It's a 2BHK villa close to candolim beach. Place is neat, clean, well kept, and the kitchen is well equipped with the utensils. They have a washing machine also. Beach is walking distance and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Host, Praveen and the caretaker, Krishna, both were responsive. Recommended to stay.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. I had a pleasant stay at Sneha Ditesh's place which is very close to the beach. The place was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the hospitable hosts and caretaker Vitesh. Its convenient location made beach trips easy. Highly recommend for their warm hospitality and great accommodation!

Very central location and very nice, responsive hosts. You have wifi, two rooms with airconditions and a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. You have everything you need in the neighborhood, including eateries and groceries. what more can you desire. I would recommend though to rent a scooter for a smoother transportation to the city and neighbourhoods. It would make your life easier. You have even a parking space in the house for the motorcycle. The house is good for renting for the longer stays.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

Renu’s place was very nice! Quaint house nestled deep in South Goa in Talpona. So peaceful, and the beach is right at the door, within 5 minutes of walking. There’s a Zest Cafe, and a couple of restaurants only nearby, but Zest is too good! You’ll not want to leave. Finding basic stuff is easy. Go there if you want a peaceful get away

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

The apartment is very well maintained and is very comfortable . Location is also great as it is right next to beach. Its a cozy and comfortable space and has all basic amenities .

We recently stayed at Senta Terra in Nerul, Goa, for four days as a group of three couples with two infants, and our experience was truly wonderful. The property is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The villas are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. The lush green surroundings and serene atmosphere made it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location is another highlight—situated in Nerul, it is close to Candolim and SinQ Beach, yet tucked away enough to provide peace and privacy. The private pool was a favorite among us, and the property had ample space for the little ones to move around safely.

Overall an amazing experience. I have traveled to Goa for the third time. This is the beat airbnb. Nice host very responsive and helpful. Villa had all the cutlery available and it was clean like in pics. Pool was clean too.

Great place to stay very peaceful and hospitality was next level

It was great staying there. The owner, Simon was actively there for us whenever we needed any help. The place is great for staying in Goa.

Great place, had everything thats mentioned and looks just like the photos. We stayed for more than a week. Its between Palolem and Patnem beach and next to a very nice restaurant called cafe Kashish. You will Probably need to rent a scooter as its not so close to both the beaches unless walking a kilometer is not an issue for you. Many options available around for renting vehicles too. Grocery store and wine store is at a walking distance. Property has a swimming pool and ample parking. A security guard was always there on premise during our stay. Places like Kala Bahia, Casa Jali, Canteen Indene, Le petit, Pahadi roots, Art resort will have some sort of event going on all week to keep things interesting. Host Anshul replied to all our queries quickly, Sudheer the caretaker also helped whenever we needed anything. All in all it a was plesent stay without any complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Anthony’s place in Goa! The location is perfect-- close to all major beaches and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and homely vibe. We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

A great place near zalor beach(carmona). sreya has kept the place near and clean with all possible amenities provided. hallmark of the place is it is within walking distance of the zalor beach. Only issue we faced was the place is a little inside and there are trash cans or dumping site for trash before you get to the place. Otherwise the interiors and the aesthetics of the place were beautiful.
