The Lilly has a wonderful Floridian charm, and that means a lot coming from a native Floridian! The interior decor is very tastefully chosen and uniquely designed for the space. My boyfriend and I had visited Ginnie springs all day and we didn’t want to make the long drive back in the same day. We were so happy to have chosen this spot being that it was so close to the historic downtown area. Walkable and convenient! Never heard any noise from the neighbors in the adjoining units either. The tea and coffee provided is a great touch as well. We look forward to staying here again at our next visit to the springs in North Florida!

This is our second stay at The Scholar and we had a wonderful time. Everything was neat, clean and exactly how it was described. We will be back again soon! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.❤️

Excellent for my needs and objectives!

I always enjoy staying here when I travel to Gainesville for work. It's a cozy space which I have started to think of as my home-away-from-home.

We always love to stay at this beautiful Duck Pond apartment. Very comfy, roomy and peaceful for a couple to stay in. Duck Pond is perfect for walking and very close to downtown restaurants, shops and attractions.

The apartment was a great place to unwind after spending the day exploring the fun outdoor activities Gainesville offers. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked that the apartment was close to most things I wanted to see (Paynes Prairie, Sweetwater Preserve, Devil's Millhopper park). Jennifer was responsive and accessing the apartment was easy with the keypad lock system. Enjoyed my stay!

This airbnb was by far superior to any we have had ever! I am not exaggerating. It's beautiful built, inside and out, and spotlessly clean. The finishes and decor are all high end. We had plenty of space in every room. The extra touches were everywhere. It is very well stocked with basics such as coffee, creamer, tea, toiletries, laundry soap, on and on. The beds were very comfy and the towels were big and fluffy. Loved the front porch swing! I can't think of a single thing I would have added or changed to this beautiful property!

Elliott and Amber’s place was a gym. The unit was very clean, very well maintained and cozy. They communicated well and was able to accommodate us with an early check in. The unit was well stocked and they offered more amenities that what I am accustomed to. Everything was easy to find and organized. I will definitely refer their place to others and will stay there again in the future. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!!! Truly SUPER HOSTS!!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, very charming, and perfectly located close to the city center. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend it! A special mention for the lovely garden, which we really enjoyed as well.

Few days stay that felt like home. Great and quiet neighborhood, good for an afternoon walk. Community is right by the main road that will take you anywhere you wanna go quickly, beautiful Florida springs are only 15 minutes away. Highly recommended.

This place was exactly as shown in the photos! Beautiful, spacious and super clean! This place has all the amenities! We booked this place for its proximity to Univeristy of Florida, since we were there to see a baseball game! We didn't expect to use the washer and dryer but we had an accident and needed to use it. They had fabric softener and soap for us to use and it was so nice. There is an awesome bakery across the street we got donuts and sat on the beautiful porch to eat them! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!, would love to stay there again!
