Huset i Hemsedal var virkelig hyggeligt og herligt indrettet med forskellige og inspirerende områder til hygge og afslapning. Funktionelt med god plads og godt køkken, samt 2 fine badeværelser. Nina var - som vært - meget hjælpsom og hurtig med kommunikation. Der var fint pyntet op med juletræ og charmerende pynt, samt friske blomster.

We stayed 4 nights in Lisa's cabin. We had a great time. The cabin is well equipped, clean and the skilift is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended if you want a cosy place to stay in Hemsedal.

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Værten er virkeligt flink og hjælpsom. Når vi havde brug for hjælp, var han der straks. Huset bærer meget præg af, at det er et “rigtigt” hjem, hvor der faktisk er lokale beboere uden for sæsonen. Det giver et meget hjemligt præg, som vi fandt hyggeligt. Fx var skabe og skuffer fyldt med private ting; legetøj, mobilopladere, ski briller, og alt muligt nips. Der betød dog også, at fx Køkkenet var lidt sjovt udstyret: 6 gryder, men ingen låg. Kæmpestort Walk in køleskab, men ingen brødrister, elkedel eller mikroovn. Og så fremdeles. Nå ja; og så fandt vi på dag 6 ud af, at der boede en anden familie i kælderen. 😂 Hvis I ønsker en IKEA udstyret klinisk leje-bolig, er dette ikke stedet for dig. Men hvis du ønsker en autentisk bolig med ENESTÅENDE udsigt og en fantastisk vært, så er dette klart stedet for jer, Tusinde tak til Alexander for et fantastisk ophold!

A simply wonderful place to enjoy the Norwegian upland, with ski trails from the door, super floor heating, warm historic vibe, and a comfy couch. It has two tables that seat six, a kitchen with tools, utensils and servingware to cook for a crowd of 12 (or more) and serve them coffee and wine, and a dishwasher for cleanup. It’s very well-equipped—like visiting an aunt with one of everything—so there was a right-sized ski pole when we broke one, an extra pulk and harness, plastic sleds for a small army of children, extra ski wax and tools, and the mudroom has long benches for booting on/off, and tons of hooks for hanging outerwear. When wood for the fireplace ran low, Bengt responded quickly.and had it delivered. There are tons of books in the Nordic languages as well as English on many topics including the local area and beyond. The market in Ustaoset is a short walk/ski, and Geilo was easy to reach by bus, train, or taxi for stores, dining, or a downhill ski. Love. This. Place.

Another wonderful stay. This was our 2nd visit to this apartment and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful apartment in the centre of Geilo. Above some shops, although there is absolutely no disturbance whatsoever. It’s so quiet and peaceful, with stunning views from every window. Super warm and cosy. Free parking in a private carpark under the complex, easy to find and really safe. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Tilbage i hytten for tredje år i træk. Absolut den bedste hytte i Geilo. Ikke bare ved pisten men på pisten. Meget hyggelig hytte med alt hvad man har behov for.

Eine wunderschöne Hütte, die aus einem traditionell norwegischen Stabbur entstand. Die Hütte selber ist in makellosem Zustand und Siljes Ordner mit spannenden und hilfreichen Informationen über die Besitzer, die Hütte und die Gegend machten den Aufenthalt zu einer traumhaften Erholung. Bei Silje würde ich jederzeit wieder ein Airbnb mieten!

A lovely apartment, really clean and well heated. It was very close to the ski lifts so we didn’t have to walk far! Lene is great and always responded fast if we needed anything. Thank-you for a great stay!

Leiligheten er liten men utruleg koseleg og praktisk. Beliggenheten er super, særlig hvis du reiser til Geilo uten bil, slik vi gjorde. Området er i tillegg fredelig og rolig. Smakfull innredet leilighet. Vi har nå vært der to ganger og kommer gjerne igjen. Takk for oss!

Vi hadde en flott weekend i leilighetene og på Geilo. Leilighetene var koselig og det var god plass til 2 voksne og 2 barn. Leiligheten er god utstyrt med det en trenger for oppholdet.

Wat een geweldig mooi huis! Het huis is super sfeervol en heel stijlvol ingericht. Erg sympathiek dat we alle spullen, zoals langlaufski's, mochten gebruiken. En het kleine hutje was ook super leuk om bij het vuur een boekje te gaan lezen. Rondom het huis staan andere huizen, maar er is voldoende privacy. Goede uitvalsbasis om te langlaufen (direct vanaf het huis) en om in Geilo te skiën en een husky-slee-tour te maken. En daarna lekker de sauna in. Kortom: een aanrader. Veel dank dat we hier mochten verblijven Kjersti!

We hebben genoten van onze week in het huisje van Christian. Het huisje was heel comfortabel en gezellig, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het was ook een goeie uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie uitstapjes! We hebben geraft bij Dagali, prachtige wandeltochten gemaakt over de Hardangervidda en Halingskarvet. Wat een prachtige natuur! En in Geilo heel gezellig traditioneel Noors gegeten bij Hallingstuene. Heerlijke vakantie week!

We had a wonderful week at Randi’s cabin. 4 adults 6 kids shared the space with plenty of room. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Randi left helpful instructions and was on hand for any extra assistance The cabin is a short drive to all the ski resorts and has a convenient side entry into a boot room for all your wet gear. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Wonderful

Koselig hytte med god plass for 2 familier med barn 6-13 år. Pluss for at hunden vår også var velkommen. Vi sto både på langrenn til Myrland og slalom ved skisenteret i nabolaget, lite med veldig hyggelig og passelig med folk.

utrolig koselig hytte/anneks å leie. alle type fasiliteter var i nær område og ikke lange veien til ski bakkene. veldig ryddig og koselig sted. ekstra godt med badstuen etter en lang dag i bakken. anbefales og kommer tilbake ved neste anledning. 🌟🌟🌟

We stayed At Sverre’s place for two nights and honestly wish it could have been longer. The place is beautiful, welcoming and extremely well thought out. The small touches to the building really make this place special. If you’re looking at book somewhere and you’re still on the fence about this place, just book it. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is lovely, bed super comfy and the living/dining area is cozy. Would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ragna's Airbnb. The location is great—not far from the ski slopes. Ragna communicated well and was very helpful, providing useful advice for our stay. We would highly recommend the house to anyone considering a visit in the future.

Adorable stay in a cozy house! We spent 2 nights in a group of two family couples and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. We also enjoyed the fireplace and barbecue. Thank you so much, will definitely come again!

Good place to stay, do recommend. Very nice and modern little cabin with everything you need to be comfortable.

What an absolutely beautiful home!!!! I asked lots of questions of the hosts and they were always fast to respond and so helpful. The house instantly felt like home: the owners have thought of everything. The views and scenery were even better than we had hoped for. We used it as a base for a winter skiing trip but I should imagine it’s beautiful at any time of the year. I would definitely recommend a car for access to supermarkets, sightseeing and alternative ski resorts.
