Beautiful modern house and very tastefully decorated. We used the house as a lovely base for exploring the highland and it was perfect for our needs!

Lithos House is a very modern place that is decorated to a very high standard, a beautiful home that we enjoyed very much! This is a very private haven, not overlooked by the neighbours, completely private, we loved staying here and everything you need is literally 5 mins walk away (restaurants, the beach, even a castle on a hill is the back drop to this lovely place!) We give a 5 star rating for this beautiful quiet home, we'd give 10 stars if we could, a fantastic place to stay that was clean and decorated to the highest standard! if we're ever in Nafpaktos again, definitely book this home! We are gonna miss staying here! *****(5 stars!) 😁

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und modern. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch, toll ausgestattet und mit Meerblick nach Süden. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Leider gab es nichts zum Verschatten. Selbst im Oktober war es in der Sonne noch zu heiß. Das Haus hat viele Extras und ist somit topp ausgestattet. Die super Lage hat aber einen Nachteil: um durch die kleinen steilen Straßen zu fahren, muss man schon ein guter Autofahrer sein. Da das Haus sehr groß ist und 2 Schlafzimmer hat, kann man sich dort gut mit 4 Personen einmieten. Ich kann dieses tolle Haus jedem empfehlen!

Υπέροχα όλα …. Θα ξανά πήγαινα εκατό φορές όλα στην εν τέλεια και άψογος ο χώρος πανέμορφος μοντέρνος πεντακάθαρος ζεστά σπίτι με όλα και παραπάνω από όσα χρειάστηκα .χιλια ευχαριστώ για τη φιλοξενία

Viaggio molto con Airbnb e posso dire che a Cefalonia ho trovato il miglior host e la miglior casa fra tutte quelle in cui siamo stati. Kostas e la sua famiglia sono di una disponibilità e gentilezza unica. La casa è bellissima e comoda, noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 più un bimbo di 15 mesi, livello di pulizia ottimo e massima tranquillità. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è molto buona per zona Argostoli e spiagge di sabbia a 15 minuti di macchina massimo, per le altre tipo Myrtos, petani, fiskardo ci si arriva con mezz’ora/ un ora (fiskardo). Tornerei e consiglierei sicuramente gli alloggi di kostas. Grazie per tutto

A truly breathtaking villa in a beautiful location. The sunset is amazing and the views down into the Bay of Patras are spectacular. The villa is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The big swimming pool is surrounded by a large grass area with plenty of shaded areas to cool off or sit down to eat. There is also an outdoor kitchen (with pizza oven / BBQ area / gas cooker). The owners were amazing, very kind and extraordinarily generous, encouraging us to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. The location was great – not just for soaking up the sun but also for days out. We visited ancient Olympia, Delphi and also had dinner in Patras. For a family holiday it was perfect.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa von Ismini!! Es war alles sehr sauber und sehr durchdacht!! Einige kleine Aufmerksamkeiten haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt und verschönert! Die Gastgeberin, Ismini, war jeder Zeit erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!! Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter!!

Place is as described, well equipped and the air conditioning was appreciated in the extreme summer heat. The house was easy to find and was perfect for our group. Location-wise you have a few dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed having the mini market “downstairs” which in fact you cannot see or notice from upstairs because the terrace overhangs.

Η ιδιωτική πισίνα από τα καλύτερα του σπιτιού!! λειτουργικό σπίτι, νεόδμητο με όλες τις ανέσεις!!! πεντακάθαρα όλα τα δωμάτια!!! με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ !! όλα υπέροχα!! ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε... 😉

A beautiful location for a serene wind down. I came to Foteini’s Villa with my husband, mother, father and 2 brothers and we had a wonderful time. The place was clean and had great facilities. We were met by George at the local gas station to direct us to the villa. The villa is beautiful! The view over looking the ocean is perfect and you get the best sunset. A car is definitely advisable as it is remote. We had recommendations from George and Foteini for things to do on the island and supermarkets. We definitely would return to this slice of heaven. Thank you for having us!

The most beautiful place I have every stayed! Location is perfect, nestled away with a lovely view yet easily walkable into the many restaurants of Agia Effimia for dinner. Lounging in the living area with a view of the private pool, or under the shade of the parasol in the sun was the perfect holiday experience. Though we only travelled as a couple, the extra wardrobe space and second bathroom were an ideal luxury for a week's stay. Angela, who greeted us on arrival, was extremely helpful during our stay with restaurant recommendations, and extras like our in-villa massages. Appreciated the daily breakfast which catered well for vegetarians. Agia Effimia is the best location in Kefalonia for exploring the island and Pera Perou is the chicest private accommodation, with the service of a five star hotel.

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. Très belle maison, belle piscine, vue imprenable! Une chambre, mais pour une famille avec 2 enfants c'est bien adapté, le sofa est convertible et l'espace parentale a son intimité. Recevoir c'est un art que les hôtes maitrisent!!! très réactives et très accueillantes. Nous étions en août et avons le droit de se servir des légumes et fruits du potager! Nous avons prolonger notre séjour, l'endroit est un bon point de chute pour visiter l'ile en voiture. Un grand merci pour votre accueil !
