My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

My family had a great, week-long stay at Princess's house in Upland. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt totally safe. This house is a great option for visiting the 5cs which are just a short drive away. If you need anything, Princess is very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all and were very happy. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful home for a family visit. Very comfortable, clean and tidy. The kitchen is so nice and the bedrooms are big. We had a great time and we would definitely come back again. Michael is very responsive and helpful.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Upland,California.The bed was very comfortable, and the environment was perfect for work and relaxation.I loved the rocking chair with a cozy blanket for unwinding.Thoughtful touches like spring water for the Keurig, free water bottles, and snacks made it feel special.The house was spotless, tidy, and odor-free,with great lighting,a ceiling fan,and unique decor like a wood slab table.The space felt private and secluded despite faint noise from neighbors.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, nestled in an upscale area at the foothills of the mountains beautiful and relaxing after navigating California traffic.A welcome board with my name added a personal touch.The host, Reed, was extremely responsive and friendly, checking in to ensure my comfort.I even met him one evening he’s laid-back and kind.Though slightly dated with wallpaper, the charm of this property far outweighed it.The value for the money was phenomenal—you won’t find nearby.

Amazing place in Big Bear. Great view of the lake. The home comes as advertised. Our family made some great memories there and we greatly appreciate this home. Bryan was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when messaged. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house was perfect. We did have an unexpected adventure of getting to the house since the road sunk and was unable to be driven on. Steve was quick to inform us and helped figure out a solution for parking so all was good. The house is super cozy with a fireplace on each level. It was very peaceful and quiet which melted the stress away. The location is great too, close to Lake Arrowhead Village for restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again.

This has been one of THE BEST Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Jennifer is an amazing host, it was great to be able to ask a real quick question and get answers that were not only helpful but quick! This place was so roomy and our whole family enjoyed their stay! We were able to sit and eat and be together even with so many of us there. The rooms are split on the 3 floors, two masters upstairs, one on the main floor and the built bed room and the two Jack and Jill rooms down stairs. Most rooms had access to a balcony which was wonderful as well! Enjoying our mornings out on the balcony with our coffee was AMAZING, you can’t beat the view. We loved it so much we were tempted to stay longer! Definitely will be staying here the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead!

We had a perfect getaway. Crestline is a such a cool little town. 20-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead. Plenty of great restaurants and incredible scenery, and this little A-frame is magical.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. This places was great! Came to spend the weekend with the family and everyone was very comfortable. Most places and grocery stores are nearby within minutes. Would recommend staying here when visiting Big Bear. Yuriy is also very responsive if you have any questions.

Walking distance to Snow Summit. Jacuzzi was nice. Would definitely stay here again. Check-in instructions were different than what we're used to so definitely pay attention to them.

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable and safe. My seven sisters and I get together every four months . We loved this home and we shared our great times and beautiful family memories together. It was very welcoming , very spacious and we enjoyed every minute here. We’re looking forward to return next year God willing.

From the first day we got to the home, lexis&zach we really helpful answered all my questions in a timely manner.. the house was nice very clean.. felt like our home away from home. The back yard was a big size the area was quiet lots of stores near by.. would definitely recommend this house..and will look into coming back next time we in the area . This place is good to stay with family and dog. It’s quiet, peaceful and family friendly. The host is good with communication and very responsive. I would recommend this place.
