amazing space! it's exactly like how the photos shown. there's some glitches but it doesn't bother us much as the space was super comfy and even better than most highly rated hotel. responsive host too. will come back again next time I'm in abu dhabi.

Perfect location and incredible views on the mangrove, the apartment is clean and cosy and has all necessary appliances, highly recommended for short and longer stays !

Très bel appartement et conforme aux photos. J’ai apprécié Hibba car elle a été très réactive, disponible et remplie de petites attentions. Levée de soleil depuis l’appartement qui vaut le coup. L’appartement sent bon et super bien rangé. Un balcon filant très agréable. Endroit venteux qui fait trop de bien avec cette chaleur constante. Je recommande et remercie encore Hibba pour son accueil chaleureux

I had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the area was nice and quiet, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The gym was a standout feature, with top-quality equipment. The host was so responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We spent an excellent stay at Royal Holiday. As 2 students busy all day with courses, we did not use much of the facilities. But the set up is also a good fit for families visiting Abu Dhabi. Location in Al Reem island allows to easily access main attractions (Saadiyat, Yas) without traffic jams of the main island.

das apartment entsprach total unseren erwartungen. es war sauber und sehr geräumig. der mann vom empfang war sehr freundlich und es war alles sehr einfach zu finden. die lage ist optimal für ausflüge. die tiefgarage ist auch perfekt. das preis leistungsverhältnis ist top!!!! wir kommen bestimmt wieder weil es hat uns extrem gut gefallen und wir finden abu dhabi ist ein traumhaftes reiseziel

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

The communication between Marie was excellent from start to finish. The check in and out process was easy and the apartment was as described and clean. The views from the apartment were great and it was in a good location.

Very spacious and clean Airbnb with all the amenities. Well located across the street from the beach with plenty of walkable restaurants to choose from in the area. We rented bikes across the street and rode much of the Corniche. Reception and building staff were friendly. Host communicated well. Care should be taken in the tub as it is very slippery. The gym looked good and the pool was located in another building. We found the bed too firm but our host said that was something she could easily address if that were an issue for others in which case we would recommend this Airbnb to others.

Good location, great view, excellent apartment, and the best host! We enjoyed our stay at Mr. Mohamed’s apartment. The apartment is easy to find and includes a parking spot in the garage. It is spacious, clean, and quiet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms—perfect for families and/or friends. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, responding to our questions very promptly. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Abu Dhabi!
