The place is very nice. It is a house, not an apartment, which is always what we're looking for, but seldom get. Very spacious, probably bigger than expected. In a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. 10 minutes from Old Town, and the North/South Cyprus border. Christina was one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever experienced. She had great local recommendations, and knew we had younh children so she kept up constant communication about events happening and places to take them. Her mom lives nearby and brought us pasteries and flowers. Just a wonderful experience.

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

I stayed in this place under exceptionally cold weather conditions, so I could not make use of the outside spaces, which looked really nice too. The apartment is spotless clean and has plenty of kitchen equipment. Location: it is close to one of the arteries going into the city which is really convenient if you rely on public transport (bus 41).

Konum olarak gayet güzel bir noktadaydı. Evin tüm bölümleri tertemizdi. Şehir merkezine ve kafelere yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen bitişiğinde ufak bir marketten tüm alışverişinizi yapabiliyorsunuz. Gülcan hanım çok nazik ve tatlı bir hanımefendi. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Ev tamamen anlatıldığı ve resimlerde gösterilen gibiydi her şey çok düzenliydi. Evin konumu eski sehri yürüyerek gezebilmek için çok uygundu. Zeki bey sağolsun ne sorsak anında dönüş yaptı tatilimizi kolaylaştıracak birçok tavsiyelerde bulundu..nokta atışı konumlar paylaşarak vaktimizi verimli kullandık sayesinde..Eşyalar temiz ev çok kullanışlı.. yenilenmiş zevkle döşenmiş… yine gelsek yine kendisini tercih ederiz.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Melina was an excellent hostess, she solved all our doubts and needs very quickly. We have been staying there for two months. And it has been an excellent stay in this wonderful city of Nicosia. We would recommend this apartment without any doubt.

wir hatten eine super zeit als gruppe von 10 personen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. absolute Empfehlung. Die gegend gibt nich viel her aber in Zypern ist man ohne Auto ohnehin aufgeschmissen also unter dem gesichtspunkt ist die Innenstadt 10min mim auto entfernt.
