Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα!! πολύ ευγενικό που υπηρχαν και διάφορα πραγματακια για πρωινό. Ευχαριστούμε για τη διαμονή περάσαμε υπέροχα! ελπίζουμε να σας ξαναδούμε 😊

Siamo stati accolti da Popi in modo molto cordiale. Ci ha colpito la sua disponibilità nel darci tutte le info necessarie. Abbiamo fatto delle richieste estemporanee che sono state immediatamente soddisfatte.

Φοβερο σπιτι για μια μεγαλη οικογενεια ,ουτε στην αθηνα δεν εχω τετοιο σπιτι ,ζεστο ,μεγαλο χωρο εξω να παιξουν τα παιδια.το χωριο ειναι μικρο δεν εχει κατι αλλα ειναι κοντα σε ολες τις γυρω περιοχες.το σπιτι σου παρεχει τα παντα ειναι λες κ σου παρεχει το σπιτι συγγενής σου εγω τουλαχιστον ετσι αισθάνθηκα..

Μείναμε δύο τετραμελής οικογένειες. Δεν μας έλειψε τπτ. Ήταν όλα άψογα. Ιδανικό κατάλυμα πολύ κοντά στο χιονοδρομικό. Ο κ. Δημήτρης ευγενεστατος πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.!

Παρα πολυ καλο σπιτι..... Ιμουν σαν στο σπιτι μου! Μονο που πρεπει να κανει η Βαλεντινη ειναι να αλλαξει στα στροματα και κρεβατια στα καποια απο τα δωματια. Ηταν πολυ παλια.... και δεν μπορεσα να κημηθεις καλα.

Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία.! Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα! Το σπίτι είναι κοντά στην Αριδαία και στα λουτρά Πόζαρ. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση! Φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο οικογένειες με παιδιά! Διαθέτει πολλά παιχνίδια για να απασχοληθούν τα παιδιά και αυλή για έξτρα παιχνίδι στον καθαρό αέρα. Έχει οτι μπορεί να χρειαστείς! Αισθάνεσαι σαν το σπίτι σου! Η επικοινωνία με τη Σμαρώ άψογη!

Το σπίτι είναι τεράστιο, με όλες τις ανέσεις και πεντακάθαρο! Ο Νίκος, ο γιος της κας Χαρίκλειας, είναι πολύ φιλόξενος, φιλικός και είχε φροντίσει να μη μας λείψει τίποτα! Πολύ σημαντικό το ότι δέχονται κατοικίδια κι είναι κι οι ίδιοι πολύ φιλόζωοι! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα ένα μεγάλο αγρόκτημα, όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις τη φύση και την ησυχία, ενώ είναι μόλις δέκα λεπτά απ την Καστοριά. Εννοείται πως θα ξανά μείνουμε στο σπίτι του Νίκου όταν επισκεφτούμε πάλι στην περιοχή!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The balcony is amazing, we grilled and enjoyed the astonishing view and stargazed with the telescope. I can only recommend it a 100%, great communication, great apartment, nice location. We will definitely return next time!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Aridaia. The place was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The private car park was a real blessing for us since we had a car. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful, always staying in touch to ensure we were doing well and offering assistance if needed. The apartment is within walking distance to the town center, and it's just a short drive to the Pozar Mineral Baths. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

My girlfriend and I, and our little dog spent some amazing time at Frank's house. Frank and Nathalie's place is located in a quiet, picturesque village, typical of modern Greece, away from all the noise and mess of mass tourism and yet very close, due to the highway, to all the touristic landmarks of the region (Olympus, Katerini and Platamonas plazas, Dion, even Thessaloniki etc.). It's terrace and garden are more than spacious and you have an extraordinary view of the sea and greek landscape. The interior is cozy and comfortable, well equiped with brand new furniture and all, perfectly cleaned as we found it. But the biggest asset of the house is its hosts and Iggy! Frank, Nathalie and the kindest and friendliest dog in the world are always there to help you, cheer you up, start interesting conversations. We highly recommend this place for both summer and winter - perfect for relaxation and creative reflections!

Φετος ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και τις δύο φορές καθώς ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ήσυχο και σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Η μόνη αρνητική παρατήρηση μας και τις δύο φορες είναι ότι κατά την άφιξη το σπίτι ήταν πάρα πολύ κρύο και έκανε αρκετες ωρες να πιάσει μια καλή θερμοκρασία. Οι κεντρικοί χώροι ζεσταίνονται με air-condition και τζάκι τα οποία κάνουν πολύ καλή δουλειά μετά από κάποια ώρα, ωστόσο τα υπνοδωμάτια και το μπάνιο παραμένουν σχετικά κρυα.

Υπέροχο σπίτι, πεντακάθαρο, με μεγάλους χώρους, αυλή για τα παιδιά και τον σκύλο 😊η κουζίνα ήταν φουλ με ηλεκτρικά είδη και σκεύη, δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Όλοι οι χώροι πολύ όμορφα διαμορφωμένοι και πολύ καθαροί 😊η οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας απαντήσει 😊το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένεια καθώς έχει και παιδική χαρά δίπλα στο σπίτι 😊επίσης έχει φούρνο με χειροποίητα προϊόντα και ολόφρεσκα, καφετέρια και μπουγάτσα 😊πολύ όμορφο χωριό και όλα είναι κοντά στο σπίτι ❤️

Επισκεφθήκαμετο σπίτι 21/12 έως 26/12. Μας υποδέχθηκε φιλικά ο πατέρας του κυρίου Δημήτρη.Το σπίτι το βρήκαμε καθαρό, περιποιημένο, ζεστό και όπως το είχαμε δει στις φωτογραφίες! Η θέα του είναι καταπληκτική, το δε ενεργειακό τζάκι του, το δυνατό του σημείο!! Παρόλο που είχε μηδενικές θερμοκρασίες, το σπίτι με το τζάκι και τα καλοριφέρ ήταν πολύ ζεστό!! Ακόμα και η απόστασή του (περίπου 15')από Καστοριά είναι οκ, γιατί ξεκινούσαμε μετά το πρωινό και επιστρέφαμε αργά το απόγευμα! Είχαμε την τύχη να έχει καθαρά χειμωνιάτικο καιρό ( χωρίς προβλήματα) με ομίχλη, ψιλόβροχο, ακόμα και χιόνι και το τοπίο ήταν φοβερό!!! Γενικά περάσαμε υπέροχα και ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον κύριο Δημήτρη για την φιλοξενία!!!!

incredible place! the house is beautiful inside and out - much better then the pictures on the site, actually. Miroslav - is a phenomenon - I've been in over 100 airbnb's in my life, and never have I encountered such a host: 1. He came to pick us from Florina in Greece, 45 minutes after we called and said that we can't enter to Macedonia with our car. 2. He drove us to the market, to hike in the mountain, to town to pick up a car He is warm, kind, carrying and interesting to talk to Airbnb - give this guy a medal !

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children. It was a perfect house for families. The basketball court, table tennis, swing set and puzzles/games kept the children occupied. They have a beautiful yard with a fig tree and other types of fruit trees. The village lost power for an entire day, but the hosts felt so bad, they brought us a watermelon, which was very nice of them. I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had a wonderful week in the quaint little village, with busy towns only 15 minutes away. Not to mention a quick 30 minute drive to Olympus Mountain National park. Great location and beautiful house with all of the amenities you will need.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious, offering great comfort throughout my visit. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Our stay was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the home and its peaceful surroundings. A dream come true for our family of 10. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, allowing us to indulge in nighttime swims under the stars before heading to the spacious sauna that comfortably fit all of us! Every corner of the house was immaculate, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for delicious meals together. Each room was beautifully appointed, with exquisite attention to detail, and they provided an abundance of fresh, fluffy towels.The thoughtful provisions of essentials like coffee, sugar, kitchen supplies, and toiletries—those small gestures made us feel right at home. Mrs. Petroula was an absolute treasure! Her warmth & hospitality made us feel like we were part of the local community. She guided us to hidden gems in the area, and we even went dancing with the villagers! Staying in this luxurious home was an unforgettable experience!

Η κυρία Ήρα μας έκανε να νιώσουμε αμέσως σαν το σπίτι μας. Μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και προθυμία να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο και ακριβώς όπως το βρήκαμε στην περιγραφή. Η παραμονή μας στους Γεωργιανούς ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας, κυρίως λόγο της καταπληκτικής οικοδέσποινας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε παρέες και οικογένειες που θέλουν να περάσουν μαγευτικά λίγες μέρες μακριά από την πόλη.
