This was a great cottage for a few of us who were joining a mini-family reunion in Gainesville. There were 6 of us staying there and the space was perfect. The location was also perfect to meet other family members at local restaurants and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area when weather permitted. Highly recommend this place.

We made a last minute two night trip. Communication was easy with the hosts. Everything in the house was clean. Bathroom was very small for 6 people but did its job. The fenced in yard was still in “Winter sleep” so we didn’t go out there.

What a gem! Quiet and peaceful. Great fenced-in yard for my pups. Many comfortable seating options out back to enjoy the backyard fire pit and activities. I loved that there were so many fun activities provided (ping pong, board games, corn hole, frisbee, outdoor swing) plus the home is located very close to the springs for kayaking/paddling. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for our meals and we enjoyed visiting the cute town of High Springs for nightly ice cream. Highlight recommend!

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Aside from the three bedrooms, there is a huge, very comfortable couch. We had everything we could have possibly needed to have a convenient, comfortable stay. There is even an electric fireplace, which provided very nice ambiance. The neighborhood is beautiful and very conveniently located close to a grocery store, restaurant, and shops. The house itself is very roomy and it was super clean. We would definitely recommend this home.

This is a small house that was perfect for the 4 of us. We easily fixed breakfast and found it to be convenient to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and we felt very safe. Jim was very responsive to any questions.

Stayed over Christmas and made some good memories with the family. Beautiful location on Lake Santa Fe. We brought kayaks and our sons made the most of it.

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

This place was so unique and fun to stay in, it was exactly in the area I wanted and I felt transported into the heart of historic duck pond. I loved how quiet it was and after longs days of travel and sights coming back to a place where I could unwind was so important. Anna Marie is easy to get a hold of and courteous, her place is clean and well stocked with amenities that one might need on a short or long stay. Would recommend and would stay there again

The location was perfect. It was near everything we needed to do. I wasn’t aware the unit was upstairs, but it made the outdoor patio much more enjoyable. I would stay at this place again.

Private lockout apartment attached to larger home, surrounded by woods. You’d really not know you are connected to another home. Very clean and host was very responsive and offered advice and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

For my first AirBnb it was everything it said it was going to be and more. A beautiful home. Clear and precise instructions. Communication was on point. It was near Walmart, many stores, gas stations, and very easy highway access....I definitely enjoyed my stay and want to thank My Host for making my first experience an enjoyable.

Girls apt was comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. When entering the apt the first thing you notice is that it's sexy. then you realize it smells clean, then you start feeling good realizing everything is comfortable. The appliances were all top shelf. The tvs were all perfectly placed and just the right size. I can say with all honesty that this apartment does not disappoint. I will say 3 cons about this rental so my review is believable. 1.) there should be 2 sets of keys available for gym/pool incase you leave one set locked In the gym after office hours. 2. There should be a bottle of wine available on counter when entering because the place looks like it should have a bottle of wine waiting for you. 3. I also believe that there should be 2 bottles of Gatorade in fridge waiting cause this is gainsville and there is a gym available. These things sound petty but you must understand this rental is top notch and if your gonna have caviar then your gonna need champagne.

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.
