Our family had the trip of a lifetime at St. Jean Villa on the island of Kefalonia. We scoured online for many weeks to find the perfect villa for our family and finally decided to book St Jean. We traveled with 2 adults and 4 children and decided to select this villa because of the modern amenities blended with old world charm. The view is absolutely breathtaking and it is a short walk down the street or a separate path to the beach. We frequented the coffee shop and bakery daily and also dined at several of the local restaurants. While we traveled all over the island of Kefalonia to enjoy other locations, we could have stayed content in Lourdata for the full week. It is extremely peaceful (aside from us yelling at our own children) and we felt at home from the day we arrived. Stella, Lora and Lim were all very helpful and extremely responsive when we had questions or minor issues. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and gardens. I would highly recommend St. Jean :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the villa. The view can't be described with words, it needs to be seen. Magical vibe and peaceful environment. The villas are stunning inside and out. Giannis was extremely polite, helpful and responsive to my messages, he met with us in the centre of Lefkada and personally helped us to get to the location of the villa and made sure we got the support and help we needed. He was very helpful in recommending all the good places, restaurants and beaches we could visit. Definitely will visit again and stay for more, can't recommend it enough!

Absolutely amazing stay at Villa Blue! My family spent 2 fantastic weeks at this beautiful property & it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panoramic view across the pool & the most amazing place to enjoy the beautiful sunrise & sunsets The villa itself was immaculate & thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need from kitchen essentials to pool towels, wifi & BBQ. The layout was spacious & comfortable, plus friendly cleaner every few days We all enjoyed the great pool Our hosts were fantastic, incredibly responsive & attentive, always just a message away & helped with local recommendations. Their hospitality was spot on. Meeting us on arrival to direct us to the villa was very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better villa or base to explore Kefalonia. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with incredible views I would highly recommend Villa Blue. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Efi & Makis

This house was perfect for us. In the countryside, very peaceful, a few minutes drive from the village and the beach. We could see the stars at night, we collected figs and tomatoes from the garden, we were surrounded by cute kittens. Maria came to meet us on the first night. she explained that the first time it is a bit tricky, but then it is easy to find the place. And it was just like she said. The beach is 10 minutes drive on a gravelled road, can be done with an opel corsa, no problem. There are cows, sheep, pigs and even peacocks at the neighbours- lots of entertainment for our 3 years old daughter. The olive oil of their own production as well as the wine are delicious (Italian foodies here!) The sunset over the bay is wonderful and breakfast on the terrace a real treat. While we were there the island was hit by a storm so we didn’t get to enjoy the place to its full potential. However, we think that there is all you need to be happy and a bit more.

Consiglio... Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati una settimana (3 figli). Abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi a trovarlo perché la posizione non corrispondeva precisamente all'alloggio però l'host, nonostante fosse l'una di notte, ci ha aiutato a trovare l'abitazione... Casa perfetta in posizione perfetta, al centro di tutta l'isola in zona tranquilla con spazio all'aperto... 5 stelle per L'host... Anche se non era in zona per motivi lavorativi, sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta o esigenza... Consigliato... N.b Grazie per i cetrioli fatti trovare tutte le sere, mia moglie vegetariana ha molto gradito... Grasie

Náš skoro měsíční pobyt zde byl naprosto skvělý. Skvělá hostitelka, krásný dům a zahrada, výborná lokalita pro objevování ostrova. Ještě jednou mnohokrát děkujeme. :)

Nikos’ place was great. The location was very peaceful and picturesque - and, despite its village location, was only a short drive away from all you would need. Nikos’ aunt was incredibly helpful in directing us to the property and showing us where to park - both Nikos and herself were available for any questions and also, checked in via message during our stay. The property itself is great and provided a cosy base for our trip to Kefalonia. We would recommend Nikos’ place and hope to return at some point in the future

Lovely hosts , beautiful house well suited for 8 people - the 5th room is a basement which is not very pleasant to sleep in ( because it has no windows). The pool is lovely , the views are gorgeous. The approach to the village goes through a curved road from argostili . Overall recommend and beautiful , just be aware of the road being functional to Myrtos

We stayed almost a week in this nice and beautiful apartment in Svoronta. Even though the airport ist a 15 minute walk away, we never felt bothered by any kind of airport noise. The location of the House is close to the capital (Argostoli) and a good base to explore the island. The apartment itself ist clean and tidy. The hostess was extrordinary friendly and always happy to help. Her hospitality was remarkable. She told us about the sights worth seeing and where not to go. With her help we had a week full of special experiences. The Garden and perimiter of the aartment are well kept and extensive. The House comes with a friendly and happy dog and sweet and curious cats.

In tanti anni di prenotazioni non credo di aver mai conosciuto un host come Makis, estremamente gentile e disponibile. Appena arrivati non riuscivamo a trovare l’alloggio ed è venuto personalmente a prenderci. La casa è molto bella e dispone davvero di tutte le comodità. A 3 minuti di macchina c’è una piazzetta con una taverna in cui si mangia benissimo spendendo molto poco e una gelateria. Siamo stati davvero bene, ci siamo rigenerati da tutta la quiete intorno a noi. Grazie Makis

I recently stayed at this charming ecological house with three friends, and we had a wonderful time! The beautiful and clean property offers a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in absolute quiet. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants, and helping us with our car problems. For guests who enjoy cooking, I would suggest bringing a sharp knife and reaching out to owners to learn details of the kitchen equipment and be aware that the stove and oven use gas. Keep in mind that the road that leads to the house from the main road is very steep at times with sharp turns and rough surfaces, so it takes a bit of care to drive up, if you are not an experienced driver. In case you want to go on foot, you will need 30 minutes to get down to the village, and a bit more to get back :) Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful stay!

Ianos Maisonette is a hidden airbnb gem! The house is spacious yet cozy, and has everything a family could need. Our kids loved playing on the nearly private beach, which is just a few steps from the door. The view of the sea and mountains is breathtaking, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a few minutes walk you can find the more tourist area, perfect for kids and grownups. We once again enjoyed the easy walk to local tavernas and cafes, and we will definitely be coming back.

Het huisje van Jo is echt geweldig. Heel charmant ingericht, met aandacht voor detail. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De grote tuin met olijfbomen geeft heel veel privacy en luxe. Je komt hier helemaal tot rust. Ik kwam in het donker aan en was alleen, dan is het wel even wennen aan hoe donker het pad ernaartoe is 🙃 maar dat wende snel. Jo is een goede en communicatieve host en ik kom graag terug!

Such a peaceful and beautiful house. Host was very friendly, meeting us in Stavros and showing how to get to the house. Nothing too much trouble, including giving great local tips and pulling out the map of the island and even coming and bringing us some bread when we missed the closing of bakery on Sunday. Lovely days lying under the shady olive tree (much bigger now than pictured) and the bathroom has a had a modern renovation since the photos too. Dinner at Extraterrestrial and Myrtia both must dos (at different ends of the price point). Head to Kioni to hire a boat from George. Thanks again!

We stayed for 10 nights at Portokali Cottage, and had an amazing time! Nicholas was available (via email) to answer any questions that we had, and communication with us before our stay was excellent (including the very detailed directions to the cottage which got us there with no difficulties whatsover). Portokali Cottage was peaceful, charming, comfortable and absolutely spotless, in a stunning location. We were able to watch the beautiful sunset every evening (with a glass of something nice), and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and listening to the bells of the nearby goats, which just added to the overall charm of the place. The cottage was very well appointed with everything we needed, including air-conditioning in the bedrooms which was a godsend in that Greek heat! Nicholas was a super host, and the pride he takes in his cottage shines through. We hired a car for the duration of our stay, and we would highly recommend this in order to make the most of the island :-)

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine avec nos 2 enfants chez Spiraggelos. Le cottage est idéalement situé à proximité immédiate (entre 5 et 10 min) d’Argostoli. Il est accessible facilement après un petit chemin très simple d’accès. Nous avons pu facilement et rapidement explorer le sur de l’île durant cette semaine chez Spiraggelos. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme malgré la proximité d’argostoli. Le jardin est charmant et très accueillant, avec même une douche extérieure pour rincer les affaires de plage. La maison propose tous les équipements et le confort nécessaire pour une famille de 4. Enfin nous avons eu des petites douceurs à notre arrivée dont du raisin délicieux. Spiraggelos est un hôte chaleureux, réactif et très accueillant. Il a tout de suite proposé de nous orienter avec des conseils utiles. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous reviendrons dans le cottage !

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! We were made to feel right at home and the hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality! We loved the tranquility of the place and the surroundings are incredibly picturesque. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent séjour dans le merveilleux cottage de Heike. La maison est immense sur un terrain magnifique, doté de plusieurs terrasses avec du mobilier très confortable. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer au milieu de la nature. Heike est bienveillante et disponible. Tout était prévu pour que les vacanciers soient à l’aise. La maison était très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine avec nos 2 enfants au Auntie Cottage. L'atmosphère est juste incroyable, on se sent comme à la maison. Le cottage est parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté du lieu, le confort de la maison (chambres, équipement cuisine, climatisation, 2 terrasses, douche extérieure...). La maison est plus grande que sur les photos, l'espace est super pour une famille. Sophia est une hôte géniale qui vous donne beaucoup d'informations pour bien visiter la région. Elle est également d'une grande gentillesse et flexibilité pour vous faciliter la vie pendant votre séjour. Une pépite qui rendra votre séjour sur l'île encore plus merveilleux !

Siamo stati incredibilmente bene presso la casa di Marios: la casa era funzionale e pulitissima e molto comoda per visitare buona parte dell'isola. Il giardino poi è qualcosa di fantastico da godere durante tutta la giornata. Marios è stato un host disponibile e sempre attento a chiederci ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Siamo molto felici di aver trovato questo posto per le nostre vacanze a Cefalonia e lo consigliamo a tutti!
