get better! The apartment was gorgeous, we were so comfortable and everything we needed was close by. A freshly baked loaf of grain bread awaited us on arrival, along with a full range of cereal, tea and coffee options. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Adelaide. Amazing place to stay with a stunning ocean view. Natalie is a fabulous host and had everything we could possibly need at the property. She even provided some very helpful baby items for us. Would love to come and stay again.

Great place to stay, very convenient for town, plenty of local shops , supermarkets and restaurants. Place was very well presented and with 3 bedrooms perfect for our needs .

Well structured apartment with bedrooms separated. Living area is excellent and kitchen very functional. Location is good with first class pub 50m away, their food is sensational. About 1.5km from the centre of Adelaide, an easy walk but 30mins, or do what we did and use the e-scooters. All up good location and convenient.

LOCATION ++ If you want to be within a stone's throw from the main shopping and eating area, this is the place to be. Balcony overlooks the lovely garden on Hindmarsh Sq. Walking distance to North Terrace to visit the musuem, art gallery, botanic gardens + free tram to Victoria Sq to the Central Market. A bonus... the Adelaide Fringe was on (March) and we enjoyed walking the buzzing Rundle Street to the Garden of Unearthly Delights with music, buskers and food all along the strip.

Loved Linda’s Air BNB. Great location in North Adelaide an easy, short bus ride from the city. Lots of lovely touches such as tea / coffee and essentials you may need for your trip. It was spotlessly clean and rooms well laid out with lots of charging ports ( helpful for us). We particularly enjoyed the location ( close to large park and university) and the cafes on Melbourne street. Linda was welcoming and very proactive & responsive by message . Thank you so much 😊

Apartment was very close to CBD. Perfect location for the price. All kitchen appliances were great. Wifi didn’t seem secure was only downside. Other than that would highly recommend
