Kerstins Haus befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Tal nahe an der Saalach und ist von den schönsten Bergen umgeben. Zum Fluss sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Insbesondere Kinder können dort hervorragend spielen und z. B. Dämme aus Steinen bauen, Steine über das Wasser springen lassen und Steintürme bauen. (stone-balancing) In der nahen Umgebung sind die besten Skigebiete der Welt. Fieberbrunn mit Anschluss an den Skizirkus Saalbach Hinterglemm - Leogang ist ca. 35 Minuten entfernt. Zell am See ist auch sehr gut erreichbar. Zum Familienskigebiet Almenwelt Lofer sind es mit dem Auto nur 4 Minuten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der schöne Kachelofen sorgt für eine behagliche Wärme. Insgesamt fehlt es an nichts. Das Haus ist freistehend und hat einen großen, gepflegten Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Garage durften wir ebenfalls benutzen. Kerstin ist äußerst freundlich und immer erreichbar. Klare 10 von 10! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Einfach wunderschön! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausgezogen. Die Gegend ist ein Traum, alles wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen, man ist super schnell am See und das Haus ist auch wunderschön. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch für unsere Kinder wurde alles bereit gestellt, Wickelunterlage, Hochstuhl… Alles war da. Unser Hund war auch willkommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn es ist nicht einfach mit Hund schöne Unterkünfte zu finden. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Terasse ist riesig und die Sauna ist auch ganz toll! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder! Danke für alles!

Besonders gut hat mir die sehr gepflegte Vintage- Ausstattung und Einrichtung gefallen! Es kam einer Zeitreise ein paar Jahrzehnte in die Vergangenheit sehr nahe. Ein Erlebnis für die Kinder und nostalgische Momente für uns! Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat mögliche Unklarheiten vorweg ausgeräumt! Vielen Dank!

Everything was perfect the house is very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Roman was very kind throughout all our stay and before.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Arno in St. Johann! Check-in und Kommunikation waren total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie geschrieben. Arno hat uns gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Jacqueline hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das AirBnb befindet sich im Grünen, mit viel Privatsphäre und Gemütlichkeit zum runterkommen und entspannen. Und auch der Weg nach Salzburg ist nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Thanks to Michael‘s clear instructions, the apartment was easy to find and get in. Its location across from the dome and with a view on the dome as well as the castle is perfect: you open the door and are in the heart of Salzburg! Since my husband and I love to cook, we found the limited set of cooking tools a bit challenging. However, this won’t be an issue if dining out is more your style! Also, the kitchen was rather small, and a few tools where not cleaned thoroughly. Still, the kitchen offered all the basics we needed. The possibility to leave luggage on the premises after check-out comes in handy for sightseeing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and recommend Michael‘s Apartment as it it offers great value for the price.

Herrlicher, gemütlicher Balkon und schöne Umgebung. Wanderwege fußläufig erreichbar. Mondsee über eine größere Straße gut zu Fuß erreichbar mit Badestelle und gutem Restaurant. Attersee ( Unterach) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie super mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Besonders praktisch waren die Fahrräder, die zur Verfügung standen.

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Silvia ist eine charmante Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachtenm Apfelgelee, Äpfeln und Birnen aus dem wunderschönen Garten verwöhnt. Der Blick vom Frühstücksbalkon ist sehr entspannend und man wird mit Sonne verwöhnt.

Belinda war sehr nett und freundlich. Der Check-In wie Check-Out völlig unkompliziert, wir haben sogar eher eingecheckt als eigentlich vereinbart. Tolle Tipps für Vor Ort Unternehmungen, auf die man sonst nicht gekommen wäre. Wohnung auch so wie beschrieben. Man hat alles war man braucht.

This apartment is beautiful and even nicer than the pictures! The view out the window in the main room is like a painting! It was well stocked and very comfortable and spacious for our family. Very easy to walk to all the popular sights but in a quiet, gorgeous neighborhood. Wonderful place to stay!

感谢Bea将自己的公寓分享给我们。我们按照Bea提供的信息精准抵达住处，门前有私人停车位，Bea热情的接待了我们并提供了很多旅游建议和信息。第二天我没有开车，在住处步行3分钟左右，有一个公交车站直达萨尔茨堡市区，非常方便。公寓干净整洁，设施齐全，周边开车5分钟有购物超市和奥特莱斯购物中心。本次旅行非常满意的住处。谢谢Bea！

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Die Unterkunft war ruhig, groß, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit viel Sonne! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viele schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Chiemsee, Berge, ..) unternommen. Wir würden gern nochmal wieder kommen.

Apartamento super, bem equipado, novo, moderno e limpo! Muito bem localizado perto de tudo que possa ser necessário. A 10 minutos a pé da estação de trem que oferece conexões para todos os lugares. Recomendo para curta e longa estadia com a família! Anfitrião top e muito proativo e gentil.

Zeker weten één van de beste/mooiste appartementen die we via Airbnb geboekt hebben. Het appartement (en uitzicht) is nog mooier dan op de foto's. In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig kunt hebben, er stonden zelfs wat producten klaar als welkom. Het dorp zelf is in winterslaap. Echter is er in de omgeving genoeg te doen (wellness, wandelingen, skiën, sneeuwschoenhike). Als we dan kritisch zijn en op zoek zijn naar een verbeterpunt, dan zou dat het bed zijn (aan de kleine kant en wat hard). Verder absoluut een top appartement! Zeker een aanrader.

Vou começar simples e objetivo: foi a melhor acomodação que já ficamos pelo Airbnb. Tudo impecável, espaçoso, equipado, bem localizado, tranquilo, aconchegante… poderíamos achar diversos adjetivos para descrever, mas podemos resumir à excelente. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade com a lareira, pois não temos o hábito de utilizar em nosso país, e acabei queimando o dedo (hahaha), mas a casa conta com dois outros aquecedores. O banho era ótimo, a cozinha muito bem equipada, e a cama muito confortável. Dormimos muito bem e nos sentimos em casa. Com certeza será nossa primeira opção quando voltarmos para Mondsee!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage und toller Umgebung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
