Arrived home yesterday, stayed for 9 days, the apartment was so comfortable with amazing views!!! The rooftop pool was lovely and the pool area was lovely and so peaceful. You are situated in a lovely place and so close to all the restaurants, bus stop and all required amenities. Stephane was very friendly and helpful and can’t wait to return!

Estuvimos muy bien. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Una zona muy tranquila ya que es lo que buscábamos. Juan estuvo muy atento con nosotros, es muy amable. Nos indicó cómo llegar a la vivienda y nos informo de todo. Repetiremos seguro

El apartamento está fenomenal, tal como se describe y se ve en las fotos. Además, tanto el sofá como las camas son muy cómodos. La anfitriona es muy amable y responde rápido a los mensajes para resolver cualquier duda o problema. En la nevera había agua, refrescos y Zumos como detalle de bienvenida. La persona de contacto muy amable también y nos explicó todo lo de la casa y la zona muy bien. Aparcamiento privado dentro de la urbanización y acceso directo privado a la playa.

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica, la casa está súper bien y desde el primer momento te sientes como en casa, con todo muy limpio y tal y como se describe, tanto el proceso de llegada como el de salida es genial, y Laura ha estado siempre muy pendiente de nosotros, respondiendo muy rápido y de una manera muy cercana. Lo recomiendo 100%

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

The house was amazing and so comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially relaxing on the roof top terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises. It’s a perfect location with so much to do. A car helped us explore further beyond beautiful Mojacar. Romaine is a perfect host and we were grateful for the whole experience, enhanced by Romaines support, evident right from the point of booking our holiday. It’s all perfect and the house is so tastefully put together, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We will return without a doubt! Super verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook heel netjes en schoon en super vriendelijke host. Zeker een aanrader!

The location is wonderfully peaceful, with lovely views from the large terrace. Two small beaches within a few minutes walk, and if you follow the path west (away from Bolnuevo) there's lots of beautiful coves and beaches. Easy access to some splendid mountain walks also, but you will need to be sure-footed as some of these are very steep. Bolnuevo is within easy walking distance, the local (well-stocked) supermarket is around 25 minutes. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped, and comfortable. The kitchen had all I needed for cooking. The terrace is huge, although the access to the apartment next door is via this terrace (it wasn't a problem for me). There is a direct bus from Bolnuevo to Cartagena.

Ich war zu Gast bei Carmen. Über die Winterzeit super liebevolle Frau, Apartment super alles was man braucht. Keine 300 Meter bis zum Strand. Restaurant in der Nähe 50 Meter. Eine bushalte ist auch nahe. Falls nötig ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem. gerne wieder.

What a fantastic stay we have just had made all the better by wonderful host Alvaro. Clear and easy booking process and check in. Accurate description and a great guide pack. It was very quiet as we went out of season but I highly recommend this place in winter. Beautiful sunshine, empty beaches and a warm and comfy apartment. We really hope to come back next January for another four week stay.

This was our second stay, we had stayed here the previous winter and we will be returning in a couple of weeks time! It is a comfortable apartment for two people with a great roof terrace.

Aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Mietwagen kam ich erst deutlich verspätet an. Dennoch wurde ich freundlich empfangen. Die von Adrian vorab zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen haben alles sehr gut beschrieben, sodaß ich mich einfach zurechtfinden konnte. Obwohl ich aufgrund der Jahreszeit fast alleine in der Anlage war, habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte selbst im November die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen!

Ha sido una estancia estupenda ! nos gustó que fuera todo planta baja y la piscina de la urbanización a dos pasos, (literalmente) abrir la verja que separaba la terraza del apartamento y estar ya en la piscina. La terracita para desayunar por las mañana, estupenda tb Todo cómodo, con aire acondicionado que bien lo agradecimos, en fin, que volvería a repetir.

Esperanza se ha mostrado en todo momento muy atenta con nosotros, incluso siendo muy flexible a la hora de salida el último día.

Really great apartment. Everything was as described. During our stay the outdoor pool was closed, but we chose this accommodation because there was an indoor pool as well. It was very nice, but we didn't use it as preferred to drive to the beach and swim in the sea. Apart from the Mercadona and a small cafe/bar, (which was only open until 16.00), there wasn't much within sensible walking distance. We had our car which was great, but wonder how different our stay would have been without it.

Abbiamo soggiorna durante giornate molto calde e ventose. Abbiamo goduto dei ventilatori super moderni senza neanche accendere il clima, che comunque è efficiente e proporzionato alle dimensioni dell'appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato avere 2 bagni e la smart tv. Letti confortevoli. Abbiamo mangiato sul balcone al tramonto. Molto bello. Ed infine abbiamo goduto la piscina quando il mare era mosso. Infine siamo andati a Monsul in poco più di un ora. Posto particolarissimo, ne è valsa la pena. Siamo stati proprio bene!

perfect place for a winter sun get away sun on patio from 10.00am untill sun set in the west over the buildings. very peaceful setting, great view of pool, comfy matttess as I do suffer with a bad back if its a bad mattress, loads of hot running water and a great hot shower lovely area shop's, bars, beach all walkable, felt safe as its a gated property. loved every minute of my 33 night stay, weather was great to for late January 2025 and February. Kitchen well stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery kitchen gadgets. Nicholas as a superb host and responds back if you messsge him about any queries or problems. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I will definitely be going back again to get away from the British winters.

Desde la reserva hasta la salida, Christelle ha sido una anfitriona magnífica. Atenta, y flexible a la entrada y salida, lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco que la piscina de la Urbanización es muy grande , con muy pocos usuarios (ultima semana de agosto), y estaba abierta de 10.00 a 23.00, y no cierra a medio día. . Y aunque hay que ir en coche a la playa, se tarda 5 minutos y sin problemas de aparcamiento.

Our second stay at stephen’s and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Lovely clean and very well equipped apartment with everything you need for your stay. Situated in a great spot on Condado close to all amenities. Stephen is a fantastic host, great communication to make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.
