We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

We had a great stay here. Initially, the room we booked had a non-functional AC due to damage caused by a previous guest. However, the host proactively informed us about this before our arrival and immediately provided us with a better room. This reflects the host's excellent proactiveness and commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay.

Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

Our stay at this place in Goa was absolutely amazing! It was extremely cozy, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm and inviting vibe, making it a perfect getaway. Shakeel was very helpful and ensured we had a smooth experience. I had such a nice and relaxing stay at this place, the highlight being the hosts who were so warm and welcoming and the house and the kitchen were pre stocked with all the stuff we might need for our stay. I was visiting Goa for the first time, and now I’m going to stay here every time I am in now.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Exceptional property. Had a great time with my family including a toddler. Fully and mindfully furnished house. Pool was clean and sufficiently large. Raj, the caretaker, was available 24x7 near the property for any help required. Will definitely visit again.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

This is an excellent airbnb in a gated community very close to calangute beach nd market. The house was clean and very comfortable. We especially liked the outdoor sitting area. The helper and cook staff including Mansingh wrre also excellent and prepared very tasty breakfast everyday. Even the hosts were very proactive calling to make sure everything is alright. You can’t go wrong with this one.

I had a pleasant stay at Ritu’s terrace view studio apartment. This place is right behind Southern Deck & has easy access to Benaulim beach. This is my second time at Costas Montage & first time at Ritu’s place. Highly recommend this to even solo female travellers. Great community, well maintained & amazing surroundings too.

It was nice stay at the property...very clean...host was very nice, patient and responsive... place was very quiet and very near to verca beach... highly recommended for family stay and stay with friends!

This BnB was the best place other than my own that I have ever stayed at. First of all, the apartment complex is really large with good amenities like Security. The Flat was bigger than what was shown in the photos with a really homely vibe. As we explored, we kept getting impressed with the amenities provided. It had all the basic and advanced things to run a household. The kitchen is fully functional with almost everything required to cook. The beds were really comfortable and felt like a warm hug after a long day of tiresome activities. The bathrooms were also clean. There is a TV that you can stream movies on. Overall, the BnB just kept getting better and better as we explored it. The Place with the cushions by the window was my favourite out of the entire flat. We only stayed for one night, and we were very sad that we couldn’t stay for more time. It is a truly 5/5 in my opinion.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
