Lovely neat little apartment in a busy area but high enough up to not be too noisy. The lift is a real bonus, and it’s close to everything! Perfect for 2, I wouldn’t want to fit 4. Huge balcony with plenty of shade works beautifully as an extra room. We had lots of problems with the Wi-Fi but the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed fairly quickly, though it did end up very slow. I’d recommend and would stay again.

Wir wurden schon vor dem Anreisetag mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Apostolis hat uns sogar eine zusätzliche kostenlose Übernachtung angeboten, da wir bereits einen Tag vorher mit dem Flugzeug angekommen sind! Über den gesamten Aufenthalt zeigte er sich überaus hilfsbereit und meldete sich täglich, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir Fragen haben. Er stellte uns eine Google Maps Favoriten Liste zur Verfügung, in dem gute Tavernen und Sehenswürdigkeiten verzeichnet waren. Wir haben mehrere Tavernen davon probiert und waren sehr begeistert! Über die Zeit von 3 Wochen brachte uns Apostolis dreimal leckere regionale Gebäckstückchen vorbei. Außerdem dachte er auch daran, uns Wechselbettwäsche und frische Handtücher zu bringen, obwohl eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung war. Das war alles ein wirklich ausgezeichneter Service und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu kommt die traumhafte Lage des Hauses!

notre séjour dans l'appartement s'est très bien déroulé : la vue est superbe, les jumelles à disposition ont été utilisées (super bonne idée) ainsi que la radio pure qui nous a permis d'écouter différentes ondes, mon mari a adoré. Les lieux étaient très propres et l'appartement très bien équipé. Nous avons pu déjeuner et diner sur la terrasse face à la mer. L'appartement est joliment décoré, les restaurants et le port sont à 2 mn à pied. Il faut prévoir de monter quelques marches pour accéder à la location et donc sans doute difficile pour les personnes à mobimité réduite, ce qui n'était pas notre cas. Le quartier est très tranquille et la location dispose de fenêtres bien isolées. Helle répond très rapidement aux demandes. la cuisine est équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner et nous avions également un lave linge ce qui est appréciable.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The villa is just lovely. The pool amazing and great amenities. A lovely welcome fridge and toiletries, there is nothing you could want. Attention to detail is great. They clean the villa every other day, checking first if convenient. I have never spent time in such a clean villa. Also, I had a special request for a shower seat, Domitrios sorted this out for me, with no problems. If we needed any assistance, either Nicky or Domitrios, responded exceptionally quickly. I highly recommend this place for a vacation. It’s great for beaches, eating out and a lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful villa, with kind and dependable hosts. Many thanks

Our stay was absolutely amazing, we had a delayed flight so Giorgos gave us very clear instructions of how to get to the property and how to check ourselves in The villa is in a very peaceful village amongst the mountains and there is a very friendly neighbour next door who kindly offered us his vegetables and invited us to the nearby tavern The villa itself was spotless and matches the pictures exactly, all expected amenities are provided. The kitchen (outside and inside) was equipped with everything you could need There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill that is excellent for everything you might need Giorgos was very responsive with any queries we had and it was no trouble getting hold of him whenever we needed him Would definitely recommend if staying at this property that you get a hire car, as it is in the tops of the mountains and a taxi to the airport was €35 and to the bottom of the hill roughly €10-€20

We were two families with two children and spend a week in Lena’s house. The villa is specious and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. The house is in a remote location so you do need a car for everything, but you are in a less touristy and quiet spot of Crete and you can reach most of the top attractions within an hour drive. It’s about 15min drive to the nearest beach and 45min to Rhetymno town. It’s also easy to go to the mountains.

The place is fantastic, and just like in the photos - a villa in the mountains with a beautiful view, in great condition with plenty of amenities, everything was clean and design was tasteful and spacious. It's just a 15 minute drive to Heraklion or 5 minutes to the closest convenience store, and Theo was incredibly helpful, form navigating us to the area to helping us make dinner reservations to some restaurants, and was always available. Perfect location, perfect service. Miss that place already!
