A 30min drive to Disney and a great amount of space for family for all of us to stay. Wonderful AIRBNB

I really love the quiet area, lots of things instead area to do. The host was always when we had questions. Really enjoyed this weekend!

To find a home with four bedrooms, three full baths, two living areas and a gorgeous backyard at this price was beyond our expectations for myself and my four adult siblings. We had the perfect space for our quick reunion!

Wilson is a very responsive host. replied back right away when we had issues and worked to resolve them. would highly recommend

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

Beautiful home , with beautiful views . Hot tub is huge and feels amazing . We saw that the owners are creating a gazebo add on room outside , it wasn’t finished during our stay but looks like it’s gonna be so nice . Wonderful place

Liza’s house was perfect! We enjoyed the location and the pool was great for our kids. Liza helped us with an early check in and was generous with the pool on those random cold LA days. The outdoor space is beautiful. We cooked our meals outside, poolside and enjoyed hearing the coyotes and stargazing in the evening. We can’t wait to return.

The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The outdoor space in the back of the house around the pool provides a sense of seclusion as well...and the pool is quite a bonus (though a $200 fee for turning on the heat and an extra $100 per day for keeping it on is a little bit steep). The Maimon Group is also extremely responsive to needs. I'd gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby's house! The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as described. Bobby was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had promptly. It was clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend staying here – we’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. The hosts were kind and allowed us to check in a little early. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying at this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

We had a great weekend at Greg and Maylen's home. The layout of the home and casitas meant that even though we had a big group with lots of noisy children, there were still places that you could get away and nap or be peaceful. The interior of the home was very clean and matched the photos. The kitchen lacked some amenities (we couldn't find a cutting board) but Maylen went out of her way to send us one within a few hours of us asking her about it. The hosts were great and super responsive. The outside / pool area was a little bit dirty/dusty (probably from recent fires) and there were parts of the fence that were broken. The home is also right next to the freeway (and close to the airport) and so there is a lot of traffic noise when you are outside. We didn't mind this, but I could see this being less-than-ideal if you are looking for a very peaceful poolside experience. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back again.

Four poets in LA for a literary conference--Ben & Alexis' home could not have been a poetic and gorgeous retreat from the hubbub of the conference. The home is a work of art. Extraordinary. And there is everything that you can imagine needing to make for a comfortable and easy stay. So beautiful and practical. And just 12 minutes from the convention center, but once inside, a million miles away. 🩷

this place is a really great stay! The neighborhood is super safe plenty of space. It’s quiet. The hot tub is a nice addition and it heats up super fast! Super clear instructions as well. The host sent a very detailed video. we had a small issue with the pool and hot tub, and the host was incredibly fast getting back to us - 5 stars we would stay here again

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Great spot for my family to stay when they came into town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is better than pictured. A bonus, we barely experienced any bugs outside. We spent a lot of time outside since it was so nice. Host were very friendly. Great location.

This is a beautiful space. It’s very nicely furnished and is as relaxing as the photos suggest. It’s also walking distance to many good places to eat. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Monika was an absolute joy to have as a host. The house was beautiful and clean. The communication stood out the most to me, she’s right on top of responding. Helped all of us with any questions we had within minutes. The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host Monika.
