Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

Sessiz, sakin bir yerde hem çalışıp, hem de kafa dinleyerek tatil yapmak için tercih ettik. Villa çok geniş ve konforlu olduğu için dört kişi rahat rahat çalışabildik. Although George and I don’t speak the same language, we had no trouble communicating with the help of a mobile translator app. In fact, I even picked up a few Greek phrases, which were helpful when interacting with others. Most of our conversations were with Mari, a lovely lady who assisted us every step of the way, from the reservation process to our stay. George, who lives on the first floor, was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is three stories, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The sea breeze is fantastic—we never had to use the A/C. Each floor has its own balcony, and starting the day with a view of the sea was a highlight. There’s plenty of space for six people or even more. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and the living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a TV, sound system, and George’s vinyl collection. Overall, George, Mari, and the house made our trip truly wonderful. We’ll definitely plan to visit again!

Ev sahibemiz Ceren cok tatlı, konuşkan ve yardimseverdi. Tekrar Midilli'ye geldigimde baska bir yer bakmadan doğruca yine orayı tercih ederim. Evin önünden denize girmek de bir ayrıcalıktı. Evin içi ada kültürünü yansıtan eşyalarla dekore edilmiştir. Terastan manzara göz kamaştırıcı güzelliktedir.

In some of the comments I read that the house smells a lot and I was hesitant to take home, house, but it’s not true! the house did not have any disturbing smell! smell good fragrance and fresh home! I strongly recommend this cozy, relaxing place for Cunda, very accessible, close to Cunda center and beaches around. A great kitchen facilities. Mr. Serkan had an amazing hospitality made us so happy. Me and my family had a short but very comfortable 2 days in lovely Cunda. By the way if you have pet you can choose this place, our dog was so happy there. Thank you Mr. Yigit and serkan.

Καταπληκτική εξοχική κατοικία με πολύ όμορφη και άνετη αυλή στην οποία έκανε σκιά όλη τη μέρα μια τεράστια κληματαριά (σημαντικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά που θέλουν χώρο να παίξουν), 200 μέτρα από τη συμπαθητική παραλία σκάλας Μυστεγνών. Το σπίτι άνετο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με πολύ ησυχία όλη την ημέρα. Υπάρχει μεγάλη ιδιωτικότητα και έχεις την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι στην εξοχή αφού στην περίμετρο του κτήματος είναι ένα μεγάλο χωράφι που περιβάλλεται από δέντρα. Ο Κώστας φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. A beautiful house by the sea, very comfortable and with lots of greenery. Great for kids who can enjoy the garden, the tree house and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and Maria provided whatever consumables needed for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful veranda and the gazebo by the sea. Sunsets are wonderful in the garden. The house is close to Mytilene where you can shop or find a nice restaurant. We had a wonderful Easter holiday and appreciate Maria’s hospitality.

Evdeki herseyin eksiksiz ve tertemiz olusu evimiz ortaminda hissettirdi. %100 memnuniyet bu olsa gerek. Evin bulundugu site cok huzurlu, sakin ve bakimli. Sitede yasayan herkes son derece sicak ve samimi, bu sayede hasret kalinan komsuluk iliskisine sahip olabileceginiz cok nezih bir ortami var. Sitenin havuzu deniz suyundan olmasi sebebiyle denizi aratmiyor, ayrica havuz oldukca buyuk, cevresinde de yeterince semsiye ve sezlong var. We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

Harita uygulamalarına inanarak evin önüne kadar araç ile girmeye çalışmayın :) En kolay park yöntemi migros veya miran otopark. Ev oldukça geniş. Her 2 odası da çiftler için konaklamaya müsait. Odaların kendi banyoları mevcut. Çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı bizim adımıza. Mete Bey'in misafirperverliğini anlatmaya kalkarsam kendisine haksızlık olur. 1 konaklama yapın, 1 dost edinin. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. 1,5 yaşında çocuğumuzla konaklayacağımızı öğrendiğinde, kendi çocuğu için bulundurduğu eşyaları bile bizimle paylaştı. Ben hayatımda böyle güzel ev sahibi tanımadım.

Özlem hanımla en başından beri çok detaylı bir iletişim kurduk ve konaklama esnasında da çok yardımcı oldu. Hem tertemiz bir ev bıraktı bize hemde sürekli olarak ilgilendi. Hiç bir şey eksiğimiz olmadı. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Çocukla çok rahat ettiğimiz bir ev oldu. Olumsuz tek söyleyebileceğim şey evin önündeki araç sesi oldukça aktif bir yol. Haricinde hiç bir sorunumuz olmadı çok keyifliydi.

Alpers Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut gelegen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Promenade. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr einfach und Alper schrieb stets schnell zurück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beklediğimden çok daha temiz ve düzenli bir evdi . Kusursuz bir konaklama sundu. Kahve ve sigara için terası iyi bir konfor sağladı . . Konumu harika . Yeniden Lesvos a gideceğim ve dilerim yine orada konaklarım . ✨
