Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

The place was nice and clean, cozy that is perfect for couple and to those who like to have a peace of mind.

One of the best placed we stayed in the Phillipines. Clean rooms with all comforts just like in Europe. We had some issues with the washing machine and oven, but Jenessa and Elena were there to help immediately with anything. So it was really convenient. In terms of location, it is not the closest and most convenient location, but for a large group with 2 free van rides per day is perfectly comfortable. The best thing was cleanliness and an amazing staff. 👍

The place is 2min walk to the beach. We have a great time. Near all the restaurant.

Relaxing place to stay right in the middle of nature. The beds were heavenly to sleep in. Host was communicative and friendly. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Erica's place. Super makakapag unwind talaga dahil secluded ang area plus may infinity pool that my family really enjoyed. Kahit malayo sya sa stations okay na okay kasi 1 ride lang ng etrike tapos pwede na tumambay at mag ikot sa stations then e-trike lang ulit pabalik. Convenient ang place dahil nakapagluto kami, may balcony pa for the view. Super worth it. If you want a place na malayo sa mataong lugar plus marerelax, I would really recommend Erica's place. Super worth it ang price for 4D3N. May heater din ang CR which is helpful sa mga seniors na kasama namin. Thank you for accommodating us! We'll love to come back to your place again!

Our stay was perfect! Boracay is a lovely place to visit and the villa is no exception. It’s located in a quiet area which is only a short trike ride to all the tourist activities. Peter is super responsive and always able to help and so is Marilou the in-house maid. For a fee, she can cook breakfast, grocery shop and babysit etc so it’s very convenient if you’re not familiar with the area.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Wow this apartment was absolutely stunning!! If you’re staying in Boracay then don’t hesitate to book this. We stayed here for 6 nights and couldn’t fault it. Has everything you need in the kitchen, very modern, super comfortable beds/pillows, quiet, great aircon, huge tv, big shower and fantastic location to get around - very central. Chen was very responsive, always helpful, easy check in with very polite staff and a fantastic price. If we return to Boracay, this is definitely where we’ll stay. Thank you again!!!

This unit is a really nice place to say in Boracay if you want to be away from the noise and the crowd. Its a bit far from the main attractions. It would really depend on your preference. They offer a free shuttle bus going to/from DMall. Catch is it leaves every 2 hours. You can charter an etrike but it will cost 300 php. The unit is a long walk from the property entrance and even from the reception. It is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was challenging to carry our luggage. It might not be ideal for families with elders or kids. But for me, I like the ambiance, the peace, and the spacious unit. The owner was very sweet - provided us a gallon of Wilkins, 3 ripe mangoes, free milk, coffee, tea and sugar ❣️ Though I recommend doing something about the slippery bathtub and the split type aircon (turns on and off). Overall our experience was great.😌

It was a great bnb to stay especially if you are planning on staying for a long period of time.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and we definitely love our stay here! The space was incredibly comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax and unwind. The decor and layout felt very inviting and homely, creating a sense of warmth and ease. The property was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including (fully functional kitchen, a comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, a good Wi-Fi connection, even a toys for kids, they have!) The property was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. They also have heater in the bathroom and really works well! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire booking and stay process smooth and easy. They were always available to answer questions. This Airbnb stay exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Boracay, especially to those who has a toddler with them. 💯

Everything was smooth from Start to Finish. Easy to get into the accommodation because of the detailed instruction. Very responsive. Staff’s are very accommodating. Great place!
