After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

Thank you for great comunication and welcomegift, that was wery on time upon arrival. Fotis friendly organised to get for us early checkin as we traveled all night and arrived in the morning and that was possible! Also we enjoyed one hour late check out! We had our own outside space and felt very welcomed and safe! New marina is near and few great restaurants as Naval. Enjoy the stay and go easy walking distance to amazing Old town! Even beach is in one minute reach! All the best wishes to host!

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

you will go a long way to find a better host. Always available and checks to make sure everything is right Tufan was very available and responded to EVERY question. The apartment was spotless and plenty of towels, bed linen. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars.I can recommend Tufans place and will be back

This place is absolutely amazing, we initially planned to stay here for two days, however we decided to stay for longer due to how homely everything felt. The home itself is beautiful, it was extremely clean and contained everything we needed to feel extremely comfortable. The host was extremely eloquent and handling everything so well, he even offered to assist us with advice for the rest of our trip around Turkey. Despite the area being beautiful and peaceful, there are lots of supermarkets within a 4 minute walk away alongside a pharmacy and everything else needed for a completely comfortable stay. The host even offered us freshly baked cookies! Can't wait to visit again later this year :)

Wij vonden het een hele leuke accomodatie een oase midden in de stad. Vooral de binnenplaats had echt een woww factor. De accomodatie zelf is niet groot, maar dat staat duidelijk aangegeven en stoorde ons niet. Er was van alles aanwezig, allemaal lekkernijen die we konden eten en zelfs een lekkere fles wijn waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Katarina & Periklis zijn geweldig vriendelijke mensen die zich onzichtbaar hadden opgesteld. Dank jullie wel!

Öncelikle evin konumu temizliği ve manzarası harikaydı, kendine ait son derece güzel bir plajının olması konaklamayı son derece cazip kıldı ve başka bir yere gitme ihtiyacı bile duymamıza gerek kalmadı. Ayrıca, Vecdi bey çok iyi, güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibi. Selimiye'ye bir daha yolumuz düştüğünde başka bir yer düşünmeyeceğimize eminim.

Overall, we had a great time at this villa. The neighborhood was quiet, perhaps due to the end of season (October). The property itself is spacious, lots of places to escape from the crowd, even if it's your own family :-D We appreciated sufficient amount of towels/ bath towels, linens, and kitchenware (plenty of glasses, cups, cutlery, etc). Beds and pillows, as well as furniture in bedrooms are all decent. There are blankets for cooler nights. Plenty of private balconies (accessible from rooms), however their cleanliness could have been in a better condition. The swimming pool is in good condition and clean. I particularly liked the sound of pool water murmuring at night, very soothing :-)

We enjoyed our stay at the beginning of March a lot! The house has been recently renovated with a lot of devotion and attention to detail and thus now appears nicelly decorated and furnished with high quality furniture and applicances to make you feel comfortable and welcomed immediately. The house and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Located centrally but still quiet we could explore the city by foot. Parking was conveniently possible in the vicinity of the place to explore the Island. Our host showed great Greek hospitality - thank you so much, Panos, for welcoming us at your place - and was always approachable to provide us with helpfull recommendations for restaurants and trips. THANK YOU AGAIN! We fully recommed a stay at Panos' place.

Η διαμονη μας στο διαμερισμα ηταν τελεια. Ολα ηταν πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημενα. Υπηρχαν ολα οσα χρειαζεται καποιος για μια ευχαριστη και ανετη διαμονη.Το διαμερισμα βρισκεται σε πολυ κεντρικη τοποθεσια, με ευκολη και γρηγορη προσβαση στην παλια πολη σε εστιατορια , καφε,μπαρ κλπ. Ο οικοδεσποτης Σαββας ηταν ευγενικος, φιλικος, πολυ εξυπηρετικος και προθυμος να βοηθησει σε οτιδηποτε χρειαζοταν. Συνιστουμε την διαμονη στον χωρο αυτο χωρις δευτερη σκεψη. Ευχαριστουμε Σαββα. Αν βρεθουμε ξανα στην Ροδο ξερουμε που θα κλεισουμε διαμερισμα για τη διαμονη μας.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Lage war super, da die Altstadt höchstens 5min Fußweg entfernt war und wir alle gebuchten Aktivitäten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Airbnb sieht wirklich genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Schön & modern eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht :)

Centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions and beaches. The property is quirky and homely with a very Greek home feel. Home was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay.

Great apartment, very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Nice coffee place around the corner. It is a bit far away from the center but there are buses driving regularly. Supermarkets are nearby as well as bakery. I had a nice time!

Die ruhige Wohnung befand sich in einer zentralen, aber gepflegten Gegend. Panthelis reagierte sehr flexibel, als wir mit Verspätung und ausgefallenem Handy zur Wohnung kamen. Wenn uns etwas fehlte, beschaffte er unsere Sonderwünsche, sobald die Geschäfte geöffnet waren. Als der offizielle Server ausfiel, stellte er uns mehrere W-Lan-Adressen zur Verfügung und kommunizierte mit uns so lange direkt, bis unsere Netzverbindung wieder gesichert war, obwohl dies an einem sehr hohen Feiertag mit üblichen Familienfesten war. Als uns ein Missgeschick mit dem Herd passierte, schickte er uns, sobald das möglich war, zwei freundliche Reinigungskräfte vorbei, die alles reparierten. Aber die Krönung war, dass Panthelis uns von sich aus anbot, uns mitten in der Nacht zum Flughafen zu bringen zu einem Zeitpunkt, wo die öffentlichen Busse nicht fuhren und die Kommunikation mit den Taxis schwierig geworden wäre. Damit löste er stillschweigend ein großes Problem von uns. Danke!

A nice apartment with everything you could need, and the roof garden is lovely. well positioned just a short walk from the old town, but still fairly easy to find parking and get out of the town to see the rest of the island. Definitely recommend!

Magdalene‘s place was very clean and matched the description on Airbnb. The kitchen had everything one could desire and there was even a small parasol to set up at the beach. It was truthfully a wonderful place to stay. Also, Magdalene is very responsive and gives clear instructions on how to check in and out. The location is perfect, the beach and many good restaurants right around the corner. Only thing was, that the hotel opposite the balcony had very loud music playing most of the time, which made it a bit unpleasant sitting outside besides the stifling heat, of course. Other than that there is nothing to complain about. Me and my friends enjoyed it very much and recommend the place for a stay in Rhodes.

Beautiful centrally located apartment in the hub of Rhodes town and very close to restaurants and bars. Apartment very clean and host very friendly and welcoming. The extra touches were very much appreciated - fresh fruit, coffee/tea bread and jams to name just a few. Can highly recommend booking this place for your stay
