Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍

Stayed with my family for a day. Place looked exactly like it's shown in pictures, clean bathrooms, stable water supply, functional kitchen and even additional mattresses, so overall great stay for 4-5 people. The care taker Pintu was also very helpful and proactive. Recommended!

We stayed at this villa for 3 days and had a wonderfully comfortable experience. The villa has a great vibe and comes equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Highlights: a. Spacious and well maintained property b. Lush garden and ample hangout spaces (pool, common area, dining area) c. Private swimming pool d. Dedicated parking & security guard I visited with my parents and they absolutely loved the place ! A special shoutout to Aarushi, a super host who ensured a seamless stay. From smooth check-in to managing our 4 am checkout effortlessly, she was always available to assist and checked in on our needs. If you are looking for a cozy, tranquil and rejuvenating getaway, this villa is an excellent choice !

it was one of the best bnbs i have been to. sunaina is exceptionally friendly and understanding. i recommend the stay and interacting with her. it's been a very smooth one week and i would do it all over again. i have no questions about which bnb to book for goa the nect time :)

I had a wonderful stay at Titu's place for my solo workation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect environment to work and relax. The functional kitchen was a great convenience, and the house help was polite and helpful. Titu was an exceptional host, always responsive and accommodating whenever I needed anything. Plus, having easy access to delivery services made my stay even more convenient. It was a fantastic experience overall, and I will definitely be rebooking for my next

Indrajit’s place is what it is described in the listing. I stayed here along with my spouse and infant. Clean and tidy with all the amenities mentioned. Great pool which is frequently checked for ph and cleanliness. Very responsive and helpful host as well as care taker. We stayed here for 3 days and it was great. The location is also great as it is just walkable distance from the beaches as well as great restaurants like Vishal’s Goan food, Fisherman’s clove, etc. Overall it was a 5/5 experience.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

The venue was absolutely well maintained and beautiful. They were responsive whenever we needed any sort of assistance. The place itself is so pretty and photo worthy!! Do hit the pool after sunset. They were also kind enough to accommodate our special needs and requests!! My friends loved the place just as much as I did and we'll surely stay with TheBlueKite on our next Goa visit!

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

It was a nice and comfortable stay. The location was good and the hosts are very helpful. Would love to stay again :)
