My husband and I stayed at John and Carmen's for 4 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. Their home is at the end of a quiet block with a view of the desert. The space is welcoming and appointed with all the luxuries of home: k cups, drinking water, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a cooler, and even a step stool. There are extra towels and blankets available, and plenty of places to sit and relax. John and Carmen are friendly and helpful, and responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Valerie was a wonderful host! Very friendly, responsive and accommodating! Really enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again sometime in the future!

This was a last minute, unexpected stay, and it was amazing!!! There is so much natural beauty in this area, the local townspeople were very friendly and we immediately felt right at home! Our accommodations were wonderful and we felt confortable right away! Vinny was even able to tell us where to take our recyclables! Will definitely be back!

This was one of my all-time favorite Airbnb that I have stayed at. Mimi is so friendly and helpful and I loved the cottage. It was cute, comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If it had been warmer, the outdoor shower would have been great to try out (the indoor one is great, too!). The bed was super comfortable. Mimi even left us out a homemade treat and some other breakfast goodies. I would give this place 100 stars if I could! And Ajo was a fun surprise of a town. There are lots of cute homes and buildings in the small town. Try out Fat Cactus of your hungry...the pizza is delicious and the mugs extra frosty!

Cool spacious home in the middle of the desert. Well stocked kitchen. TV was great for a movie. Porch is very relaxing. Love the ceiling mounted shower head.

Absolutely LOVED my stay! I felt welcomed and at home. Bed was comfy, squeaky clean cabin, eclectic decor-so charming!, everything I needed and more. The outside patio area was quiet and beautiful. Then the little extras like water in fridge, sparkling water, too, coffee and fixings and homemade delicious muffins! Hosts went over and above to make me feel welcomed and we spent one night around the fire pit just chatting. They were a great resource about the town and activities to enjoy. Super friendly and just so kind. The artist cabin was perfect! I’ll definitely be back and stay longer next time. The town was small town special and everyone so welcoming and friendly. The small town artist market in the square on Saturday morning was such a bonus.I enjoyed the variety of shops and the restaurant meals were delicious and well priced. I went to Ajo to hike Organ Pipe National Monument, but found so much more to do and had a wonderful time thanks to this lovely place I stayed in.

Valerie's casita is basic but fulfilled our needs. We loved the sitting area outside of the front door. It was very peaceful and quiet. There was plenty of space for parking our car. Valerie is a delightful, friendly, artistic host (hostess?). She supplied homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies throughout our stay. We really loved staying in Ajo and appreciated the location of Valerie's casita with so much space around it and near all of the historic mine buildings.
