Great accommodation with well equipped kitchen. Franklin is a good location to explore the area. We went down to the South Cape walk also the Caves and Skywalk. Super helpful host and apartment was well equipped with additional food items for us. Very comfortable.

Our experience at Jana’s place could not have been better. The apartment was well equipped and thoughtfully supplied with amenities throughout. Also, this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed in.

I booked Olivia's place last minute for two of my members of staff. They said it was 'magnificent' and 'the best accommodation we have stayed in'. They were also delighted it was just around the corner from their favourite Indian restaurant. Olivia was such a nice and efficient communicator too. Highly recommend!

We wanted somewhere a bit out of the city, with great views and eating options within walking distance. Felicity’s place ticked all of the boxes. The view was amazing and we just loved the great cafes etc around the place. The beach itself is pristine and perfect for a stroll. Felicity was very quick to respond and we were extremely appreciative of the early check in 😊

Quite possibly the best rental units and location in Kingston Beach. Very well appointed, spacious and only 2 min walk to the beach. 20 mins to the centre of Hobart and 5 mins to the shops/supermarkets of Kingston.

We loved our 3 day stay here: such a lovely place with beautiful views, just minutes away from Central Hobart, the Salamanca Market and nice restaurants. The unit was appointed well, quite with an amazing view and the bed very comfy. Can highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Hobart!

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the townhouse were beautiful. It was an easy commute to Salamanca where we were working each day. Plenty of cafes and places to eat within close proximity. Good sized kitchen and living areas and full laundry which always helps for an extended stay. Bathrooms and kitchen stocked with staples which is always handy. If we had to choose something which wasn't ideal, it would be the main bathroom not having a shower. This meant the ensuites had to be used for everyone needing a shower. Apart from that it was perfect for our stay! We would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed staying here - it was a lovely home, in a peaceful setting, beautiful outlook, and easy to find. The whole house was very clean from the crisp white bed linen, to the very well equipped kitchen, with plenty of bathroom space, and luxurious towels. A well decorated, welcoming and extremely comfortable home away from home, including a vase of fresh flowers. We made the most of the large outdoor uncover area with BBQ & dining table, as well as the fire pit and timber swing.

Great place. We were there for work during the week and unfortunately the internet was too slow to get much done, but Annie tried hard to resolve it. Apparently slow internet is endemic to Kingston. The accommodation was superb - comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, all the amenities.

We were absolutely blown away by Mark's property. The view was exactly like the photos- absolutely breathtaking! Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and high end bbq facilities- perfect for entertaining. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Linen and beds very comfortable. The location felt very private, ample parking and short drive into the CBD or to local shops. It felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed for our family getaway. We look forward to staying again!

our second stay a blackmans bay was as peaceful and restorative as the first. in fact we just kept extending, and would still be there now if i had unlimited funds and other people didn’t want to be there too! as per previous review, the home and the host were both outstanding. steven generously allowed us access to armfuls of apples and cuddles from the chickens. the home itself was so comfortable and comforting, everything we needed and an environment that made us feel like we belonged. the views across the water and hills were breathtaking all times of day and all kinds of weather. cannot recommend this home enough for both short and longer term visits.

So lucky to have been able to stay in this beautiful home overlooking the water. Relaxing mornings in the rocking chairs with our cups of tea enjoying everything the property has to offer. This is a beautiful family home in large landscaped grounds. It is private, quiet and absolutely delightful. The master bedroom is gorgeous and the morning sunrises stunning. Overall, this home would be the very best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, and we have absolutely loved our time here. Just a few minutes walk to the Hill Street grocer, bakery and small shopping complex, and another 10 minutes to stunning Blackmans Bay and restaurants.

a peaceful getaway in a warm family home. loved that it was a stroll away from the white shore but this place had a window view you could stare at all day if you wished to. perfect for a lazy stay, thank you!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!
