Review for Mooiplaats: What a lovely, little farm getaway. Bea and her husband, Wim, are amazing hosts and great people. The BnB is fitted with all you need to enjoy a peaceful and lovely time. Surrounded by the sounds of the farm at night, the little farm house is private and perfect. They also have their own butchery with the best bacon ever! I would highly recommend this gem to anyone with an appreciation of farmstyle living. The surrounding area also has an amazing "Melkery". So between lovely cheeses and great meat, you are sorted. And for R75pp, lovely Bea might organise a tasty farmhouse breakfast... 5/5.

Amazing place- would definitely go back

Excellent stay, Excellent host. Very accommodating and helpful, and super friendly. The place has everything you need and more. And the area is lovely and central.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years but none have quite captured me like this one. From the moment I arrived Angelic and Illonka greeted me with a big warm welcome before showing me to my room. The room was comfortable, clean, warm and had everything I needed. I loved sitting outside when I came back from work with a drink and my book. I really really looked forward to doing that everyday. I will make it mission to stay here every time I come for work. Thank you Angelic and Illonka for sharing your space with me.

This is a gem of a place that exceeded all my expectations. The area is very spacious and super clean, as well as tastefully decorated. The host was very responsive and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pretoria.

Very nice quite and comfortable flat

I had a comfortable stay at Louise's property. The place was sparkling clean and you get to have your own space. The host is very responsive at all times and she allowed me to check out at any time since it was a public holiday that day, I appreciated that gesture as I was not in too much of a hurry to leave the place. She also offered to have my laundry done since I was there for a couple of days, I unfortunately saw the message on the last day of my stay but luckily I didn't need any clothes to be washed. Thank you Louise for being an amazing host. I got to enjoy a walk around the area as well, it is very peaceful and secure.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Liezl's Gecko Cottage. It had everything we needed and more! The wifi was fast, we could easily access Netflix and Youtube. Liezl spoilt us with a bar of chocolate, fruit basket, sherry and bottled water! She is very friendly and welconing, we felt right at home. The garden with a large swimming pool is beautiful and the cottage has its own private outside area. We will definitely be staying with Liezl again the next time we're in Pretoria. The location is super close to shops and restaurants, and the Irene suburb itself is stunning with big established trees - lovely to go for a walk if you have the time. Highly recommended!

Bolanle’’s place was perfect for what we needed, a quick stay over. The description on the site and photos were quite accurate and we came and went easily. Everything was clean and comfy. It is a small room, more for overnight use as opposed to holiday vibes. but we were very comfortable. Everything else was lovely. Thank you Bolanle. I can recommend your little guesthouse with confidence.

This was my 1st stay at Quinnzelle's airbnb, yet DEF won't be my last as I've already made more bookings. As a former airbnb host and veteran traveler, I have to say Quinnzelle's warm welcome and helpfulness is second to none. I'd easily say she's the absolute best host I've had in a very long time, offering a refreshment upon my impromptu arrival for a quick tour well before check-in hours, which was greatly appreciated, as I had a super hectic day and needed a quiet, safe and peaceful place to stay. The property is 100% as shown and described -- a lovely respite from the busy city, yet with convenient access to the N4 toll route, it was easy to go to/from Pretoria East where my project is located. I look forward to returning once work is complete as there are lots of interesting things in the area to enjoy during holidays. With the nearby wedding venues, Quinnzelle's airbnb is ideal for single or multiple accommodation needs. Thank you very much for making me feel right at home!

My stay here place was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and welcomed. The cottage was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing a true home away from home. What truly made this Airbnb stand out were the fantastic hosts. They were incredibly caring and attentive, always available to answer questions and offer helpful recommendations. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. In today's world, reliable internet and power are essential, and this Airbnb delivered on both fronts. The Wi-Fi was consistently strong and fast, perfect for working remotely or staying connected. And, thankfully, I experienced absolutely no issues with electricity or power outages, which is a huge plus in Johannesburg. Highly recommended hosts and home!!!

The place is quiet, beautiful and had everything we needed to make our staff very comfortable. We enjoyed our holiday because the accommodation was comfortable, more like home away from home, even my 10 month old baby was catered for with a high chair and cot. I will definitely return for future holidays in SA and I 101% recommend this place especially for small families, it’s exquisite and the hosts are friendly and hospitable.
