My friends and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Paul and Nancy's place. Nancy greeted us in person and helpfully explained about the facilities in the house. She also recommended some great local restaurants (do check out Omega 3 if you're in the area!). We were unsure how to use the air con for heating and Paul quickly came by and sorted it for us. Nancy kindly helped us to build a fire in the living room fireplace much to our delight. We felt right at home in their lovely poolside house, thank you both so much. :)

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

Charmante maison au calme et à proximité du petit centre ville et de la plage. La grande terrasse est particulièrement agréable, avec vue mer au loin. J'y ai séjourné 1 semaine, en télétravaillant (excellente connexion internet). Je recommande le logement !

Wenn Urlaub auf dem Peleponnes, dann hier☀️! Nikoletta ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, wir haben uns niemals netter empfangen und aufmerksamer betreut gefühlt als bei unseren Aufenthalt in Tolo bei Nikoletta. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind ebenfalls perfekt, der Blick über den kleinen Ort und die Bucht von Tolo ist atemberaubend und die Wohnung bietet eine perfekte Basis für einen entspannten Aufenthalt, Entdeckungen zu Fuss oder Ausflüge mit dem Auto zu den schönen Stränden in der Nähe oder Touren nach Nafplio und den historischen Orten des Peleponnes. Besonderes hervorzuheben sind auch die bequemen Betten und Schlafzimmer. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder zu Besuch, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

die Unterkunf lag super zentral. in der Küche hängt ein Plan für Restaurants, Bars etc in der Umgebung. um die Ecke liegt der Strand mit lokalen. Wir sind mit dem Zug auch nach Athen, das war auch super einfach. die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr viel Platz, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

We had a wonderful stay in that little, very well renovated apartment. The garden with its view over Athens is unbeatable and the small room upstairs is very charming! The apartment has a lovely and well maintained atmosphere and offers a kitchen and bathroom with everything a family needs. Even binoculars! The bed downstairs maybe is a little small for two adults and the room has no air conditioning, which for october is fine but still a bit warm. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a bed with a very firm mattress. We liked the area a lot, it’s quiet (though a primary school is next door) and we loved to sit on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the little garden! With metro and a little walk you can easily reach it after your adventures down in Athens! Gianni and his lovely mom gave us very warm welcome and showed us everything! Also he was very helpful with any questions we had. We recommend this home away from home and would definitely come back!

Alles perfekt, super Lage, Lena und Mick waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren immer und zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Sie haben sehr liebe und ruhige Tiere ( Hunde Harry und Raffa ) 2 Katzen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war immer sauber und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Das kleine Häuschen war groß genug und man hatte genügend Platz, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind schon 24 Jahre in dieser Ecke zum Urlaub machen, hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

If you are having a hard time trying to figure out where to stay like I was, not knowing the area, you can not go wrong with Steven’s cave! The photos don’t do it justice! Beautiful historic place ( there is even a giant stone block/bench that is from the acropolis right outside the door!) with everything thing you would need and the location really can’t be beat. It is a 5 min walk to the acropolis entrance, and 10-15 to everything else. Cafes and restaurants are within 2 min with some nightlife, cozy restaurants and shops, while being slightly off the beaten path and so peaceful. The Neigbor directly across is a very sweet lady who sells handmade jewelry and a few other things. Steven is very kind, responsive and proactive that you feel at home. It is old Greece mixed with new and I highly recommend you stay here!

The experience was great We wish we could have enjoyed the terraces for as the weather was not for the sitting outside for long periods of time

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

It was really nice to stay at Kosta's! The location is great - close to Psyri and in a walking distance from a lot of things to do. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, except upon arrival and depture. The house was cozy and welcoming and nice snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was very cute. The upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Every days they played a lot of instruments and dragged a lot of furniture. On the weekend it was until very late at night and in the middle of the week until around 11 at night.

We loved staying at Iason’s place — it is a lovely oasis in the hustle and bustle of central Athens. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques from Greece and beyond, and is wrapped by a huge, plant-filled balcony that is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There are also lots of great bars, restaurants and outdoor cinemas near by, and Iason has written an excellent guide to the local area that will also give you sense of the city’s history. He is an especially kind and welcoming host; on arrival we were greeted with delicious pastries and iced tea and any questions we had throughout our one week stay were answered very quickly. If you’re coming to Athens and are tired of the cookie cutter aesthetic of built-for-Airbnb apartments, stay here!

My first time in Athens and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The home was as described and was very well suited to my taste.. perfect minimalist approach with the right balance of modern amenities. Pygmalion is very prompt and had great suggestions. Thank you for the great suggestion of the terrace bar.. it was a perfect 360 end to my vacation.. Had a week stay and was able to work from there.. The location is spot on with easy access to restaurant, cafes and the tourist attraction.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Barbaras Wohnung in Athen, alles war zu Fuß wunderbar erreichbar, von der Dachterrasse aus konnte man die Akropolis sehen, viele gute Restaurants waren in der Nähe. Barbara war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Nachfragen geholfen. Ich würde jedem, der in Athen zu Fuß die Altstadt erleben möchte, die Wohnung empfehlen.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

One of the best Air b and b we have stayed in absolutely stunning immaculately clean and the hostess was one of the nicest people I've met..I highly recommend this Air b and b..

Staying was wonderful. 100% comeback to this apartment, unimaginable impressions.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.
