Es hat uns sehr gut in der Unterkunft gefallen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Alles ist gut beschrieben und erklärt, sodass während des Aufenthalts keine ungeklärten Fragen aufkommen können. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen, mit Blick auf das Wasser auf der oberen von drei Etagen. Man kann zu Fuß einkaufen oder mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt fahren. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ihnen wichtig den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und das merkt man auch. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Mary was a warm and gracious host. She communicated quickly to all our queries. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Quiet ,clean, well supplied, and with a beautiful waterfront view. I would love to visit again and highly recommend Mary's place to anyone.

Sehr charmante Wohnung in kurzer Gehdistanz zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Cheryl war äusserst schnell und sehr freundlich. Es war uns sehr wohl.

I will definitely consider staying here again in the future and highly recommend it for a family or group of five.

Julia 的房源跟描述的一致，全屋擁有三個房間，客廳、飯廳，廁所浴室，廚房，我們的早餐及晚餐都在廚房自己弄。 每個房間內都備有電暖爐、其中一間大房及客廳亦有璧爐。 房主更贈送雞蛋、牛奶、果醬及牛油。 另外還準備了麵包予客人去餵河邊的鴨，頗為有趣的玩兒。 唯一的是房源位於馬路邊，路過的車聲是對客人的睡眠略有影響。 幸好深夜時段車輛比較小，影響不大！

Really thank Frank's hospitality and everthing. The view of the house is fabulous and is really near the christchurch.Frank just like our father sharing his thoughts and travelling experience with us. Behind the sececrt door there is wall full of all kinds of asia spice and herbs. You can use everything! Now we complete it with Chinise Soy Liquid and Cooking Wine( ⁼̴̀ .̫ ⁼̴́ )✧. We will definite come back this place and recommend to everybody we know. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and thoughtfulness of this space. The Seaglass Beach House in Christchur is stunning, mixing modern luxury with a warm, homely feel. The view is simply breathtaking! This sophisticated immaculate designer magazine home by the ocean sits in a very safe neighbourhood but yet is secluded and private. Attention to details makes it so special and cozy. From the hotel style bathroom towels and beds, choice of extra blankets, luxury lotions and high end modern kitchen and laundry appliances, no expense was spared in making guests feel comfortable and at home. Karina is an exceptional and professional host who goes out of her way making sure that her guests have everything they need! The detailed compendium and guideline books were much appreciated. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs before, but this one is truly on another level Thank you Karina for being such a special host and sharing your place of paradise.

There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us - super close to the beach, walkable to restaurants and an easy drive into the city.
