A lovely location and a super nice host. Jessica met us on arrival, chatted over making us coffee, got to know us. The house was spacious and very comfortable, a good kitchen dining area and lovely patio. We saw howler monkeys close up and toucans in the garden. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The home is tucked into the mountain. We were greeted by Williams' huge smile and made us feel welcomed. The porch overlooks the valley. The view is incredible. The family is precious. Our daughter loved playing with their children. The family has a coffee farm that you can walk a trail to view. We lived sitting on the porch, listening to thr birds and immersing ourselves in nature. Our last morning- a rainbow was in the valley. The family is helpful and kind. We would be thrilled to stay here again if we make it back to Monteverde. (Their coffee is pretty amazing too)

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Luisa ! Très important de prendre le conseil de Luisa sur le fait d'utiliser l'application waze plutôt que google maps ! Google map nous a fait quelques surprises sur le chemin, par contre Luisa était tout de suite disponible par téléphone lorsque nous nous sommes perdu. Une fois avec waze, tous nos déplacement au Costa Rica était sans faute ! Sinon WOW la place est magnifiqur avec des vues à couper le souffle. Vraiment superbe pour un séjour tranquille, et pour une envie de cuisiner ( tout est disponible niveau cuisine) on vous propose aussi un tour de café chez la famille tio josé coffeee tour, trop top ! merci beaucoup Luisa

Teresita and Eli went above and beyond. We were a group of 14 and rented out all their cabanas. As you can imagine we had lots of questions. They took the time to recommend activities and even booked on our behalf. Also, all of their food recommendations were great. The cabanas were beautiful and had everything we needed.

We had a fabulous stay at the Magic Villa. The place is amazing and accurate to pictures and descriptions. We liked that it was out of town enough to feel secluded but close enough that it was only a quick drive. The location is very private and peaceful. It is right next to the Sloth’s territory which was a great tour and very convenient. Jason was also an extremely gracious host and very responsive. We can’t wait to stay again!

This is our second time back at this air bnb and we could not be happier. The breakfast provided by the abuela and abuelo is absolutely delicious and worth every penny. The host is responsive and helpful with any and all questions and you can tell there is a lot of care put into these cute cabins and beautiful surroundings. This is a place we will continue to come back to for years to come.

Our stay here was a dream - we truly cannot recommend it enough. The host was very communicative and very helpful throughout our stay and all the instructions for the listing were easy to follow! The house had everything we needed and we appreciated having a proper cooker/stove as well as all the appliances we needed to cook anything. The house is very cute and had tons of character, with so many things to explore within it and so many places to chill and hang out! The views the house offers are unbelievable. We could not believe how lucky we were to see unmatched views of the sunset, and the stars in the night are utterly magical. We spent a whole evening lying in the hammock on the balcony, and were lucky enough to see shooting stars! We will definitely stay in Casa Cielo again and would recommend this listing to anyone who wants to experience a few days of pure magic in the leafy mountains of Monteverde. A truly unbelievable place.

Beautiful surroundings and lovely home. It isn’t air conditioned so be aware of that. It was fine in the morning and evening but warm during the day inside. We really enjoyed its charm and location!

Karen and Kevin were SO friendly and helpful. They sent google map links and pictures so that we would not have any problem finding the rental. And they helped with suggestions of hiking and waterfalls to visit in the area. We felt like we were in a private paradise tucked beneath a mountain with lush green vegetation and beautiful flowers. The walk to the river was awesome and peaceful. What an amazing quiet slice of inviting calm and beauty. Thanks Karen and Kevin....we recommend this to anyone in the area of Bajos del Toro

The views were amazing from Gilberto’s place. The house was exactly as described. It is a bit out of town down dirt roads. If you are a light sleeper you might find it challenging on a windy night as the trees rattle around you. We loved feeling like we were in the trees. Definitely recommend the night tour and dinner at the family restaurant.

Eine wirklich traumhafte Lage, mit traumhaftem Blick- vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang. Auch die Ausstattung und der kleine Vorgarten ist sehr gemütlich. Wenn man nicht gerade einen normalen PKW sondern etwas stabileres fährt, sind die letzten 3km zur Unterkunft auch deutlich entspannter. Der Weg lohnt sich aber so oder so.

Our stay in Monteverde was incredible! Nestled on a coffee plantation, the property offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The morning breakfast was a great added touch, making our experience even better. My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monteverde!

Massimo ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber. Er hat sich immer Zeit genommen und auch schon vorab viele Fragen klären können. Das kleine Haus, in dem wir nächtigten, liegt mitten im Dschungel und hat sich alles, was man braucht. Es war ordentlich und man konnte sogar warm duschen! Ein schöner Ort, um Ruhe und Natur zu genießen 😌 vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!!

Loved our stay :) close to town but secluded enough that you feel like you’re in the jungle and away from the noise. Great spot!

We had an incredible time at Jeffry’s home! It was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!! Jeffry left marshmallows for us to roast which was such a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was clean and felt luxurious. His place truly felt like an oasis and we wished we could have stayed longer!!!

We would highly recommend this stay. We were only in this area for two nights, and it was well worth it. We wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here a hundred times over. The pictures do not do this place justice. The villa was incredibly clean, private and lush. The perfect spot to unwind and relax, we would love to stay again.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay with Alessandro and Lázara. Honestly, it was like home to me. The view was incredible and it was just outside of town. Perfect distance. They were on site and available most anytime. Thank you. I know I will be visiting them very soon again. 😊

Informazioni accurate e velocissime sulla posizione e la modalità di accesso allo chalet, lo chalet è completamente immerso nel verde in una posizione meravigliosa. È completo di ogni comfort e Alberto e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili.

Casa Colette is a lovely home just outside of La Fortuna. It has everything you will need during your stay. The place is bright and clean, the kitchen is well stocked. There is now a couch in the living area which is greatly appreciated. There is a large TV on the wall in the bedroom with Netflix and comfortable queen bed. We appreciated the walk-in shower with rain shower head. There is a grocery store and local restaurants within a few minutes walk and a 1.8KM walk to main La Fortuna area. Communication was amazing, we had difficulty finding the house and our host was immediately on hand to make sure we arrived without issue. We felt very safe walking around the area and enjoyed seeing the view of Arenal throughout our stay.

Wir haben 5 Nächte in Carlos Apartment verbracht und waren von A bis Z begeistert. Es begann mit dem flexiblen Check In und den sehr genauen Anweisungen von Carlos. Allgemein war die Kommunikation sensationell. Carlos hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht um auch Zeit in der Wohnung zu verbringen. Sie ist zudem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben in keiner Unterkunft in Costa Rica so gut geschlafen. Wir danken Carlos für alles und würden sofort wieder bei ihm buchen.

We loved staying at Alejandra’s place! Such a convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The hot tub was perfect for ending our busy days and loved watching the cows graze next door. Would absolutely stay here again if i come back!

Yessenia’s place was great! She was very communicative and allowed us to check in earlier to drop off our luggage so we can get started with our day, so so nice of her! The place itself was great! She also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is surprisingly hard to have all 3 supplied!! She was very friendly and we were able to park our car in her driveway! Beautiful view of Arenal Volcano and super walkable to town, as we walked there for breakfast! Thank you Yessenia!
