Toucan Tranquility, its pool and patio areas are beautiful. We did not miss a/c. We enjoyed lovely breezes through the patio and at night, it was a great temperature as the location is at a bit higher than Atenas. There is very good privacy - the hosts were at home in the upper level, but their space and entrance to the upper level is entirely separate - they even have a separate gate from the street. It was wonderful to be surrounded by trees, lush greenery and flowers. The beds were comfortable and there were many conveniences such as racks for our suitcases and comfortable furniture. The outdoor kitchen was a new experience for us. It made it possible for us to bake a chicken and a cake. The location was quite peaceful - away from the bustle of Atenas. Cher was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. She shared some recommendations and is the source of a wealth of information. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I recommend this apartment. The apartment is well located (close to the airport), really well equipped and spacious. This apartment is perfect for short and long term. The communication with Shurraine and Nancy was really good! I am really of my stay at this place!

The apartment is well designed and furnished, the beds are comfortable. Stairs up to the apartment are not to North American code. Do not try them without the light in the corridor on. Beds were very comfortable and the supplies are quite adequate. As mentioned by previous quests the parking spot is a couple of blocks away but you can park out front of the apartment to unload or if you are stopping by to do something it is not a problem. Andrea is very pleasant and responsive. She made the process of finding the apartment and the parking very easy and responded almost immediately to any questions we had.

Bart place is excellent. Exactly as described. The condo is great with beautiful surroundings. Bart is an excellent host, aleays responsive and very helpful. I'll book again without hesitation if I have to come back. Thank you Bart!

Sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben schon 2 mal bei Kevin gebucht, passt perfekt bei später Ankunft-oder früher Abflugzeit. Sehr sicher, auch das Auto wird innerhalb geparkt und mit Gatter gesichert

Ronald es una persona que rebasa las expectativas de atención hacia sus huéspedes. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad. La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable pues tiene a la mano muchas alternativas de transporte. La cercanía al aeropuerto es increíble. El departamento es confortable y con muy buena distribución.

Das Appartement in Alajuela ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und durch einen Wachmann gesicherten Wohnanlage. Der Check-in und auch die Kommunikation mit Sasha verliefen problemlos und schnell. Einen Fahrstuhl gibt es auch und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Nach einem anstrengenden und langen Flug, kann ich es jedem nur empfehlen sich hier auszuruhen, bevor man sich auf die teilweise abenteuerlichen Straßen durch Costa Rica begibt.

I enjoyed my stay here in LaFortuna! Alvaro's place was conveniently located, secure and clean. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Alvaro was very thoughtful and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend staying at Villas las Palmas!

Ilfido und Arelys sind die perfekten Gastgeber, freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sie haben uns mit dem leckersten Obst versorgt. wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Ihnen übernachten. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Außerdem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur.

My friends and I stayed at Manuel’s place for two nights and cannot recommend it enough! He and his staff were courteous, communicative and friendly, and the Villa was perfect for our group of 3. The restaurant on site has great breakfast. We didn’t get to try out the pools but hopefully on a future trip! If you are planning on going to an event at Parque Viva, the location is excellent. It’s also very close to the airport.

Lovely place with a beautiful lake view. The check-in mechanism allow us enter at early morning when we were coming from my sister’s wedding. Highly recommend if you what to spend a peaceful night with the song of the lake/river and births and delicious native food restaurants around the area. Thanks Yinley for this opportunity!!!

Desde el momento de la reserva, Grettel se contactó y se puso a disposición. Siempre nos aclaró las dudas y muy amablemente nos ayudó. El lugar el muy acogedor, uno quiere quedarse a vivir ahí! Con todas las amenidades necesarias, limpio y un jacuzzi que no se quiere salir nunca. La pasamos muy bien!

Andreina's place was beautiful. Very close to all our activities, even though it was just on the edge of the city it felt like you were in the jungle. Very quiet location, very peaceful and safely secure with a gated entrance. Beautiful view of the jungle right from your bed. We would have loved to have had a screened patio door to be able to hear all the sounds of the rain forest and that would have made it perfect. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything and the bathroom had all the essentials. Wonderful place to stay, we would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. Elvis was an amazing host who was incredibly responsive and immediately helped book and coordinate tours and provide local recommendations. The accommodations are far better than the pictures and some of the best quality builds of the places we have stayed in Costa Rica. Viewing the wildlife on the balcony was a major plus and we will undoubtedly be back again.

The place looks like the pictures. Wonderful little hot tub with a view of the volcano if there are no clouds. (It takes about an hour to heat fully once turned on.) Basic amenities, everything you could need is there. (No dressers) We did not find it hard to find. It is also near by many mini marts and restaurants, even a few within walking distance. The unit we were in shares a wall with another unit and you can hear everything that is going on. Cute and clean place. We would return. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

This is truly the most stunning place I have ever stayed in. I was initially hesitant to spend so much on accommodation, but it was totally worth it and the location, facilities and view absolutely justify the cost. I strongly recommend this place if you want a truly unique and private experience. Host communication was brilliant from the beginning and Licni was helpful and even arranged a taxi for us. The property was very clean, had good air conditioning, good bug screens, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the cargo net was a unique experience. We had the monkeys both mornings on the roof, and toucans, peccaries etc. visit the property throughout. This was truly a great place to stay for our honeymoon, and I would absolutely visit again.
