Seidel & Hector son anfitriones maravillosos, excelente comunicación y proactividad. La limpieza del lugar es excelente. Volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

We loved our stay here! Coolest apartment building ever!

El departamento era absolutamente encantador. Gran decoración, muy amplio, limpio, las camas estaban súper cómodas y la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, también tenía un aire acondicionado potente y una gran televisión 4k, así que nos sentimos súper cómodos durante nuestra estancia. El departamento está en piso 15, por lo que obtienes una hermosa vista de la ciudad y las montañas. Fue muy fácil hacer el check in, La anfitriona fue súper receptiva y nos ayudo con recomendaciones sobre qué hacer en la zona. La piscina está en piso 24 y tiene una vista increíble y en la zona hay muchos cafés, restaurantes y dos parques muy lindos para salir a caminar. Hice la reservación tarde en la noche y aún así obtuve una respuesta inmediata. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí de nuevo.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Within our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, guiding us of our parking space and checking in. We met locals in our stay and they recommended many things we can do while our time being spent there.

We have stayed several places in CR, Airbnb and hotel/resorts, and this by far is the best place we've stayed. It's new, modern, clean, welcoming. Most of the employees were bilingual so it was easy to communicate. Definitely worth the money. Definitely worth vacationing here. Would stay here again, most definitely.

El hospedaje excelente. El lugar muy limpio, muy bien cuidado, está todo en perfecto estado desde la cocina hasta el dormitorio. El sitio es silencio. Un punto estratégico para poder moverse en las cercanías de San José. Totalmente recomendado. Paolo es un súper anfitrión, muy atento y amable desde el primer momento, con él la comunicación muy fluida y asertiva y, sobre todo, buscando ayudarnos a pasar una estancia placentera. Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación para desplazarse por Heredia. Muy amplio y con las condiciones necesarias para tener una buena estadía. Recomendado. La anfitriona está atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta.

Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Helga was very communicative and provided great instructions on how to find her Airbnb, gain entry, and checkout. It’s very close to the airport making it very convenient.

El lugar es precioso, rodeado de paisajes increíbles y con muchas atracciones cercanas. La señora que nos atendió fue sumamente amable, siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad. El lugar estaba impecable, espacioso y con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. Definitivamente, me volvería a quedar aquí al 100%. ¡Recomendado!

Very convenient for the night before getting on the plane. Its 5 minutes away from the airport. There is a security guard that is there to give you the keys / call taxi. Very clean.

Un lugar muy bonito para hospedarse, todo muy cómodo, con buena seguridad y privacidad, el personal tanto de la entrada al condominio como del lobby muy amables, la comunicación con Natalia siempre fue pronta y muy flexible con nuestra llegada, solo estuvimos una noche pero nos hubiera gustado estar más tiempo por tan bonitas instalaciónes, se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto lo cual facilitó nuestro traslado. Sin duda volveríamos

The view is incredible. This view itself was probably my favorite thing about San Jose. Very nice building, seemed to be the nicest in the area. The unit feels like a showroom that has been converted to an Airbnb. You must be able to sleep with the sounds of street traffic. The water heater did break momentarily. The host was responsive and sent someone to investigate the issue immediately. Not the nicest neighborhood but we struggled to find nice neighborhoods in San Jose in general. 5 stars for this unit. 2 stars for San Jose.

I was welcome by Domingo the security guy that was extremely nice and helpful about how to park and get to the apartment. This is amazing place with an incredible view is only 20 min from centro olímpico Costa Rica ! So any person can come and rest. The unit has great place to parking lot storage that keeps your car safe. In front of the building there is nice park that you can go walk in the morning ! Great place to stay !
