House was pristine and in a great location, as advertised. Enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again!

Thank you to our host Allison for a wonderful stay. The house has everything you would need from kitchenware to extra blankets and nicely updated showers/bathrooms all in a historic home. The location is very unique within an old mill village against a river. You can even hear the river flow over the dam from the front porch. You can also hike along the riverfront that is part of a longer trail. I would definitely stay here again.

This place made for a nice space for our team to stay while we were in town. Roy was quick to help out when we had a bit of trouble with the electronic locks checking in. He also checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. Will stay there again when we are in town! Thanks again Roy!

We enjoyed an intimate weekend with our daughter’s closest friends in advance of her upcoming wedding. The accommodations were absolutely amazing! The well-organized kitchen, cozy living room where we could gather, large dining room where we shared meals, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect setting for a weekend of memory-making! So many of the little touches included made us feel at home. Jon provided a fabulous dinner recommendation (The Mark at Elon) for the final night of our stay. Our stay at this property was everything I had hoped for and was well worth the cost!

Excellent host! Shelley was so helpful! Communication was easy and quick. The home was lovely and exactly as described. Highly recommend. Walking distance to Elon - within a mile.

This is a beautifully modernized cabin on the woods. Julie was a fabulous host as she really paid attention to the little details that make a home rental experience special. The instructions for the accessing and functioning in the cabin were clear and simple. We enjoyed going on walks, making cookies in the kitchen,playing board games and lying around on the comfortable couch watching football. We had a fabulously relaxing time.

We had another great stay at this location. Communications with Bence leading up to our stay were timely and clear. The condition of the house was excellent. A great place to stay in the area!

This was our second stay while visiting our son at Elon. Very close to campus but gave us the privacy we wanted. The updated couch in the living room was very comfortable, as are the beds. We look forward to staying again for our next visit.

We will definitely stay here again when we are in Pittsboro. The place was very clean and comfortable. Eric was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb was perfect for me and what I needed. Ended up staying over 2 months and was very easy and comfortable. The team is very responsive and respectful and checked in by message often just to make sure everything was going well.

Great little place to stay and exactly as advertised. Host was very friendly and the place was nice and clean. I was a little nervous about it being a basement because I've had bad experience with noisy people upstairs BUT this was NOT the case here. Very quiet and pleasant! Would gladly stay again.

If you have people in Chapel Hill then Rains place is perfectly located (5-10 minutes from any part of town). It's pleasant and warm (we visited during a snowy cold snap and the heat was great). A great find!

This studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. It had all of the amenities we needed and was in a nice neighborhood just minutes away from the Elon University campus. Access was simple and flexible and Maureen was a great host!

Jeanette's rental was amazing. Great location just a quick drive to anywhere you might want to get to in chapel hill. Location was so nice, quiet and peaceful nestled in the woods. Check in/check out was easy as can be. Would definitely recommend to any travelers coming to the Chapel Hill area!

The apartment had very comfortable beds, great kitchen and was set up comfortably for two couples. The walkin closets were very spacious. The living room space needed an extra chair for the four of us to sit comfortably. Overall, we were very pleased.

We can't decide which was better, the apartment or the hosts. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is meticulously cared for and is even better than it appears in the photos. We stayed for a month, so we had the pleasure of spending some time with Kurt and Carol. They are gracious hosts and very accomodating - the nicest folks you will find anywhere. If you have a chance to stay here, do not pass it up. Thanks again for your kindness and hospitality.

cozy AF. Just off a main road easy to get to chappel hill. if you like a super firm mattress you might not like the beds but you might want to give in just for the atmosphere.

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great place to escape for a few days. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch, listening to the creek run. The house had everything the two of us needed. The bed is super comfortable. Carol was even nice enough to leave us a few goodies for the weekend. We would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend at this cabin! Daniel was very quick to respond to any of our questions and extremely understanding when many of our trip details got unexpectedly switched around by late flights and hospitalized family (the best laid plans, right?). We ended our stay wishing we could spend more time in this sweet little spot. It's a short walking distance from Fearrington Village, which has farm animals, a quaint bookstore, and delicious restaurants. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Our little boys (2 and 5) enjoyed the swing and the zipline that day.

I was fortunate enough to be able to book Amy’s place for Christmas and it was perfect. Large enough to have the family together with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. There isn’t one thing I would change about our stay. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. I was lucky to briefly meet Amy and had a great chat she is very friendly. We will certainly book this house again. Thanks Amy

Robert was a great host from beginning to end of our week stay. A beautiful property with a very accommodating host. Next time we are in town this will be the first place I look for availability on. The house had so much character and if you’re willing to take a walk the property speaks for it self.

This little cabin was so awesome! It was perfect for me and my husbands’ 10 year anniversary! The cabin was so well kept and the decor was so eclectic and nostalgic, it made it feel very homey and so cozy! I wish we could have stayed longer than 2 days! We didn’t use all the amenities but they definitely covered all their bases and stocked the place with anything you’d want or need in your own home. Being it’s February and it was cold outside, I was worried it would be chilly, but they also had that covered and again it was super cozy in the cabin. Beautiful woods and trail surrounding the property, yet close to the cute little downtown area of Pittsboro which was only about 10 minutes away. There are some nice restaurants and coffee shops there. Jordan Lake State Park was also only a few minutes drive from the place, a gorgeous place to take in more nature. Also there was a really cool Tiger Rescue nearby that we visited. The price was so reasonable and this place is beyond worth it!
